Guest Reviews
- Anastasiia (10/5): - Ciao! We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and were satisfied overall. The windows faced the courtyard, so it was quiet at night. The apartment had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver since we stayed during very hot days. There was everything needed for cooking in the kitchen. The bathroom was small, but we didn’t have any issues with leaking water or anything else — everything worked well.
One of the advantages is that the metro station is only 7–10 minutes away. You can reach the Colosseum in about 15 minutes by metro, or walk to the city center in around 40 minutes — definitely worth it if it’s your first time in Rome.
There are many grocery stores near the apartment, as well as Italian cafés within a 10–15 minute walk. There was also a very tasty kebab place near the metro station — we absolutely loved it! The neighborhood felt safe, although it wasn’t very clean, and there was trash lying around everywhere :(
- Anna (3/5): You’re probably going to find better places for that money. - The flat is relatively close to public transport. There are a lot of nice restaurants and breakfast spots in the neighbourhood. The kitchen and bathroom are very hard to use because they are extremely narrow. In my opinion the bathroom is also dangerous because you have to step down around 35cm when you want to get out of the shower. The cleanliness was questionable in the bathroom as well mainly because it needs a renovation - everything looks old and cabinet over the sink is falling apart. If you want to cook or eat in during your stay I suggest you find another apartment better suited for those needs as you would have to eat in the bedroom. The windows don’t have mosquito nets so you can’t use them when it gets dark. The host had also forgotten all the dirty sheets and towels from the previous guests so we had to go around those as well in the already small space we had. There is a weird device (probably a fire alarm) located on the wall right in front of the bed but it’s weird because I see another one anywhere else.

In cucina c’era ogni cosa unta.

Super działający internet i klimatyzacja. Blisko do stacji metra i do okolicznych sklepów.

- Maxime-louise (8/5): Enjoyable - Easy reachable by metro and bus. Small but still nice to stay in. It had lots of amenities. The bed was very bouncy. It felt a little like a trampoline. Also the pillow was very flat.
- Giulia (6/5): Good for a short stay for a couple. - The bedroom was good. The bathroom was too small and the shower was in a strange location.
- Dedić (5/5): The conditions were less than expected. - The main room was cozy, and everything went smoothly. The kitchen was also usable. The bathroom was very strange, flooded easily and there were no mops so we had to buy paper towels and dry the floors each time we took a shower, as there was also only one drain, and it was in the tub.
- Bernice (9/5): Good place, I would stay there again. - It is cosy. Got air condition. The good to help you know your way around. The bathroom a big small and without ventilator. The kitchen curtains was difficult to pull down. The cut cut down if you iron with the air conditioner on.
- Yerina (6/5): Loved the local feel of the place. Not the most comfortable stay. - We loved the location and the local restaurants around. The place was clean and overall felt safe. The bed was leaning towards one side and not comfortable. The bathroom as so small and not comfortable the shower head did not stay up and so many steps within the bathroom alone.
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Camille (7/5): Good price and location on a budget - The bed was really comfortable and the apartment had all the amenities necessary for a short stay. The location was okay, it always took at least 35 minutes to get into the city centre and the neighbourhood was a little bit sketchy at night.
- Lana (10/5): Exceptional - Super neighborhood, nice local bars near by. Cool kitchen with moca pot and coffee. Everything you need in apartment. A bit far away from city center, but has metro station 5 minutes by walk
- Julia (10/5): The best place to feel the Italian vibes - The place is wonderful and truly vintage!
We haven't contacted with hosts directly but they left automatic notifications and many cute notes onsite on how to use everything at the property. Special thanks for being able to pay tourism tax online before arrival.
Great access to transport (bus, train, metro), many small groceries. Would be great to add anything to avoid biting insects (mosquitoes or midges, I still didn't get it) - if you arrive here, strongly recommend to but something in the stores nearby.
Also be prepared for an unpleasant smell in the streets (this is a common thing for Rome, no claims to the property owners)
