Martens (9/5): Super gemütlich und rundum super - Alles rundum war super. Super netter Kontakt, die Wohnung so gemütlich und kuschelig, alles was man für erholsame Tage braucht. 👍
Petra (8/5): Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Spätsommer. - Die Alte Schule ist eine zauberhafte Location mit einem wunderschönen Außengelände, das wir während der Sonnenstunden auch im September noch nutzen konnten. Das Appartement ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Babyausstattung, die für unseren Enkelsohn kostenlos bereitgestellt wurde! Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung könnten überarbeitet werden, z. B. Bohrlöcher im Bad, vermutlich von einer Verlegung der Heizung. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört.
Katrin (7/5): Wunderbares WE in SPO, aber für länger würde ich sie nicht buchen. - Zentrale Lage, Garten Sehr dunkle Wohnung, nur bei schönem Wetter geeignet, wenn man draußen essen kann. Sehr abgenutzte Gartenmöbel, könnten mal überholt werden. Zum Lüften kann man die Fenster nicht unbewacht offen lassen, da man direkt einsteigen kann. Insbesondere im Bad ist lüften schwierig, da EG und die Eingangstür daneben ist. Übrigens: Eine Vorgabe, dass der Geschirrspüler bei Abreise fertig und ausgeräumt sein soll ist Unsinn, wenn man bereits bis 10 Uhr raus sein muss und vorher frühstückt. Und wird auch, von anderen Vermietern nicht eingefordert.
Torsten (9/5): - Toller Service. Top ruhige Lage aber trotzdem zentral Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Besonders die Wohnung unten
Marion (4/5): Grosse Enttäuschung - Für zwei Wochen waren wir Mieter der Wohnung Nr. 4/EG. Die Wohnung an sich ist gut ausgestattet, eher neuere Möbel von guter Qualität, die Einrichtung stimmt mit den Bildern auf der Homepage überein, soweit so gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist oke, sehr ruhig, aber das war ja das tolle daran. Auch sind genug Parkplätze und v.a. ein gedeckter Abstellplatz für Fahrräder vorhanden. Auch das Haus sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr gut aus. Wohnung: Die Sauberkeit war unterirdisch. Bad (v.a. Toilette) und Kochherd waren übersät mit Spuren der Vorgänger. Logisch, dann schaut man genauer hin und merkt, die Wohnung versinkt in Staub, er hängt geradezu von den Wänden. Eine Möglichkeit, den Dreck wenigstens minimal wegzumachen, war nicht vorhanden (abgsehen vom eingestaubten Handbesen :-), naja). Aber das Depotgeld für einen möglicherweise bei der Abreise nicht ausgeräumten Geschirrspüler mussten wir gegenüber der Verwalterin sofort hinterlegen! Garten: Die Vorderseite des Gartens war ordentlich gepflegt, sieht man über gemeingefährliche Stolperfallen in Form von kaputten Wegsteinen und aus dem Boden ragende Plastikrohre hinweg. Aber klar, auf diese Seite gucken ja auch die Spaziergänger eher mal hin. Die Rückseite war zum vergessen. Teilweise kaputtes Gartenmobiliar, bei den Sitzecken fehlten ganze Pflastersteine, alles total lieblos. Die Bilder der Homepage stimmen definitiv nicht mit der Realität überein (auf den Veranden waren ürigens auch keine Strandkörbe vorhanden). Fazit: Die Eigentümer (nicht die Verwalterin, sie ist ja vor Ort zuständig) habe ich direkt anschliessend an die Ferien per Mail inkl. entsprecher Bilder dokumentiert, also lange vor Abgabe dieser Bewertung. Eine Antwort habe ich auch nach einem knappen Monat nicht erhalten. Schade, aber passt. Für mich hat das mit fehlendem Respekt gegenüber dem Mieter zu tun.
