- Erika (8/5): Wir werden wieder buchen - Die junge Familie haben erneut die Unterkunft übernommen, nachdem die Vor-mieter sie leider etwas runtergefahren haben. Bad z.B. ziemlich verkalkt, die Duschwand beschädigt….Alle Menschen sind sehr nett und bemüht und das zählt für uns. Es war sauber und wir haben die eine Nacht sehr gut geschlafen. Morgens wurde frisches Frühstück serviert, sehr lecker. Wir haben hier sehr nette Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Danke dafür.

- jony (9/5): Een klein paradijs dat je echt moet bezoeken ! - Sarah en haar man die er alles aan om je te laten genieten van dit paradijsje! Het eten is heerlijk, vers bereid uit eigen tuin, het zwembad zo lekker groot met waanzinnig uitzicht op de bergen en de zee!

Sarah parle très bien le français et nous a partagé son histoire avec simplicité.. c’est une jolie famille plein de bon coeur ! La piscine est immense même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car nous sommes arrivés un peu tard après la pluie .:( Mettez l’adresse sur Google et non sur Waze sinon vous vous perdrez 😉 Si vous aimez la simplicité mais malgré tout le confort visuel , venez ici les yeux fermés ! Me sentí como en casa, con la naturaleza, los animales y la piscina situada en un ambiente tranquilo, volvería sin dudar!! Trato muy amable y servicial, un sitio increíble que hay que ir a ver. Se podrían hacer las habitaciones mas a menudo, estuve 5 noches y solo pasaron una vez, el día anterior a que me fuera.

Accueil chaleureux Vetusté des chambres et du jardin mais qui sont en cours de rénovation avec un changement de propriétaire récent qui n’est pas encore parfaitement organisé.

Et puis cette piscine et la vue qui l’accompagne ! Ne pas oublier le déjeuner et le dîner sur la terrasse avec des produits bio de la ferme d’à côté; une tuerie!!!! On se croirait au paradis! Sarah et son mari ont repris la gestion de l’hôtel il y a moins d’une semaine et tout est parfait! Ils sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients. C’est juste EXCELLENT! Rien. Allez, si la piscine géante était un peu plus chaude, tout serait parfait. Mais c’est juste pour trouver quelque chose à dire :-)

- Ali (10/5): Voyage en Albanie - Un vrai havre de paix, l'établissement est placé dans les hauteurs au calme. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin. Sarah et son mari sont toujours disponible pour quoi que ce soit. Un hôtel à taille humaine. Vraiment pas déçu, Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

- Dorota (8/5): Beautiful place with lots of potential - Beautiful setting, great swimming pool, nice staff, good food and relaxed atmosphere. Animals and nature! Sometimes music at the swimming pool was too loud, but I guess it's a matter of taste. Some rooms are a bit dated and they suffer from bad smell from plumbing. I would also play more relaxed music with less bass ;)

- Marie (9/5): Très bon séjour et très bon accueil - La grande piscine, jardin et animaux domestiques, gentillesse du personnel qui répond à toutes vos demandes, ne pas hésiter si quoi que ce soit vous manque, la nourriture est très bien, des crêpes au petit déjeuner qui viennent agréablement compléter la traditionnelle assiette tomates/concombre/feta/oeufs. Pour le restaurant les pâtes aux fruits de mer très bonnes La vue est très belle À 10 minutes, la plage de Vile Ballaj est beaucoup plus calme et paisible que Spille , viser le Dream Beach pour des transats à 5€ les 2 pour la journée Arrivés le dimanche après midi, nous avons eu une première impression mitigée car la piscine était totalement peuplée de gens de l’extérieur de l’hôtel qui occupaient tous les transats et mettaient la musique hyper fort, mais le personnel est intervenu pour trouver des solutions et le lundi a été beaucoup plus calme et agréable à la piscine

Balkons voller Taubenkot, Toiletten bei den Pools extrem dreckig, insgesamt lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wirkt alles so, als gäbe es kein Management (mehr) und die Angestellten machen nur noch Dienst nach Vorschrift und hängen mehr am Handy rum, als sich um die Anlage zu kümmern. Der Poolbereich wird scheinbar gar nicht mehr regelmäßig gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist lieblos, es stehen noch volle Aschenbecher rum,, die nicht abgeräumt werden. Dusche in 1 von 2 Zimmern war kalt. Schade, aus der Anlage könnte man echt was machen...
- Anne (3/5): Teleurstelling - De ligging van het hotel is heel mooi. Afgelegen op het platteland op een heuvel midden velden en olijfgaarden. Het zwembad is groot en het water lijkt proper maar rond het zwembad ligt het erg onverzorgd. Kapotte ligbedden, rondslingerend afval, sigarettenpeuken, kapotte waterspeelgoed slingeren rond het zwembad. De kamer was ruim maar niet grondig gepoetst. Het beddengoed leek niet heel fris. Verlichting in de badkamer deed het maar half. Douche met veel kalkaanslag. Kamer en meubilair zijn gedateerd. Het ontbijt was matig. Het is eigenlijk heel spijtig want dit hotel heeft met zijn ligging en mooi zwembad alle troeven in handen om een tophotel te worden maar het wordt gewoon verwaarloosd. Ik hoop echt dat de eigenaars een wake-up hebben en er iets aan doen om deze unieke plaats tot zijn recht te laten komen. . Hygiëne kamer. Afval rond het zwembad. Kapotte tuinmeubelen.
- Cora (8/5): Tolle Anlage abseits vom Trubel - Ruhige idyllische Lage, Strand ohne Hotelanlagen 15 min entfernt, Besitzer toller hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und nettes bemühtes Personal, Essen top, unbedingt dort zu Abend essen, riesen Pool, schönes großes Gelände mit freilaufenden Hasen und Schildkröten, nebenan Pferdestall (durften auch eine Runde reiten), schöne Aussicht, Zimmer groß. Eig hätte jedes Zimmer Zugang zum Balkon, können aber leider nicht benutzt werden. Bisschen mehr Pflege und Liebe im Detail könnte diese tolle Anlage noch vertragen.

- Bérangère (9/5): Un superbe endroit où nous reviendrons avec plaisir - Un accueil chaleureux et un personnel d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et parlant parfaitement anglais. Les repas, y compris les petits-déjeuners, étaient délicieux, avec des produits frais de la ferme qui font toute la différence – mention spéciale pour le canard, absolument fabuleux ! La piscine, spacieuse et très agréable, est un véritable atout. Un petit bémol pour les abords de la piscine qui pourrait être beaucoup mieux exploitée
- Marie (5/5): Teleurstellend verblijf op een mooie locatie - Mooi uitzicht Vriendelijke en behulpzame manager Mooi groot zwembad Overal onvoldoende gepoetst In onze kamer lag er nog veel vuil op de grond, douche was vol kalk, enorme geur in de badkamer, het terras vol vuiligheid… zo’n kamer zou ik echt niet willen aanbieden Andere kamer gevraagd en wel meteen gekregen. Gelukkig was die wel beter, maar ook hier duidelijk achterstallig gepoets van de douche en het terras. Ook aan het zwembad veel bedjes kapot en rondslingerend afval aan de rand van het zwembad. Zo jammer, want wat zou het er top kunnen zijn als er meer onderhoud zou zijn. Ook meer zorg voor de paarden en honden zou fijn zijn, het was schrijnend om de honden aan een ketting te zien (zonder water in de buurt)

- Lucie (10/5): - Exceptional location, peaceful and quiet, with rabbits and tortoises moving around freely, and a small farm nearby. The staff were really nice and always helpful. We had breakfast included, which was served and similar every day. It consisted of home eggs (usually fried), home-made goat cheese, vegetables and something sweet (crepes or Albanian sweets). You can ask for more eggs or cheese if you are a big eater. It was a very simple but extremely tasty and sufficient breakfast. Coffee and water was included. Sometimes we stayed for dinner, wine and beer, again tasty and for nice prices. The rooms were nice and clean, the air conditioning worked OK. I truly recommend Kondra e Godenve!

- Uche (1/5): I won’t be visiting this hotel again - The property is just about okay, I think the swimming pool is okay.. the stuffs there only understand just a little of English so it was really difficult for communication.. the morning we were supposed to check out they have turn off the central water in all of the building.. I and my friend my didn’t take our bath or brush our teeth.. me and my friend looked everywhere around the whole property to see if we can get any staffs to help there wasn’t anyone to help..we left the hotel without having to shower or brush.. the weather was about 37° the air-conditioner wasn’t working properly the shower bathroom it’s very dirty.. oh before I forget it’s a self service business.. u have to go downstairs to ask for anything u need no tv in our room no internal phone.. breakfast is nothing to write Home about this was the worst experience I had ever had on holidays destinations. Careful and be safe. Just the swimming pool.

- Karin (9/5): Complimenten voor Hakim en alle medewerkers, je voelt je heel welkom! - De relaxte sfeer en de gastvrijheid van Hakim en de medewerkers. Je voelt je echt welkom! Prachtige locatie met een mooi zwembad. En de dieren die er rondlopen! We weten niet of het bescheidenheid was maar zowel bij het ontbijt als in de avond kwam het personeel niet vragen of je nog iets wilde drinken. Dat voelde soms wat lastig.
- Tonje (8/5): - Hotellet og de som driver det er veldig koselig. Bassenget er stort og det er god plass til alle gjestene. Barna koste seg med kaniner og skilpadder. Savnet engelsk meny og informasjon fra servitøren om at tilbehør til maten feks. fisk måtte bestilles ved siden av.

Almost all of the food is from the organic farm, where the hotel is located. - Great local wine (from down the road) too - Staff friendly & helpful - The pool is also very large and great - The balcony was rather dirty with bird droppings (but the room quaklity overall was ok) - An elevator would be nice - local craft beer on draught ;-)
- amandine (10/5): Un lieu d’exception avec un personnel exceptionnel - Le lieu est exceptionnel…dans un cadre aussi paisible et si beau comment ne pas être bien ?!.. et un point très important pour nous quand nous voyageons : les qualités humaines. Allez y les yeux et le cœur bien ouvert vous passerez un séjour inoubliable. Rien !

Nous n'avons pas du tout le meme ressenti que les commentaires précédents pour plusieurs raisons : - Le manque d'échange avec le personnel. Ils sont présents mais ne donnent pas de conseils. C'est assez impersonnel. - Le manque d'entretien des extérieurs : le jacuzzi de la piscine ne fonctionne pas, les verres ne sont pas débarrassés au bord de la piscine. Les espaces verts ne sont pas bien entretenus. - sur le balcon, il y a des excréments d'oiseaux. Le sol n'a pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée.

Far from the touristic crowds. - This was without any doubt the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Albania : excellent hotel in pure nature surroundings, fantastic view, totally quiet, very friendly staff, delicious food, 25m swimming pool and plenty of sun beds, 10 minutes by car to the sea and beaches, 30 minutes to the gorgeous nature reserve Divjakë-Karavasta. Excellent price. Congratulations to all the staff for making use feel totally happy and relaxed at your place.

- Jacob Sjoerd (10/5): A perfect escape in a stunning rural setting - We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, nestled in a beautiful rural landscape, and it was truly a serene getaway. From our room and the expansive pool area, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the distant sea and the rolling hills of the Albanian countryside, dotted with olive trees. The setting is simply magical. The hotel grounds are charming, with lovely pavilions where guests can enjoy meals in the open air. The pool is impressively large and deep, offering a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. While the rooms are basic, as mentioned in other reviews, they are more than adequate for a comfortable stay. With such a stunning environment, spending time indoors almost feels like a waste. The real highlight, however, is the food. Breakfast was good, but the dinner was exceptional—easily one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. The hotel is run by an incredibly welcoming family, whose hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and care added to the overall experience, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, disconnect from the hustle and bustle, and simply enjoy the peace and each other’s company, this hotel is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

- Griet (9/5): Aanrader - Heel vriendelijke ontvangst! Prachtige locatie met mooie vergezichten. Het zwembad is ongelofelijk. Het restaurant is lekker en betaalbaar. Het ontbijt is inbegrepen en heel verzorgd. Je krijgt zeker waar voor je geld! Niets. Het was in het begin even wennen omdat het erg afgelegen is.

- Bruggelinga (10/5): Pareltje met extra groot zwembad - Het hotel ligt echt in the middle of nowhere op een heuvel tussen velden en olijfbomen, toch ben je op maar een 5tal km van een leuk lokaal strand en op een 8tal km van de grote weg waardoor je naar Berat, Durres, Tirana, Kaap van Rodon,... kan. Sara en haar gezin doen er alles aan om je verblijf naar wens te laten verlopen. Extra troef is een prachtig groot zwembad en speelfaciliteiten voor kinderen. 1 van de beste plaatsen die we hadden op onze roadtrip door Albanië. Alles was prima ! Als we nog naar Albanië zouden komen komen we hier terug
- Carlijn (8/5): Mooie kamer met prachtige tuin en uitzicht. - Leuk hotel met een prima kamer. Het zwembad was ontzettend groot en het uitzicht was geweldig. De tuin was ook heel leuk met konijnen, schildpadden en paarden. Het stapelbed (boven) had geen hekje waardoor de kinderen daar wellicht uit konden vallen. Het diner was heerlijk maar wellicht kan de kaart iets uitgebreid worden.

- Oliver (10/5): - Total begeistert. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Eine Oase für eine tolle Erholung mit einem sehr schönem Pool und einer atemberaubender Landschaft. Der wunderschöne Strand in pasr Minuten zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter so freundlich, lesen einem jeden Wunsch aus den Augen ab. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Sarah und ihrem Team und natürlich an Sarahs Schwiegervater, mit welchen wir uns mit Händen und Füßen unterhalten haben)). Ein ganz großes Lob, und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden

- Jessie (10/5): Hidden gem with lots of animals and a throw away from the seaside - This is a lovely oasis, not far away from the coast. The staff and all the animals (dogs, bunnies, horses, birds) made our stay really special. The pool is amazing and very relaxing. We need a bit of a break from the beach and cities and this was perfect. Our three-year old stated at the end of our stay: "I never want to leave here." That about sums it up. It's run by an Italian-Albanian young couple who went way out of their way to make our stay very unique and as relaxing as possible. This is a place with lots of potential as one can see lots of scope for upscaling the actual building.
- Stefan (10/5): - Kleines, familiäres Resort, das von Größerem träumt. Sehr gute Zimmer, toller Pool mit schönem Blick übers Land. Wilde Kaninchen überall auf dem Gelände. Schöner Garten der für Frühstück und Abendessen zur Verfügung steht. Essen war ganz gut, aber auch nicht umwerfend. Zum Zimmer gehört ein Recht großer Balkon, der etwas mehr Liebe vertragen könnte. Sehr ruhige Lage, quasi im Nichts. Musik am Pool sehr laut. Für die Straßenverhältnisse kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts, aber der Weg ist schon abenteuerlich. Hätte kein Schild auf die Unterkunft hingewiesen, wären wir sicher gewesen, falsch zu sein.
