• Robbe (6/5): Alles was aanwezig maar prijs kwaliteit viel het klein beetje tegen - Alles was aanwezig! De hygiene… Onder de bedden was het vies, in de kast stond een natte dweil…, schuifdeuren van het balkon konden niet op slot (balkon van buren was gescheiden met glaze constructie), masterbedroom had een open kast met de waterboiler (kast was vies), weinig kastruimte (geen schappen of haakjes)

• Baldacchino (10/5): Comfortable apartment - The location was very good, close to metro and bus stops and several supermarkets. A well kept apartment in 4th floor served with lift. There were 2 separate bedrooms 1 double and 1 single. Living room with dining table and a small kitchinette with basics. Mugs, tumblers, 2 frying pans and cutlery. Toaster and coffee maker, washing machine,fridge freezer, oven and hob. It was enough to prepare a breakfast in the morning and wash clothes. Had a small issue initially with a smelly sewer, but K contacted the property and problem was solved in less than 1 hour. Most of the supplies were really in small quantity for e persons for 4 nights. Just 1 toilet paper roll, just 1 dishwasher tablet,

• Kacper (10/5): Wspaniały stosunek ceny do jakości, miła obsługa, spełnia wszelkie oczekiwania. - Duża przestrzeń, bardzo miła obsługa, genialna lokalizacja blisko dwóch stacji metra oraz stacji kolejowej. Ogólnie wszystko super, w tej cenie zdecydowanie nie ma lepszej oferty. Bardzo polecam Trochę nieszczelne okna przez co musieliśmy raz na jakiś czas włączać ogrzewanie.
• Zuelmy (8/5): Excelente ubicación y precio - La ubicación y el piso estaba muy bien de comodidades. No funcionan las persianas. No tenía secador a pesar de que ponía que si. No ponen papel de cocina ni trapos de secar solo un kit de limpieza. En el baño no había rollos de papel suficiente al menos para los días que nos quedábamos.

• Gesine (7/5): Bis auf den Tatbestand, dass wir uns nicht so bekochen konnten wie geplant, war alles OK. - Ruhige Wohnlage in der Stadt und sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Balkon mit ruhigem Hinterhof. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Haus freudlich und die NAchbarschaft leise. Die Küche war zu minimalistisch ausgestattet. Es fehlten Dinge, wie: Pfanne, Gläser, Schüsseln, Toaster, Wasserkocher oder ein Fön im Bad.

• Juraj (8/5): Boli sme spokojný, mali sme v apartmáne všetko čo sme potrebovali, výborná poloha - Pomer cena /kvalita, výborná poloha, dobré vybavenie kuchyne, čistota apartmánu, klimatizácia nebola funkčná, chýbali sieťky na oknách - mali sme plno komárov v izbách
• Alvo (1/5): Mal - El piso y la ubicación Te atienden muy mal, te dicen que anda el aire condicionado y después llegamos no anda y la pasamos mal porque no se podía respirar y dicen que tiene aire es mentira y Ensima te cobran mucho dinero y no funcionan las cosas y agua fría
• Swapnil Ulhas (5/5): overall a decent place, but beware of false advertisement - location, overall facilities and overall maintenance. washing, cooking facilities, adequate furniture. air conditioning was not functional despite the advertisement. they provided fans after significant protest. no refund/concession for the absence of advertised facility. fixtures broken... room and bathroom doors do not close or lock. wall tiles and skirting had come off.
• Christina (1/5): Don’t read description it’s all lies - Can’t give an accurate review because I didn’t stay here due to then not having air conditioning. I was escorted off the premises and my son and I found a nicer hotel to stay at. The thermostat to the air conditioner was ripped from the wall. When I asked the agent he said I could open the doors for ventilation. I called booking to try to resolve and get a refund but the real estate company refused to cancel my booking and issue a refund and booking didn’t help with the matter either.
