- Annie (1/5): Horrible people to deal with and liars on top of that - Nothing at all worst service ever!! They cancelled on us the day before. For “ water damage “ and giving us all kinds of wrong info saying that Booking.com would accommodate us. What a joke We never saw it because they cancelled on us the day before. I was the one that called to ask them a question and all of the sudden there was water damage.
