• Marco (1/5): Do NOT stay here. - spacious. COLD, COLD, COLD, COLD, COLD. The listing showed heating and TV. But as the temperature was cold outside, being cement buildings it was cold inside. I reached out to host but nothing was done to turn on the heat. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would not recommend this spot. TV was useless, why bother to list TV when it is useless? I would not book again.
• Antony (8/5): Good location. Only a 20/25 minute walk to centre. Apartment was clean and comfortable. - Excellent communication, met at apartment to collect keys.

• Marta (9/5): Great apartment in a good location. - Beautifuly decorated apartment..very conveniently located within walking distance of good restaurants . Host very approachable and quick response rate. Decoration , no layout of the apparent and convenient location.
• Olga (7/5): Great apartment, chaotic management. - Well equipped apartment. We parked at Parcheggio Fortalezza 600m away by foot for 20€/24 h. From the apartment you can walk to the city center or take the bus (1,7€). AC works great and is very quiet. The floor needs a proper clean, not just dusting. The windows of the apartment are facing the street, where at night on weekends scooters make quite a noise. Management seems not to know what they are doing: when checking in we were told that the check in has to be in person, as keyless access is forbidden in Florence. We made an appointment, which is not very convenient when you are on the road and not sure at what time you will be there. The evening of our second day we were met by a couple of travelers in front of the building. They told us that they booked the same apartment, but through Airbnb and got keyless access to the apartment. When they went it they realized it was occupied and were instructed to wait formte cleaning crew. The cleaning crew came and then called their boss. The boss then called the landlord, who confirmed there was a mistake or confusion on his part. Long story short: a bunch of people got access to the apartment with our things for a period of several hours. The landlord did not contact us with a confirmation, that nobody will come in for the rest of our stay. How was it possible that someone got keyless access, if it is against local rules?
• Kirsten (9/5): Comfortable once we were in and the bathroom was cleaned up - Comfortable, pretty clean The door unlocking system they have didn’t work when we got there as the app was offline. The staff jumped right on it and came immediately. We had an issue with the toilet and again they were there very quickly. Don’t push the button in too hard if it doesn’t click back it will run and run.
• Marina (10/5): - El apartamento estaba bien equipado y muy bien decorado. Cerca de supermercados y el tranvía T2, linea que comunica el aeropuerto con el centro. Sistema de entrada y las indicaciones que me dieron para entrar al apartamento, el link no funcionaba y no tenía manera de contactar con ellos por la hora, que estaba avisada.
• Donald (9/5): great Apartment. Very comfortable and clean - Very clean very nice apartment. Comfortable and accommodating. Property is about 20 walk from city center but with using the bus and tram (both close to the apartement), it really easy to get around
• Ildikó (8/5): Nice apartment with a not good host - The apartment was nice, as on the pictures. The host was not reachable, the keycode he sent did not work, so we have arrived and could not get into the apartment, and could not reach him/her.

• Lownsbrough (7/5): Lovely apartment - Very clean,good facilities,balcony,washing machine and iron always a plus. The location was a bit far from the centre,not no where to go out and eat on an evening.
• Suzanne (10/5): Excellent property in quiet area. - Excellent apartment. It was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Kalum who showed us around was really helpful and quickly responded to any questions. Nothing.
• Fedkovych (6/5): All is ok, if you don't need heating - you don't get it in the winter. - Nice apartment, clean, nicely equipped kitchen, good location - bus stop right infront, tram 5 min walk. Comfortable bed. Heating was declared on Booking, but in fact we got a cold radiators, hours of arguing for heating, false referrals to law. According to the law they sent - I could have heating 12 hours per day. In fact - 4 days with NO heating, other days - 2-3 hours per day. In December, night temperature below 0. Manager looked like wanted to help , but radiators are manually controlled by owner - I could not turn it on. So, for Christmas and New year we got a cold bathroom and wet towels that impossible to dry with cold radiator. Air conditioner was somehow help for rooms, but not for the bathroom. When entering it is some unpleasant smell, I thought it is after cleaning. But the smell stayed for 11 days, maybe because of lack of heating in the bathroom or problems with toilet or water system. Not very disturbing, but still not pleasant
