• Selina (4/5): Disappointing - Very comfortable beds. Lovely location, very private and quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Kitchen had plenty of dinnerware. Good wifi, multiple streaming options on TV. Only surface clean, exhaust fans & ceiling fans filthy. Shower heads in both bathrooms unusable & need replacing. Uncomfortable sofa. Living room area very "echo-y" due to lack of soft furnishings (curtains, rugs etc). Photos and property description don't mention/show that there are stairs to every area of the house, which was not safe for the people on my trip with mobility issues. No tea, coffee or milk provided so be sure to BYO. Kettle and toaster both dirty. Floor had not been swept/vacuumed properly.

• Elaine (8/5): We would come again- location, view, comfort was lovely. - Location is close to beaches & shops nearby short drive. View from the balcony is magnificent! New cleaners didn’t do a good job prior to our arrival but once notified they came back to complete the clean. An issue with a damp area caused some discomforts but was quickly attended to during our stay. Pool filter had not been turned on. Maintenance on a garage roller door during our stay was not notified to booking staff and so we were expected to allow access instead.
• John (10/5): Like living in Miami the Pink Palace is fabulous. - We loved the Pink Palace! The Pink Palace is in an amazing location with a magnificent view of the beach from the living/dining rooms and from the main bedroom. It is very spacious, lots of storage, lovely patio also overlooking the beach. It is a short walk to the beach, although being up a hill (hence the views) we drove the 2 minutes to the beach. There is a Surf Club at the beach for coffee before or after your walk along the lovely beach. There is a large lock up remote control garage with access into the house. The furniture is very comfy and a good size TV. The bed was huge and super comfy with high quality linen. The ensuite bathroom is huge and has a spa bath as well as a large walk-in shower and separate toilet. There is another toilet and shower room for the second bedroom. The kitchen is vast. The PP is so cute and the decor is reminiscent of Miami Vice (for those who remember that). Heaps of crockery and glasses, good cooking facilities and a BBQ “room” - that is a BBQ enclosed in an area open to outside for the smoke, but closed off from the living area by sliding glass doors. The PP may be a little bit dated and the decor may not be your cup of tea but it is magnificent and highly recommended. Only thing missing was a clothes airer for drying washing. There is a machine and dryer in the laundry downstairs but the clothes line is in a part of the yard used by whoever lives in the downstairs part of the house. Most of the time they were using the line and it seemed to be intrusive when we used the line on the first day.

• Holly (10/5): Absolutely incredible home at a very good price. Two minute walk to the beach. The absolute best views in Forster. We lo - The pink palaces view is by far the best view in Forster! The balcony is sheltered so it does not get windy. The property is dated but everything is still in immaculate condition. It feels very glamorous in a 1990's way. This apartment is very large. The two bedrooms are huge and both with ensuites. One overlooks the ocean. We didn't use the pool as it was winter however its was so warm and sunny. We walked to the coffee shop every morning and walked along the beach. There was nothing to not like.
