I was happy to pay to get in at 11am rather than 3pm. Also, either my calls kept getting declined or I was ignored, but 2 numbers listed either go to voice mail or aren't connected

Antoine (7/5): Excellent mais un peu chiche au niveau de l’équipement - L’emplacement est quasiment parfait, difficile de faire mieux à Sydney en rapport proximité du centre/tarif de location ! La salle de bain est super, le logement est dans une résidence plutôt calme et un environnement qui l’est tout autant. La literie est au top également, qualité de repos 10/10 ! Très peu d’équipement, même pas une bouilloire pour faire le thé/café, peu de vaisselle pour 3 voyageurs, c’est un endroit idéal pour y dormir mais pas prévoyez de manger principalement à l’extérieur sauf si les nouilles instantanées sont votre plat favoris !

Richard (8/5): Very pleased, and the building was very quiet. - I found the location very good. It was also a short walk to the supermarket. A service station was also located nearby. I also liked the view from the balcony. Would have been nice to have a sofa.

In walking distance to wonderful shops and cute village and train station into the city. There were a few little things missing like a wash cloth and tea towel, they may have just been missed on this occasion.

I did not sleep at all. It was awful. Beds have no top sheet and cheap polyester doona/doona cover so was uncomfortable and sticky.

Jay (8/5): Very basic but ok for 1 night - Basic accommodation for a group of 3 needing to be by the train station. The bedding could be better. Double bed was not too comfortable, 1 small thin pillow per person, cheap polyester bedding that made you hot in the night. The room can be noisy on the weekend as it was ground floor out the front of the lift, so people coming home was noisy.

Kithuranga (1/5): Absolute nightmare - Parking is a sh*tshow to start with. The property does not offer onsite parking. Good luck finding a parking spot on the street within a few hundred metres of the property. Even though I booked the property for 3 people, the single bed was not made and there was no extra linen available at the property at least to make it by ourselves. The bathroom was filthy and full of hair. By far, the worst property I ever stayed at.

Nice apartments. The beds are very hard and both our studio apartments were dirty when we arrived. We recomend that the owners provide better garden furnitures.

Mollie (1/5): Horrible. - The location. Staff were incredibly rude, knocking on our door at 10pm on a saturday night demanding for our booking number and name, not telling us who they were. We felt scared and intimidated being two young girls in an unfamiliar state with a strange man at our door. The hosts also tried to claim that we were in the wrong room after being checked in for more than 1 day, the hosts tried to kick us out of that room and wait on the street for another room to be cleaned for us. Worst experience i’ve ever had, we didn’t feel comfortable or safe and could not wait to leave.

Lucinda (3/5): Great location, good set up of the room. But was unclean and dirty. Was not happy overall and definitely wasn’t $756 wor - I liked the location and that there was a kitchen. Saved money by being able to cook breakfast each morning! The owner was friendly and quick at replying to messages. The beds sheets weren’t clean. They smelt of stale sweat which made the entire unit smell horrible . we had to wash the sheets and the smell did disappeared. There were blood stains on the under lay on the bed. So again clearly hasn’t been washed. None of the plates, cups or cutlery were clean. Again I had clean every thing properly before we used anything. The tea towel was horrible, so we had to use toilet paper to dry the dishes. The washing machine door wouldn’t unlock so we had to look up how to manually unlock the door which wasn’t ideal.

Goose (8/5): Just an overnight stay to go to cold play concert. Had everything that was needed. Quiet area. - Safe and secure. Has a lift for easy access between floors. Beds were a little firm but overall a comfy stay.

Angeloski (1/5): Would not recommend to anyone - Contacted the property owner 6 days before the booking, 1 days after the money was taken. We had a death and funeral to attend on the same day as the booking the owner was unresponsive until the day of and then immediately ignored and bumped all calls and insisted we text message on the day of the booking/funeral in which they promptly answered the phone and said they needed to “check their messages” when they had clearly seen the message. Heartless to say the least. To top it off, they sent an immediate AI generated response the day after booking which meant absolutely nothing. I hope no one else has to go through this with the property owner and I would not recommend this property/owner for anyone. Nothing but greed. Messages are attached below as proof.

Kathryn (9/5): Convenient and comfortable bolthole at a great price - This is a modern property in a secure building, within walking distance of both Summer Hill and Ashfield train stations. Good transport links for the inner west, city as well as to the west of Sydney. There is free onstreet parking and internet included. The beds are super comfy and the shower powerful with plentiful hot water. Washer/dryer, kitchenette with full-sized fridge/freezer and little balcony also make this a comfortable place to stay. Prompt and responsive comms from the managing team. Nothing in particular, it was of a good standard, at a reasonable price.

It was light and comfortably furnished with everything we needed. I would recommend it. Nothing major, only that the TV had no aerial.
