• Judy (7/5): Good location . I think someone has put some care into doing it up then ‘taken their eye off the ball ‘. With a little - Excellent location . Reasonably quiet despite having busy restaurant filled streets just moments away. Comfortable bed . Nice little touches such as coffee / biscuits / wine ( though we did not open the wine ) Owner replied pleasantly when contacted by email -Virtual key was not user friendly - especially on first arrival when 4g was intermittent outside the apartment door !! -Could do with a deep clean - generally tidy but yellow discolouration on shower walls, mould at tap base , smelly washing machine , dirty cutlery , inside of cupboards could do with a wipe down . -Settee cushions would not stay in place - kept slipping forward and very uncomfortable ( gave me back ache ) - along with very hard dining chairs .. there was nowhere comfortable to sit . -TV did not have a signal so unable to use . -Shower did not drain properly . -Could do with more crockery and utensils …4 of each plates . Less than 4 of cutlery . No decent kitchen knife . ( But over a dozen espresso mugs!)

• Arkadiy (10/5): - Великолепное расположение. Всё в пешей доступности. Очень удобная платформа для регистрации и управления входом (но обязательно нужен доступ в интернет и нужен смартфон). Хозяев вы скорее всего не встретите, но они всегда на связи и очень быстро отвечают на ваши запросы. Квартира вполне уютная, есть в ней свой шарм. Конечно, немного старовата, но в этом и прелесть. Если вы поклонник пятизвездного сервиса, даже не думайте об этой квартире, вам не понравится, вам в другое место. Это место для тех, кто хочет получить положительные эмоции и особенную атмосферу. Челентано на виниле - это круто ))) По делу. Кровать удобная. Диван раскладывается, матрас хороший. Кондиционер рабочий. Есть стиральная машина, проверена в деле. Душ - ОК. Есть все необходимое на кухне. Капсулы Nespresso - в наличии, чай тоже есть. Дольше перечислять все, что мы нашли в апартаментах. Спасибо хозяевам за приветственную бутылку вина, она оказалась кстати Не то, чтобы не понравилось. Надо иметь в виду. Ключ для доступа в апартаменты виртуальный. Обе двери (с улицы и в квартиру) открываются со смартфона. Если забыли внутри и захлопнули дверь. Не откроете никак, и хозяину не позвоните. Даже не представляю что делать тогда

• Candea (10/5): Excellent! - The location is great, we were close to everything. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need, towels, shower gel, hairdryer, coffee, tea, cups and cuttlery. The communication was great and we were greeted with a boottle of wine and water.

Access was via several flights of stairs, which with heavy bags was more difficult. The sofa was a actually a sofa-bed and the base cushions kept slipping forward. I was suprised that there were no usb sockets in any of the electrical points. Although there was a usb tower unit in the lounge area.q

• Tamara (10/5): Location and Charm - You can't get much better location wise in Rome, other than being far from a metro station. Otherwise walk to the Colessum or the Vatician...steps from Piazza Navona and Campo Fiorli. The apartment was perfect for a couple. The charm of the apartment makes up feel like you are in Rome. Owner was receptive and took care of situations in a timely manner. We loved our stay here. None of these things made the stay a negative and we still gave this property a perfect score...they were very minor things that really did not impact our stay enough to give lower rating. Just things to think about. You will be walking up 6 sets or stairs to reach the apartment, after a long day or with large suitcases it is not fun. The couch needs to be updated and a ceiling fan would be nice with the bedroom upstairs in a loft (summer heat). The AC worked well to keep the apartment pleasant. The door to the apartment is tricky to use, but once you figure it out not an issue. The winding staircase to the balcony loft are very narrow, we had to keep our suitcase downstairs.

• Sviatlana (9/5): Superb - Incredibly great location! Piazza Navona is 3 minutes walk. The apartment is very stylish, has everything you need. It was very nice to receive a bottle of wine and bus tickets from the owner as a bonus. Convenient self-check-in (but it is important that you have internet so you can open the door). I recommend!
• Catia (10/5): I would 100% recommend this property for anyone visiting Rome! - The location was perfect, we walked everywhere and didn’t get a taxi other than to the airport. The property was super cute and comfortable with plenty of room. The owners were so kind, as we had a later flight they let us leave our cases and when we were ready to leave all I had to do was message and they unlocked the door for us straight away. At first we were concerned because the place had no reviews when I booked it, but I’m so pleased I did because there are no complaints from us!
• Didem (9/5): perfect stay - it was a great apartment in a central and safe location. there were everything i need in the apartment and more (complimentary wine, bus tickets, gramaphone, censer). thanks for this great stay. it didn’t bother me much among all the great stuff but shower drains slowly and if you don’t pay attention water will overflow
