Mohamed (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is excellent and super clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Mamdouh & mr . Ahmed at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely come back.

Reham (10/5): إقامه مميزه و مريحه و فعلا قدرنا نفصل من زحمه الشغل - كل العاملين في الفندق كانوا قمه في الإحترام و الذوق و بالتحديد استاذ احمد عاطف .. لما الريسيبشن عرف إن عيد جوازنا كان بالصدفه وقت السفر الفندق عمل هديه لذيذه و جابولنا تورته نحتفل باليوم المميز ده .. البحر لذيذ أوي و البسين نضيف و كمان في أكوا بارك جديده هتشتغل في الفندق و الأكل كمان فيه اختيارات مختلفه بصراحه حمام السباحه بس محتاج يكون بعمق أكبر شويه و الباصات اللى بتروح البحر يكون مواعيدها اكتر

Mohamed (10/5): I’d give it 10 out of 10 honestly and hope it remains the same - Honestly, everything, the staff was amazing, Ahmed the club car guy was extremely helpful and an amazing human being. The food at the beach wasn’t good at all, it was literally commercial food not something that would stand out.

Ahmed (2/5): I need a full refund because of this horrible experience - The only good this was the front desk team they were helpful mamdouh and salam and the other from office team were amazing The resort it self in super good I mean the buildings and the exterior The room was not ready and not maintained well the water pump in the toilet were not fixed the light lamps were mot working I asked to fix everything no one came and fixed the room The chief of the meet in the restaurant was very rude I couldn’t imagine how rude could be a person in the field of hospitality and the food was really disgusting and very poor quality The swimming pool supervisor of the towels didn’t want to provide me with towels while I was in the pool and my kids were so cold why? Because he need the towel cards I told him I didn’t receive any towel cards in the check in he ignored and told me this is the rule and the police. The whole experience is horrible and I don’t ever recommend this hotel and the experience because of the staff

Amira (4/5): This place has the potential to be perfect, the management are ruining it - I like the hotel itself, the location, and the view The food was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted.. and you don’t have the option to cancel the food from the package and pay for the accommodation only. And even if you canceled it. The apps don’t deliver to this location. And during the day, there’s loud music on the pool from 7 am to almost 6 pm. All the rooms hear it as all the rooms see this pool. (Very disturbing) The beach is 26 minutes away but it’s fine as long as the bus they provide takes you there (they keep changing the bus schedule without prior notice or announcement)

Yet, they didn’t adjust it unless their manager was having a tour on the restaurant on 16 and 17 April (still tastes bad but some slight adjustments happened) The music on the pool from 7 am to 6 pm was very loud and disturbing and you can’t avoid it even by closing the window or changing the room as all the rooms see the pool The beach is 26 mins away from the hotel, they have a bus that should take you there as per the schedule (the whole schedule keeps changing without prior notice or announcement)

Tamer (6/5): Unprofessional staff and management - The beach is nice. The room is luxury. Despite the hotel has big potential, i believe the management isn't keen to satisfy the guests. There are suttle busses every one hour which means if you missed the buss you wait one hour!!! What happened with us we were waiting the bus. When the bus arrived the number of passengers were more then the bus capacity. Imagine all they did they make us wait one more hour. The food were below average. The staff at the dinner open buffet were not enough to serve the guests. One of the room we asked for extra bed at the check in at 2 pm, despite 3 times I go to the reception they only brought it after 10 pm

Suddenly there was no hot water in the bathrooms at night Reception is not responding on the phone called them 100 times to answer! Problem got fixed after 2 hours and again there was no hot water I had to change to my baby (1 month old) with cold water!! Staff are dull not smiling Outside property is dusty Asked the bar for Room service, he said kitchen is off there is no food at 3:30 pm!! Called them from the room coincidentally and said was okay to order! When we received the order he was insisting on cash while we told him put it on the room number! Supermarket is so dull, not clean enough, low variety, and only payment in cash

The water heater wasn’t working, so there was no hot water at all. The windows didn’t close properly, and the curtains were torn, which made the room feel uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The food was also very disappointing. It tasted bad, and the red pasta in particular seemed spoiled. On top of that, the staff were not friendly at all, which made the whole experience even worse. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Osama Saadeldin (6/5): Poor staff attitude. - Facilities and food 1. Reservation staff was stiff and impolite. 2. I needed to wait for 8 hours from 5 pm to 1 am to get an extra bed despite requesting it in the reservation and they confirmed availability. I needed to call them 7 times and to go down the the front desk twice and when they finally brought it it was just a mattress o. The floor not a real bed. Was very disappointing. 3. The bathroom was apparantly used and not cleaned before our check in. The whole facility was very dusty, outdoor chairs were awful, you'd need to change twice a day if you chose to go outside.

Елена (9/5): - В целом,все было хорошо. Завтрак и ужин были вкусными. Выбор не большой,но всего достаточно. 1. Матрас был настолько плохой,что я не могла спать всю ночь. Спина болела утром невыносимо!!! Хорошо ,что у нас была только одна ночь. 2. Пляж!!!!! Ужасен. Грязно!!! Весь песок в мазуте,лежаки тоже. Через две минуты вернулись отмывать ноги и обувь. На машине от отеля до пляжа 25 мин. И потом еще пешком мин 10. 3. В номере не было горячей воды, позвонили на ресепшен,сказали ,что сейчас кто нибудь пройдёт. Так никто и не пришёл!!!! 4. Бассейн с подогревом был очень грязный,почти зелёный. Мы не плавали. Делаю скидку на то,что сейчас не сезон, холодно и мало людей

The food quality and variety was really bad. No activities at any time even onthe beach . The shuttle service was good but lacked punctuality. There was no hot water at night .

I arrived to an unclean room and after complaining we were moved to another room. 2. Room service don't answer any calls no matter when or how many times we tried to call them 3. Reception doesn't support with anything except check in and even that it takes them forever to finish 4. We booked Half board accommodation, both breakfast and dinner were terrible, the variety , quality and taste were not satisfactory at all. 5. We wanted to do any activities, I rented an hour of tennis, the rackets were plastic not related to tennis, balls don't bounce, the floor was cracked. A waste of 250LE 6. When you ask anyone for support, they have to tell you that its the responsibility of someone else not theirs. As if they work in different hotels I complained to the management and the reception and literally every single person I see, in the end nothing changed. This is the worst experience ever, a waste of money and time. Never ever to return or recommend it for anyone else.
