• Cecilia (2/5): Under all kritik! - Vi tyckte om läget på lägenheten men den var i ett bedrövligt skick. Vi fick flytta därifrån och bo på IRIS hotell på slutet av perioden eftersom den var så hemsk. Antonio som hjälpte oss var fantastiskt. Lägenheten var i vidrigt skick och luktade avlopp. Det var läckage både på toalett och dusch och det var många saker som var trasiga. Tur att vi fick flytta!

• Josė Antonio (8/5): Apartamento muy pequeño pero funcional - La zona de la piscina está muy limpia y se puede estar al lado de la piscina alquilando unas hamacas o en el césped. La piscina es grande. Cómo estuvimos en septiembre ya no había tanta gente. El edificio es grande pero aún así tranquilo. Cómo tiene un recepcionista se siente uno más seguro. El apartamento estaba limpio y aunque está ya algo viejo funcionaba casi todo correctamente. Tiene bonitas vistas al mar. Ubicación muy buena cerca del mar y del parque de las palomas donde se puede pasear muy bien. El aire acondicionado funciona bien pero pierde agua y hay que poner algo debajo para que no salpique por todos lados. El apartamento es demasiado pequeño como para estar a gusto mucho tiempo. Para ducharse y dormir está bien. El baño, y especialmente el váter, es muy pequeño también y una persona grande no está cómoda. El bidé parece estar de adorno ya que no estaba ni conectado.

Apartament wymaga odnowienia lub odświeżenia. Klaustrofobiczna kuchnia. Nisko zawieszone meble (mikrofalówka). Zużyta wanna. Niepodłączony bidet. Cieknąca klimatyzacja, niedziałające żaluzje w oknach balkonowych. Apartament nie wart swojej ceny. Za tą kwotę można znaleźć lepszy obiekt.

• Cristian (9/5): Great location, great view - The location is close to supermarkets, the Paloma park and the train station. The beach is to 10 minute walk away and another 10 minutes to the Benalmadena port. The host was very friendly and provided us a lot of advices about the sightseeing. We really appreciated the underground parking place and the swimming pool.
• Geoffrey (9/5): A close to train station and amenities flat with a perfect host , will be looking for availability there again having ha - I liked the location , for me close to train station , Paloma park , shops and coastal walks. Clean . Having stayed in the area many times and now familiar with the size of “studio” flats i was quite impressed by the layout achieved within the floor space. Was also impressed by plugs in basin, sink & bath!!! (Something not always the case , which is surprising with the continual search for water in and around the Med.) My host Antonio was a gem of a guy , met and introduced me to the apartment and all the bits and pieces to make my stay comfortable. A host making himself available via phone for any eventuality and advice if needed. For me there was all I needed from cleaning equipment, tableware , fully functioning hot water bathing and cooking facilities . Fridge freezer and all sorts ! Oh and a little welcome of beer & water ,so good after arrival of a late flight. For me , a dividing wall to aid a bedroom space ? But i can see this would suit most people and would not put me off staying there again. And as seems unavoidable , because of many guests using (or abusing) non stick cookware , one pan had some issues but not the worst i’ve encountered .
• Janne (10/5): Good place to be 1-2 person. - Everything goes very well. Good communication. Host is friendly gentleman. House was peaceful. Kitchen was little bit small but there is close lot of different kinds restaurants.
