Not much food or supermarkets around. The staff os friendly. The hotel is not a modern building but it is okey for 1-2 nights. I wish we booked in a better location or closer to thw meteo station. Veera (5/5): Hyvän kokoinen huone, siisti mutta asiakaspalvelu vaikeaa ja huonoa aivan liian kuuma. - Ok aamiainen ja sijainti Ilmastointi ei toiminut huoneessa, lämpötila oli 29 astetta. Plussaa se että tarjottiin pari tuuletinta huoneeseen (ei kylläkään kuumuutta poistanut). Henkilökunta ei puhunut englantia ja esimerkiksi taxin tilaaminen oli todella vastahakoista, kysyvät miksi emme itse tilaa. Tilaamiseen meni todella kauan.

About 10' walk from the closest metro and there are plenty of buses. The location is not exactly the most convenient, but in acceptable range to Xihu and other must visit places in Hangzhou. The room we stayed on 2nd floor didn't have a full window so not the best room

Some staff at reception didn’t speak much English but were very friendly and helpful. With their phone translator app , they were able to help us with our questions
