• Rodney (8/5): Good choice for the budget traveller and within good distances of transport links. - Nice place to stay for the budget traveller, room was basic but clean, area was quiet as well. The location was really good for getting out and about, plenty of bus stops nearby and only a few minutes walk from the subway station.

• Lawra3239 (3/5): Awful.... Wrong room, no facilities, terrible smell, dirty underwear under the bed... - When we arrived we realised that the room that we got was not the one that we had booked... We booked a balcony double room (1 single bed, 1 double bed). This room had a trundle bed and no balcony, no kettle and no bin. The bathroom stunk so badly that we had to go out immediately and leave the window open and the fan pointed into the bathroom, which made very little difference as the smell of stagnant water was so strong. There were a pair of dirty socks and boxer shorts under the bed, and it was gross. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned at all. We messaged the managers and they told us that there was no such listing for a double room with balcony... When I told them I had print screens of the booking info they changed their tune and said "Sorry, we had a problem with the balcony room, etc...". • Malgorzata (2/5): Very poor - - walking distance from the city center - self check-in - mold on the wall in the room and bathroom (it is the main reason of low note) - damaged floor in the bathroom - broken kettle - bedding was fresh, but it had spots - the shower was broken, falling off water tap - you can hear all noises from other apartments, like flushing water - it looks good on a photos, but it seems that they were taken long time ago
• Luka (7/5): Good - Pleasant host. And an already available parking space in the green zone. The bedding and towels felt bad. Problem with the faucet in the shower room. Thin walls, poor insulation.
• Remy (8/5): Quiet, good night's sleep, location close to transport and centre. Good communication. - We had good night's sleep here. The location was great, in a quiet street yet walking distance to central bus, train and metro station. It is located in an intresting area, the feel is inbetween village and city, it makes for intresting views. Close to the Lion's bridge and a cool market with fresh produce, clothes, International eating places etc, nice to walk around. A brisk and great walk from the super centre. There was a balcony, a water cooker and even tea and coffee bags. The communication with the owner was excellent. We booked at 17.30 and at 18.00 we where in the room all installed. Easy access with codes and key boxes. When we needed more bedding we messaged and got access to more bedding straight away. When we needed to stay an extra night that was arranged no problem. We enjoyed our stay here! The second matress does not fit unto the frame. We made it work because I'm a tidy sleeper and don't move around too much.
• Tanvir (2/5): Very poor - Bed was very uncomfortable and mattress bigger than bed size. Room was smelt like mold and cigarette. There were lot of bed bugs. Bathroom Sink was broken and didn’t work at all. Shower also was broken but working somewhat.
• Iana (6/5): Pleasant - It’s a pleasant room very close to the city centre. The check in and check out was super easy. It was very cold! It seemed like the radiator didn’t work. Plus I would appreciate a trash bin, there wasn’t one while I was staying.

• Irina (7/5): Thank you for your hospitality - good value need some improvement in comfort level. Here some suggestions to improve your guests experience in Cosy Apartment staying - to include mop in washroom to mop the floor after using shower. It will save you paint on the floor and provide convenience for using washroom after showering, especially with colder weather in fall. - small rug ( or extra towel) in front of shower and washroom to keep feet and room’s floors dry - hairdryer is needed - sponge and kitchen towel in kitchenette

• Erta (10/5): Exceptional - The size of the apartment it was very nice the room very clean the towels were smelling so beautiful 😍 and nice the room it was nice decorated not bad it was the location good next to the restaurants and everything it was the price very good as well not bad choice I didn't find nothing to not like everything it was cool
