• Andreas (9/5): - Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr ruhig. Das Appartement ist komplett ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche, und es war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind auf unterschiedlichen Etagen und die Treppen sind steiler als in normalen Wohnungen/Häusern. Das ist nichts negatives, sollte einem vorher nur bewusst sein. Die Toilette in der 2. Etage war defekt.
• Westhorpe (10/5): Lovely short stay to see the sights of Venice. - It was much bigger than we thought, on three floors and with everything you need when you’re away from home. It was very comfortable and clean and we were met at the door and shown how everything worked. If I was to be picky, there weren’t mirrors near sockets in the bedrooms so I could do my hair etc.
• gabriella (6/5): buono - Non c'era la colazione ma la posizione era ottima. Il letto aveva cuscini troppo bassi. Il fatto che avevate scritto che ci sono tre bagni nell'appartamento mentre in realtà il bagno al piano terra non ha nè il bidè nè la doccia e neppure il doccino vicino al wc e quindi non era utilizzabile da nessuna di noi e il bagno al secondo piano collegato alla camera matrimoniale aveva lo scarico del wc rotto ( e la riparazione è stata fatta soltanto dopo mie ripetute sollecitazioni nel sabato pomeriggio cioè quasi alla fine della nostra permanenza a Venezia). Quindi abbiamo avuto il disagio di utilizzare in tre persone l'unico bagno completo e funzionante cioè quello del primo piano.
• Annabel (8/5): Magnifique logement, tout confort. A remarquer un gros point de communication à améliorer. - La dame lors de la réception a été particulièrement aimable, patiente pour se faire comprendre malgré notre anglais très approximatif. Le logement est magnifique, tout confort, à la décoration soignée. La literie est agréable. Il dipose d'une cour et d'une terrasse très appréciable. Il ne manque rien, même des bottes sont prévues en cas de pluie. Communication avec le représentant du propriétaire exécrable. N'a pas répondu aux messages ou lacunaires et très sèchement. Pas de solution pour nous aider au niveau du dépôt des bagages malgré mon handicap, Netflix en panne le 2e jour et nous sommes restés sans programme. Je suis fâchée. Cette dernière nous a bien expliqué comment laisser les clés lors du départ et qu'il n'y avait pas de Check-out. A 16h, ce premier, n'ayant donné aucun signe de vie durant tout le séjour, exigeait notre retour pour ce fameux Check-out. Bref, la communication de ce dernier est particulièrement décevante quand nous vivons un séjour au top dans ce logement magnifique.
• Thomas (10/5): Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage - Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und haben prompt alle Informationen erhalten. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe ist ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter des Gastgebers erschienen, der uns das Apartment übergeben hat. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Durch die sehr persönliche Einrichtung fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Der Eingang liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof. Das Apartment befindet sich im Stadtteil Dorsoduro, welchen wir aufgrund der ruhigen, aber dennoch zentralen Lage, sehr schätzen. Sehr gefallen haben uns auch die Außenbereiche, der von der Küche aus begehbare Innenhof und die Terrasse waren ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen. --

• Tadas (9/5): Superb - All nice and The washing machine and the dishwasher were both broken, I fixed it myself before usage. The carpets were not very clean (because the vacuum cleaner is weak) and dishes could have been better washed.
• Sarah (9/5): A very pleasant and special stay in Venice - Very nice apartment, the interior is elaborate and shows love for detail. Beautiful area in Venice, calm, not too many tourists and nice restaurants nearby. We also received a booklet for things to do in Venice from the owner and the recommendations were all special. The owner seems to have taken the last reviews into consideration, our check-in was flexible, since our flight arrived very early in the morning, we could put our luggage inside and come back in the afternoon. All the amenities were explained in detail. There are also two sets of keys now.
• Tibor (6/5): Disappointing - Nicely designed furniture, spacious kitchen, fairly close to the main parking places. We had to wait 20 minutes in the 30+ heat outside the apartment in the courtyard for a lady to let us in. She did not speak English… luckily one of us knew some Italian. The lady quickly arranged the apartment, but when she said she was ready, we saw that there was still a lot of dirt everywhere and the floors were obviously not cleaned. When we asked her to do the cleaning, she reluctantly took a vacuum cleaner and did the floors for about 5 minutes, but even after this the floor remained quite dirty. We were 5 people, but only got one key. (I think you cannot assume that 5 people will always stick together - at least 2-3 sets of keys should really be available. But when we asked for one more set, we were told there was no more). The apartment is perfect for two people (there is a nice bedroom). Anyone else must sleep on couches and there was a spare bed for one of us. These were not made when we arrived, the said lady - after our specific request - provided sheets and pillow cases - and left. Not sure how we would have found the sheets / pillow cases, had we not asked specifically. By the way, the air conditioner on the ground floor was very hard to turn on - you need to be very patient, it took me about 5 minutes to find the right way to press the button. Also, the ground floor entrance door is very hard to open. Overall, we felt really disappointed.
• Tamara (9/5): Tastefully decorated, spacious house in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood of Venice. Highly recommend - The house is very lovely and nicely decorated. The location is excellent. It's about 20-30 minute walk to St. Mark's but in an very quiet and beautiful area away from the crowds. I would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again on a return to Venice. Everything was perfect except there was a bit of back and forth about the check-in. Originally the woman who cleans it (not the owner) wanted us to check in at 6pm which was unreasonable. After messaging the property we were able to resolve this issue and the apartment was ready at 2pm. You have to fix an exact time to check-in in advance.
