• antony (10/5): This is a fab apartment, communication perfect, swimming pool good size, sheltered and warm. We will book again - Great outside area, Bed really comfortable
• May Ayr Scotland (9/5): Lovely apartment. Quiet location. Handy for shopping centre and bars/restaurants. - Did not serve breakfasts! Key collection at Airport but would find it easier next time knowing where to go as desk was closed. Swimming pool was closed for renovations.
• Tara (9/5): Fantastic property, great location and balcony - The property was excellent, location was ideal and perfect size for 2 people. The balcony was generous and allowed you to sunbathe and have drinks/eat. Bed was really comfortable and they stocked lots of extras like toothbrushes and razor should you forgot anything which was a nice touch. Pool on the top floor was a good size and generally quiet. Only minor issue was the coffee machine didn’t work, it was producing tiny drinks and took a long time to get a proper size cup, not an issue as we just used the kettle but was a nice touch to have a coffee machine
• Carole (10/5): Perfect - Everything, it was a fantastic place to celebrate a special birthday The property was fantastic, and the hosts were very responsive to messages. Very clear and easy instructions to collect the keys with pictures of where to go helped. Fantastic service and a bonus to be able to accommodate a later check out. The terrace was perfect and exactly what we wanted with morning coffee in the sunshine and a glass of wine late afternoon just before sunset. The apartment is very well equipped and didn’t need for anything. A wonderful holiday here and special memories. Del Duque is very relaxed and calm, with a lovely beach and restaurants, exactly what we needed, thank you so much Nothing to not like

• Christopher (9/5): Perfect accommodation for a couple, enjoyed our stay - Claudio arrived to let us in and show us around the property, how to use the aircon and tv's etc . nice chap, eager to be helpful. Even organised with a plumber to replace the filtered water tap in the kitchen as it wasn't working when we arrived. Really enjoyed the large space outside on the patio with 2 sun loungers and umbrellas being used everyday. All seats had cushions as the furniture was iron and it got very hot in the sun. The lazy boy chair in the lounge was nifty and made up for the sofa. Large fridge and all the utensils you could probably need. Imagine living in someone's home for a couple of weeks. The building work going on at the Grand Costa Adeje across the road. When they had the JCB digging out ground this was very loud but thankfully it wasn't all day. The builders were noisy in the mornings when we were outside on the patio but thankfully we couldn't hear them inside the property so they didn't wake us up. This could go on for some months as it looks like a new build. The sofa in the lounge wasn't comfortable at all but I believe it was also a fold out bed. Shower water pressure was average at best but adequate. Slight hill going up to the property made you sweat a bit but we were aware of this before hand. Nothing major for us but could be an issue for "oldies" lol.
• Lesley (10/5): Exceptional Apartment - Terrazas del Duque 11 Hideaway Was an exceptional apartment situated on the 4th Floor of the building 1 bedroom the bed is so comfortable including a Superior mattress topper with French doors leading ontothe terrace with air conditioning Bathroom is modern with his & her sinks Shower is over the bath Kitchen is modern & everything you need Lounge is spacious with large TV british channels & Netflix This apartment is immaculate We stayed for 7days in May 2025 myself & my husband & we can honestly say we had a wonderful break so quiet The outdoor terrace is so large outdoor loungers with cushions & table chairs Rocking chairs washing machine with outdoor airer to dry washing if u choose to do washing before going home At the bottom of the road there is the fantastic market every Thursday & Saturday Also the bus stop 467 which is a very convenient Fanabe or Los Christianos very cheap 3 euros Beach short walk lots of quality shops & supermarkets for all ur needs Sylvianne the host is wonderful she arranged Claudio to meet us @ the apartment with the keys which he explained everything we needed to know & show us around What a wonderful relief that was peace of mind we will have no problem in recommending this place to everyone exceptional Nothing

• David (10/5): A lovely apartment in a well maintained property, close to restaurants and bars. A short walk to Playa Fanabe. Looking f - The outside space is fantastic with views of the mountain in one direction and a view of the sea in the other. Very comfortable furniture and 2 sun loungers. Access to UK TV channels, allows you to stay in touch with events back home and enjoy sports channels. Bath with shower fittings, results in stepping up in to the bath, would highly recommend replacing bath with walk in shower.

• Kristine (9/5): Excellent unit and location. I highly recommend! - The keys were waiting for us at a tourism desk at the airport. The unit itself was very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the smell of the sheets and pillows! The balcony/veranda was excellent. Many places to sit and relax. We ate breakfast out there every day. The decor was modern and sleek. Bathroom and towels were excellent. The bottle of wine and glasses on arrival was a nice touch. The pool on the 6th floor was very nice. Never too crowded and always available lounges. Playa Fanabe and the promenade was a 15 minute walk. Many grocery stores in the area to stock the kitchen. The parking could be a bit challenging at times. Especially during the day. At night there was always spots in front of the building. A few more garbage bags could have been provided. Not enough paper towels and toilet tissue as well. We had to buy those.

• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable apartment for a couple. It is situated in a quiet (and our favorite) part of Costa Adeje, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet far from huge noisy hotels. The apartment is well-equipped, and the whole property is relatively new and clean. Our host was very helpful. We had some issues with the wi-fi. It didn't trouble us much but should be checked and resolved.

• Verne (10/5): Great 9 days stay will definitely be booking with Sylvianne again when we travel back to Tenerife next year . - The property is in a great location close to restaurants shops and beach. Inside the property everything was clean and had everything you'd want to insure that your holiday went well loved the outside space which was fantastic with great views . The kitchen was very well equipped as was the bathroom. Lovely bed very comfortable. Sylvianne the hostess of the property was brilliant and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was so helpful couldn't thank her enough for all she done for us. Not much not to like about the property really we couldn't fault it
