• Jade (8/5): 舒適的日式小公寓體驗 - 地點算方便。10分鐘左右有超市可以準備早餐。浴室浴缸算大，泡澡舒服。浴室有暖氣在冬天非常舒適。房間除了一個小雙人床，還準備了一套日式被褥床鋪，如果覺得小雙人床睡兩人太擠，可以打開地舖睡得舒服。小廚房餐具兩人分還有鍋子，簡單烹調沒有問題。 wifi不太ok。室內潮濕，衣服幾乎晾不乾。牆上時鐘壞了。衣架有點少。

• ELODIE (8/5): - Très bon séjour au Yoyogi Guesthouse ! Le logement est spacieux, confortable et bien aménagé, ce qui est assez rare pour Tokyo. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : quartier agréable, bien desservi par les transports et proche de nombreux points d’intérêt. Un excellent choix pour un séjour pratique et agréable dans la capitale. Je recommande sans hésiter !

• Franziska Marlene (8/5): Nice and central apartment - Really nice location, close to Yoyogi park. I was very happy to be allowed to leave my luggage until 3 p.m. in the room. Nice Apartment. The only thing that bothered us a little was that the ventilation in the showerroom didn’t seem effective. It smelled really damp in there and there was some mold on the sink.
• Zeina (1/5): Black mold next to the bed. - The location was close to the train station and is in a quiet area. We discovered black mold on the curtain right next to the bed. Shortly after our arrival, me and my friend began experiencing symptoms of mold exposure such as sore throat, coughing, and sinusitis. When we contacted the host, we received no response, despite offering pictures of proof. Additionally, there were leaks along the window that was by the bed. Every morning there would be puddles of water by the windowsill that would drip on the wall next to the bed. PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS ROOM UNLESS YOU LOVE MOLD AND POOR HOST COMMUNICATION. I would not recommend this to anyone, this RUINED my trip.

• Luka Leon (3/5): - Liegt außerhalb großer Städte. Hatte Schimmel im Badezimmer, Vorhänge waren dreckig oder hatten auch Schimmel. Gereinigt war die Wohnung noch nicht als ich einchecken wollte.
• Sean (10/5): Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended. - Easy communication with the owner. Very convenient location which is very close to both Yoyogi train stations - 5 mins on foot. Shibuya is a 20 min stroll too. The apartment was very clean in a quiet area. Would have been great to have somewhere outside to hang washed clothes. A TV in the room would have been nice too.

• Maria Joanne (1/5): Ein gesundheitlich belastender und enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit irreführender Beschreibung und keinerlei Unterstützung - Leider nichts. Es gab keinen positiven Aspekt, der den Aufenthalt aufgewertet hätte. Die Wohnung war stark verschimmelt, was für mich als Asthmatikerin gesundheitlich sehr belastend war. Ich habe den Vermieter täglich kontaktiert und ausdrücklich auf meine gesundheitliche Situation hingewiesen – es gab weder eine Reaktion noch eine Lösung. Zusätzlich war das Lattenrost des Bettes kaputt, das WLAN funktionierte überhaupt nicht und eine Verbindung war nicht möglich. Entgegen der Beschreibung handelte es sich NICHT um eine Wohneinheit im Erdgeschoss. Es gab keinen Fahrstuhl und das Treppenhaus war extrem schmal, was das Tragen der Koffer sehr schwierig gemacht hat. Die Angabe in der Beschreibung ist somit irreführend. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Booking.com-Kundenservice brachte leider keine Unterstützung oder Abhilfe.

Lavadora que no seca la ropa no tienes donde tender y has de llevartela a la lavandería a secar horrorso

El propietario, bastante atento, estuvo pendiente de intentar satisfacer nuestras necesidades. La tablas de la cama estaban rotas, a cada momento se salían y debíamos bajar de la cama para colocarlas.

• Le Pailleur (3/5): - Ça ne plaît pas du tout de mettre cette note car le logement est très bien placé, spacieux et bien équipé mais malheureusement je trouve ça inadmissible qu’après de multiples et multiples remarques le propriétaire ne fasse pas l’effort de régler les problèmes qui sont quand même assez importants. L’humidité dans l’appartement est tellement abondante qu’il y a du moisi partout et de l’eau dégouline de la porte d’entrée et des fenêtres à grosse goute, le sommier est cassé heureusement j’étais seule donc j’ai pu dormir d’un côté et est calée le dessous du sommier avec une couette et un oreiller. Et internet ne fonctionne absolument pas et le réseau de passe pas même si on veut se mettre en 4g/5g. Supplément la porte du placard de la porte d’entrée est cassée.Je trouve que c’est un manque de respect et de considération pour les voyageurs. En espérant que les mauvaises notes qui afflues vous feront réagir.

Unit needs dehumidifier - Host quick to respond Speaks English via messaging Cleaning man very thorough and nice Nice bidet Great coffee 3 minute walk away 30 minute walk to shibuya 10 minute train to ^ *able to leave luggage until 15:00!* very nice Mold! The unit was moist and moldy. This is an easy fix with a dehumidifier. The towels were clean but smelled like they were stored in an area with no ventilation and lots of moisture. I hope the owners put a dehumidifier (or two) in the unit because it has great potential. The pillows are very small and thin and couldn’t accommodate our request to have 2 extra.

• Maxime (5/5): Great location and spacious, but the host needs to fix the mold and bed issues. - The area is great, close to a lot but in a cosy and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was more spacious than anywhere else we stayed on our 3 week Japan trip. The curtains were moldy (which I think made our noses stuffy), which I feel is unacceptable. It was quite dusty when we arrived and the problem with the bed slates that’s mentioned in several reviews before wasn’t fixed (which I assumed it would be when I booked because so many has mentioned it) and was super annoying.

• Akiko (5/5): Okay but could be better - Location was good, about 7 min from the closest station. There were many restaurants and stores near the station so it was convenient. Also it was close to Yoyogi park so you can take a nice walk or jog if you enjoy outdoor activities. The room had a very strong synthetic smell (maybe air freshener or a cleanser or detergent used for beddings) and I got a bad headache, sore throat and irritated nose. It was so strong that I could not sleep even after I left the window open for 6 hours. The floor was sandy too. Not very pleasant.

Le foto non sono di questa stanza, assolutamente false. La stanza si trova al piano seminterrato. Quando siamo arrivati la stanza era MOLTO umida, sulle finestre gocciolava l’acqua di condensa. Il deumidificatore nonostante l’avessimo acceso da più di 24h, non è stato sufficiente, la camera era molto umida e puzzava. I muri presentavano muffa, il pavimento era sporco e le lenzuola macchiate. Abbiamo chiamato il proprietario per due giorni chiedendo la risoluzione dei problemi o un’altra stanza o il rimborso, ma lui non ha mai risposto. Abbiamo dormito sui nostri asciugamani perché le lenzuola erano sporche.. Dopo due notti siamo scappati per disperazione visto che la stanza era invivibile e non si riusciva a respirare. Quando c’è ne siamo andati il proprietario ci ha comunicato che probabilmente il detersivo per le lenzuola non era stato sufficiente..e di lasciare le chiavi nella buca invitandoci ad elogiare il suo appartamento con recensioni positive. Esperienza pessima. Sporco, muffa, umidità, proprietario irraggiungibile.

• angélique (10/5): Logement parfait - L'appartement est situé dans une zone résidentielle très calme mais vivante. C'est très agréable. Vraiment proche du centre animé de shibuya et super bien déservi par les transports. L'appartement est très bien équipé et propre.
• EvelyPurple (9/5): Fräscht och bekvämt boende - Rummen var fräscha, ett litet kök och badrum med ett sovrum med matbord. Perfekt för två personer! Bekväma sängar och bra med AC samt torkrum i badrummet. Läget var bra, nära Yoyogi-parken och tunnelbana. Hade gärna velat ha en instruktionsbok på engelska med anvisningar till tvättmaskin och torkrum / fläkt i duschen.

This amount of mold takes weeks to grow. There are also signs of mold in other places. But I can't say 100% if blackish dirt around bassboards is mold or dirt? You can also clean mirrors. It is not complicated, seriously! Also: this particular room was located -0.5 floors below the ground, so the other visitors of the house would be slightly above you. So you can't really keep windows not covered. And your bed is located below the place people walk to their apartments. Not cozy
• Ella (8/5): Room for 3 people - The accommodation is located in a very cute neighbourhood, a nice little walk to shibuya's main attractions. Very close to other transportation stations. Many convenience stores in the vicinity. I really liked that the bed is right next to the window. It was very clean. It is great that you have a washing machine at your disposal. The wi-fi was really bad, didn't work most of the time, so definitely take into account that you will be spending more of your mobile data. Also, it doesn't have an elevator so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs which are a bit narrow, but is is managable.

Ist ist nicht besonders luxuriös aber bi - Die Lage war sehr gut und die Gegend sehr ruhig so das man mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Das WLAN war leider nicht gut.

• Cohen (10/5): - The room was clean, spacious (compared to Tokyo 😅 ) and had everything needed. We stayed for 2 weeks and really felt like home and comfortable. Location is AMAZING as the neighborhood is really quite and nice but is a few minutes walk from Shibuya, train stations and all the action. Staff is super responsive and friendly 24/7 Only complaints are: 1. The bed is a bit cheap, the wooden planks kept moving making the mattress fall, so we had to fix it every now and again 2. Instructions imply you can’t leave the windows open, making the apartment feel like it has no oxygen when you first enter after a long day
• Rainer (8/5): Empfehlenswertes Appartement in ruhiger aber trotzdem berkehrsgünstiger Lage - Wir haben eine Woche im Central Yoyogi gewohnt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war geräumig genug zu zweit und es lag so ruhig, dass wir gut ausgeschlafen in den Tag starten konnten. Die Wohnung war mit Waschmaschine, Kochnische und Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet - wer richtig kochen möchte, muß ein bisschen improvisieren. Das Yoyogi-Viertel mit dem Park, den seinen Cafes, Lädchen und Restaurants bot immer wieder nette Überraschungen und ist gut an verschiedene Linien angebunden. Alles in allem eine gute Empfehlung auch für ein paar Tage mehr.

• Daniel (10/5): Comfortable stay in central Tokyo - Great communication from my host, i picked the key up and dropped it off with minimal hassle. The apartment is in pristine condition, not a hair out of place, and i found everything i needed. Located in between two stations, it is well connected to central Tokyo areas and i had no problems getting to where i needed to swiftly. There was zero noise from neighbors or cars and i slept very well in the comfortable bed provided. All in all, a great place to stay!

• Cristóbal (9/5): Un buen lugar para alojarse - La ubicación y el espacio eran perfectos! El wifi no funcionó muy bien y la base de la cama se soltaba a veces.
• Irene (8/5): - El piso no está mal pero la habitación es justa para 3 personas y maletas. La tercera cama es un futón, así que si quieres más espacio, no tienes más que quitarlo. Tiene cocina completa y lavadora. La ubicación es buena, tienes varias paradas de metro a 10 min andando y en nada te plantas en Shibuya o Shinjuku. El barrio es residencial y muy tranquilo pero tienes de todo. No conseguimos desactivar el extractor del baño, el cual metía bastante ruido. El casero intentó explicarnos vía chat pero al final estaba la barrera lingüística. Colgar la ropa también fue un poco odisea, porque no sabíamos donde poner el tendal.

• Chu (9/5): 第一次來東京住在此間民宿整體感受都蠻棒的，玩了一天回來民宿都有感受到好好休息的心情！很謝謝老闆及其他員工們的維護與整潔，辛苦囉！😛 - 有提供wifi 及整體環境都蠻乾淨的～房間也都香香的沒有怪味 也不是說不滿意，但感覺可以提供一些想法給老闆知道：我們覺得浴室門口出來應該可以多加一條地毯或是吸水的硅藻土等等，因為看地板也是偏木系的材質怕這樣淋浴完畢直接在整個民宿間走動久了會傷地板！ 然後提供的鍋具平底鍋的部分感覺塗層已經被破壞，如果有多餘的器具感覺可以替換！

• Medilyn (7/5): - It's a modern unit with the basic facilities, and a quiet area too. Not crowded and noisy. The bed needs fixing as the wooden slats would go off and you have to adjust it so you need to lift the bed a bit. But again it keeps happening. Perhaps good for one person only.

• Sebastián (10/5): Perfect place and ubication - The location was perfect, a very nice and safe neighborhood. You can get to Harajuku/Shibuya in 15-20 minutes by train and 25-30 mins walking. The room was perfect for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable and it has equipement for 1 more people. The shampoo, conditioner and soap smell reallt well. It was nice that the place has his own kitchen, in other places they simply don't gave it. The shower was clean, but in some points wasn't very clean. The door was a little oxidated, but nothing really serious.
