• Pablo (8/5): - El DTO tiene todo para una estancia perfecta y esta cerca de la estacion de Tren la cual tiene conexiones a todos lados. La cama tiene un colchon muy fino es la unica critica que tengo, solucionando esto el alojamiento es un 10
• Ishtiaq (1/5): Fake photos, dirty bedding, no soap/towels, noisy — 0 stars, worst stay ever. - ⭐ 0/5 STARS — ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, EVERYTHING FAKE! They upload completely fake photos online just to trick and attract people — reality is nothing like the pictures, everything is a lie! Pillows were dirty, stained and smelly. Bedsheets had marks and clearly never washed. Bathroom had NO soap, NO towels at all, asked staff but got nothing. The place is extremely noisy all night, impossible to rest. Worst stay of my life. 0 stars is too much. NEVER recommend to anyone, stay far away! Fake photos, dirty pillows/sheets, no soap/towels, very noisy — 0 stars, never recommend.

• Ernie (9/5): Enjoyed stay in Milan. - Comfy apartment, walking distance (15 minutes) from Milano Central train station and very close to a metro station which we use to explore the city. Lift to the apartment. Good communication with host. The apartment is situated above a restaurant, worth to pop in and have dinner here. Nothing that I did not like.
• Benjámin (3/5): If they improve the cleanliness, it will be a perfect place to stay. - The metro is very close, and there’s a small convenience store 3 minutes away where you can buy everything you need. The lady we got the keys from was kind and helpful. The accommodation was dirty. The previous guest almost certainly smoked in the apartment — there were cigarette butts on the bedroom windowsill. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom and toilet were neglected. The cutlery and glasses were stained. But the worst part was the bedroom: although the bed was made, we found strange stains on the sheet, and the pillow and blanket did not smell freshly washed. Since we only stayed for one night, we didn’t complain, but we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for a longer stay.

• Brody (4/5): Overall, I’d give it 2/5. The location is convenient for the train station, the host was accommodating, and the room - Wanted somewhere close to Milan Central, and this place seemed convenient for that — it’s just a short walk away. The host was great and kindly met us for a late check-in around 9:30 p.m., which we really appreciated Only one towel was provided for two people, and there were no complimentary shower products or small touches like coffee, which really make a difference when traveling around Europe. Our European power adapter only fit in the bathroom outlet, as the others were very small and only accepted thin prongs. The biggest issue, though, was that the bidet toilet didn’t flush, so we had to deal with what the first person left in there for most of our stay. I’d love to say “you get what you pay for,” but the place was actually on the pricey side per night — plus an additional £12 tax on arrival.

• jose (8/5): Bom apartamento, mas com algumas, muitas, condicionantes - A localização e do Javier que nos atendeu super simpático, super disponível e profissionalismo muito bom Li comentários negativos como o facto da cama não ser confortável. Contudo estava convencido que o problema estaria resolvido na minha estadia. Como é possível a única cama de casal ainda estar partida? Com tantos comentários a referir isso? Espero que desta vez tenham isto em consideração. Além disso, atenção ao metro a passar por baixo da casa, não é incomodativo, mas ouve-se ben
• Kenneth (7/5): - The person that give us the keys was very nice. Very well located place, it felt safe, I didn't have problems with noise. The bed was broken. You need to go to other place first to pick up the keys.
• Nicolette (8/5): - Very helpful check in instructions in video form from the host + convenient location for a stopover. Great that there was a laundry machine but the opening of the drum really needs a proper clean. had a bit of a swamp water situation going on 😅

• Lorenzo (2/5): DA EVITARE - Solo la posizione pulizia inguardabile , pavimenti sporchi e marci , condizionatori pieni di polvere ( rischio malattie !), letti macchiati . Anche se ho alloggiato solo una notte , mi sono sentito veramente a disagio . Le foto che sono online non rispecchiano assolutamente la realtà delle cose. Purtoppo non so come mai ma il sito non mi permette di mettere le foto.

Não tinha toalhas para todos os hóspedes nem talheres e copos suficientes. O check in é feito em outro local, na mesma rua uns 200 MTS de distância.

• Karolína (5/5): - Close to Milano Central station. Nice receptionist, but you have to go to different building in that street. The bed was broken (mattress slat) with too soft mattress. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) was comfortable, but didn't look very clean. Beddings, sheets, towels were all right and clean. The apartment looks worn out.

• Tania (6/5): Good location. - Handy to station and secure environment. Main bed is a fold out couch and certainly not designed for two people. Second bed also fold out couch and certainly not any better comfort wise. All sheets provided were single for double beds. Lots of cobwebs.

• Shikha (6/5): Clean and neat, location is a bit inconvenient - The hotel was clean and neat. - too much noise on the street - you have take your luggage and go to the office first which is 7 mins away from the apratmenet building, to get your keys. Then walk back- most places they come to the gate with the key. - The location is very far from the center, don’t let the central station proximity confuse you into thinking it is in the center.

• Tereza (10/5): Exceptional - Picking up the keys was really easy. We received precise instructions on how to find accommodation, where to go, including a map. The accommodation was great, and in good accessibility to the center...there were two metro stations just a short distance away. We will definitely come again. We would have liked a normal blanket/duvet, there was only a thin one in the room and it wasn't enough for us. I found extra sheets in the room, so I put a blanket over myself. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
• Tiago (9/5): Superb - the location is good and the house is comfortable and there is a supermarket right underneath I didn't like it at all, but I really didn't like that they only left me 1 bath towel for 2 people... and there wasn't even a face towel.

• Mereli79 (9/5): A most enjoyable overnight stay, a short distance to Metro, very convenient for our travel needs. - The room was very clean and tidy. Security was exceptional and we felt very safe. The shower and water pressure was very good. The apartment was well appointed. Did try to arrange meals, but this didn’t come to fruition but that’s ok. Our host was very helpful and informative, this made our stay easier, thank you. Everything was good, especially having a washing machine available but having a dryer would have been a bonus. It is not well suited for an older travel, the distance to collect the key whilst dragging your luggage was an inconvenience, as it is something distance from key collection to accommodation . The step down from the bathroom is also something to be aware of.
• Josephine (9/5): Excellent location - We had a great check in experience. Lots of local information given, detailed explanation of how to access the apartment and flexibility on leaving our luggage despite our early arrival.
• Maja (6/5): Great as long as you are OK with cleaning your rental space before you get comfortable. - Centrally located apartment, near metro and central train station. Grocery store and several restaurants are located in the area. The apartment includes a clothes washer, which was a nice surprise. The layout is nice, and the amenities are good. I would have really liked this space had it been clean. The room was not particularly clean. For example, the dishes were sticky and needed to be washed before use, however, no dish soap was provided, and the cup for toothbrushes in the bathroom had old toothpaste stuck to the bottom. Check in was a little nerve wrecking. The check in spot is at a hostel about 10min walk further away from the train station than the apartment. Although we arrived during check-in hours, no one answered the door when we rang the bell. We started to get a bit nervous when no one answered the phone number we were provided, either. Eventually someone did come and open the door, and we were able to complete our check-in and pick up the keys.

• Janice (8/5): Clean and close to station - Clean and well appointed. Take the correct exit from the station and your just a five min walk. Air con not working.
• Evan (8/5): Comfortable. Secure! - The security, the cleanliness, and the comfort. The shower was also very good. The security for an apartment is unparalleled in my experience. The washing machine didn't work. To be fair I wasn't expecting one, but as it was there it would have been nice if it had worked.
