• JUAN JOSÉ (10/5): El sitio perfecto - Alojamiento muy amplio, tanto el salón (32 m2) como la habitación y el baño son enormes! Muy limpio y amueblado con buen gusto. Perfectamente equipado. Quiero valorar especialmente el trato excepcional y la amabilidad de Miguel y Claudia de Monkó Bora Bora, que son súper atentos y encantadores.

• FJHC (8/5): Vacaciones - Me gusta la ubicación, tiene supermercado, restaurantes y playa muy cerca. La urbanización es tranquila y se puede aparcar sin problema dentro del recinto. El apartamento es muy amplio y no hay ruidos. Se está bien. En la cocina salían unas hormiguitas muy pequeñas, pero cada vez había más, se metían hasta en el armario. El precio. Nos alojamos hace dos años en otro del mismo bloque y nos costó menos de la mitad. Ya sé que ha subido todo, pero creo que es exagerado lo que han subido los precios.
• adolfo (7/5): Espacioso y bien ubicado apartamento - Apartamento muy espacioso y cómodo. Las piscinas muy bien. Además hay un chiringuito dentro de la urbanización que está bien. Buena ubicación, cerca del paseo marítimo. Las toallas viejas y usadas mil veces. En una zona del salon olía a pis de perro. La llave del ascensor externo no funcionaba.

Le jour du Check in on vous dit qu’il faut payer 200€ de garantie à payer sur un site qui NE FONCTIONNE PAS. J’ai essayé avec 5 cartes différentes. Cette situation a durée plus de 5H. Nous avons attendu dans un bar en face du logement car personne de l’agence ne vient sur place vous aider et vous n’avez pas le droit de rentrer dans l’appart. J’ai beau expliqué à la gestionnaire sur WhatsApp que le site ne fonctionne pas et que j’aimerais payer soit en cash soit par virement mais elle s’en fou et me parle que de son site QUI ne fonctionne pas. Quand je l’appel elle ne veut pas répondre et ne veut communiquer que part écrit. Bizarre!! Entre temps j’ai ma petite sœur de 9 ans qui pleure et mon père de 75 ans qui sont à la rue et qui perde une journée de location. Pour finir je reçoit un numéro de compte sur lequel je paye. Mais en plus de vous laissez à la rue, on ne vous remboursera pas les 200€ de garantie et plus personne ne vous répondra. Vous êtes une honte!!!!

• Evelien (7/5): It was ok: not great, not bad. - Even though it is not specified on booking.com: there is indeed a parking space, which is really useful in Benalmádena! Check-in was really smooth thanks to the clear instructions, no problems there. 2 out of 3 pools were closed - and this in high season… At the pool that was open, they charged €2 per sun lounger every time you wanted to use one, which is a ripoff I think, it should be included in the price of the rent. The kitchen utensils could use a renewal. The isolation in the building is not optimal, so if you have loud neighbors, you will hear it.
