• Astrida (9/5): Perfect, modern house near the bush for a family get together with adult children and partners. - Lovely quiet location in Maianbar, surrounded by a lot of trees and close to Royal National Park with all its beautiful walks. A true 'oasis in nature'. Very tasteful, modern interiors with a cosy fireplace in the downstairs living room. The kitchen was really well equipped and supplied with a lot of extras (oil, herbs, coffee, tea etc). The lock box was a bit sticky so it took a while to get in but no problem in the end. On this particular weekend, It was quite cold upstairs in the bedrooms. Had I known there was no heating there, I would have brought a small fan heater with me.

• Alexander (10/5): Just perfect - Everything was just perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The kitchen, the beds, the bathrooms—everything was top-notch. There wasn’t a single issue. Our family had a wonderful time and loved the sounds of the birds all around. It was the perfect base to explore the national park and beaches. Just a short drive from Sydney, yet you’re completely surrounded by nature. I know we might sound like we're overdoing it, but honestly, there was no downside for us. As a family of five, it met all our needs perfectly.
• Sunny.tee.zai (10/5): Must return to this place every year! - The house is spacious, clean and warm and inviting! The kitchen appliances were state of the art and cooking was quite enjoyable. The rooms upstairs were spacious and comfortable and you can tell the host put in a lot of meticulous planning to make sure this place felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for quick little walks to the bush, the beach and waterfront. The cockatoos at the front were brazen and funny. We loved the fireplace and were glued to it as we were to the massive TV. Everything about this place was easy to settle into and very enjoyable. I would like to say nothing but because the place was freshly painted (which is a great thing) and because there hasn't been a lot of sunny days, the paint smell affected for the first couple of days.

• Sue (10/5): PERFECTION - THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME WAS STUNNING VERY TRANQUIL LOCATION WITH A BEAUTIFUL MODERN HOME INSIDE. THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THE SINGLE BEDS WERE SLIGHTLY HARDER BUT IT WAS FINE.
