What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Guest Reviews
- Steven (7/5): -
- Fatema (1/5): Didn’t even get to stay the house is infected with fleas! - Nothing was good about the property dont let the pictures on here fool you. The house was full of fleas everywhere inside was full of fleas! The staff refused to help me get a new property nor would they refund me!
This house is not elderly friendly either as it has alot of stairs inside thats not described on here either. The house is not safe for anyone to live in DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!
- Katerina (6/5): Couldn’t sleep because it was itchy, it was nice and quiet but smell wasn’t pleasant. - - quiet
- fireplace
- kids loved the cows and chicken
- - didn’t know owner and farmer would pop in without letting us know
- all beds, furniture were itchy
- grass not mowed
- dirty bbq
- smell
- washing machine was leaking so we didn’t use it
- long drive back to the house
- Akabir (5/5): Nice and quiet place however needs some real attention for the rent charged - - split AC in all 4 bed rooms. Very comfortable for hot summer/cold days. Backup room heaters also available for guests' convenience.
- very convenient/ easily cleanable glass panel electric cooktop
- nice and big elevated deck area to view the farm area
- shed has good lighting/ dryer/ table tennis / pool arrangements but not many table tennis balls/ pool balls found.
- good number of farm animals around/ can be seen however we were not sure if guests are allowed to pat the animals.
- Reading light facility in the bunk bed
- we were informed prior to someone attended the animals which was a nice gesture however we were not very comfortable with unknown people around us specially when not all the doors were not lockable.
- there were lots of beautiful wild swan and ducks flying around the farm - can be viewed from the lounge/ deck area which is magnificent!
- above average comfortable bed.
- most floor area is floor boards instead of carpet which is very convenient and easily cleanable for people/children with pollen/dust allergy.
- we specially liked the 2 semi rocking chairs
- smart tv with high speed internet/ wifi (you need your own streaming subscription to enjoy)
- big windows to enjoy the farm views.
Maintenance items:
- could not lock the deck sliding doors with the keys provided. probably not lockable.
- sliding door aluminium flyscreen is broken and one can injure their hands with open aluminium spikes
- insect comes through the windows flyscreen specially in the ensuite probably have holes in places.
- little more light in the kitchen area would have been very helpful/ no island bench light.
- ineffective, no suction/ very noisy kitchen exhaust fan, probably needs replacement with a less noisy/more suction powered fan for a big house like this.
- water /hot water system has a force 1 second delay which may cause burn injury if you're not careful
- ensuite toilet exhaust doesn't work. - property falsely advertised as "sea-view" there was no sea view/ beach access from the property however you would see very good views of the farm / animals and a mountain range in the distance.
- no child safety barrier around staircases makes it highly risky for toddlers falling.
- not disable/elder friendly house. Caution needs to be provided upfront.
- supplies: Not enough toilet rolls provided for the length of our stay. No scrubber in the kitchen. Not enough bin bags provided (for 5 days stay). Only 1 bin
- no separate waste/ recycle bin facility. Recyclable plastics are probably going in the landfill which is not good for the environment. Not environmentally sustainable property
- no drinking water bottle supplied/ no warning in kintchen sink that "tap water is not drinkable"
- the fourth bed room actually inside the large Laundry space without any separation. Not decent enough for staying overnight.
- only 1 tea towel found in the kitchen. Usually hand towels are supplied for each rooms other places.
- shed area not clean, is dumped with random wastes and has bad smell from dust, tractor fuel smell that needs to be worked on.
- provided bicycle is dirty/ unusable
- light switch in the shed not easily accessible.
- overall high end expensive stay for the features offered compared to other staying places.
- it's our opinion that linens should not be charged extra for a $620+ per night property (specially when we stayed 5 nights)
- booking.Com stated check in time 2pm. However follow up booking confirmation email stated "please do not arrive before 3pm". We nicely requested early check in/ late check out multiple times however was denied on both occasions. They gave us excuse that there is back to back bookings Yada Yada/ do isn't sound genuine
- not enough storage areas in the house for the costly rent of the property.
- Stella (4/5): We left the day before we had planned, just too uncomfortable. - The Living space was awesome and the farm outlook was beautiful and tranquil. Having to find out that the tap water couldn't be drank and that the hot water wasn't hot on arrival and needed to have a boost switch used outside that took 2 hours to heat the water. Also being warned about needing insect repellent would have been nice, loads of mosquitoes.
I have never had to read the guest book to find out these two very important basic requirements. I would have been good if there was a message above the taps.
Sadly the beds overall weren't very comfortable especially the bunk bed with the double bed underneath, extremely uncomfortable.
- Charlie (9/5): good farm stay - good connection to farm animals.
nice and comfortable and good furnishings throughout. some of the plates in cupboard needed a further wash. dirty oven trays left in oven from prior guests.
some huntsman spiders we needed to deal with
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location, comfty , great value for money Nothing
