Guest Reviews
- Angela (8/5): Beautiful accommodation but inadequate location instructions. - Very comfortable accommodation with everything you could need catered for. I could actually live here happily. Location could have been explained a lot clearer. Putting 3 Bayne street into google maps does not take you to the correct location. this was on 3 different devices. If you are familiar with Bendigo you may have realized that the street extends over a wide stormwater drain but you have to drive along 3 more streets to get there.
The allocated park was not explained clearly either. After parking to the left of the stairs as stated we later moved the car as we read it was the incorrect spot, and could incur a tow away fee,. Going down the stairs to move the car was done in complete darkness as there wasn't an outdoor light that we could find.
And the dedicated spot blocked off the exit from a car park behind the premises.

- Vanessa (10/5): The bath - so good! - Loved this studio! Hope to stay again. It’s beautiful and well appointed with modern appliances. The standout was the deep, full-sized bathtub set in a gorgeous, huge space. Loved the modern, converted warehouse feel. All good.
- Bec (9/5): Superb - Very clean and comfortable and felt luxurious. Had everything we needed Shower would flood bathroom when using rain shower
- Steve (9/5): Great place to stay in Bendigo - Very nice and clean and in a great location. Great facilities including internet, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Nothing. Everything was as described.

- Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - Great space, bigger than expected and from photos. Great set up of amenities and a huge bathroom. Wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy the space. Instructions on parking weren’t clear on messages, a picture could be helpful to confirm the correct place to park. The sign in the kitchen helped
- Robert (10/5): Fantastic stay at a great property that I hope is available next trip. - Location is great along with the security at the location. The bedrooms are roomy with a generous loungeroom to seat other if you were to have more than 2 people there. The Wifi speed

- Robert (9/5): Great fully equipped studio - Well established and the full sized bedrooms were great. Facilities well equipped and very comfortable and not cramped accommodation. Nothing
- Pamela (9/5): Great accommodation with everything anyone would require for a short stay. - The studio was very spacious, very clean and fitted with everything one would need for a 4 night stay. The Kitchen was great, plenty of good quality cutlery & utensils; a coffee machine and complimentary pods, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, stovetop & oven - good quality appliances etc. Heating / Air Con excellent. Grateful for the washer, dryer and hanging rack. We were in close walking distance for an evening meal at two local pubs. Food was good. Location is close to the centre of Bendigo, the hospital and Lake Weeroona. Hosts were helpful, communicating via text and email but not intrusive at all.
The studio faces an extremely quiet street, and is the only accommodation in that street. No neighbours. The access to the studio is via an external, uncovered metal staircase which posed a level of difficulty, given that we are not young. It may also prove to be tricky if wet due to rain.
