• Aleksandra (1/5): - Мы приехали заселяться,нам сказали - в этом отеле ,нет свободных номеров.(хотя бронировала я заранее и бронирование мне подтвердили)я списывалась с хозяином ,но мне никто не сказал что номеров нет ! На дворе 22:00, Повезли нас в другой отель. Ужасно грязно ! Простыни черные . По полу невозможно ходить, там слой пыли . И в итоге конечно мы ушли оттуда. И были вынуждены стоять посреди улицы, ночью , искать другое жилье !
• Jakub (5/5): - Only one towel was in the apartment when we arrived (2 people). We stayed for a few weeks, but we received only one towel each. We were told more would be brought, but they never came. The bedsheets on one of the beds didn’t look clean; they were changed after we requested it, but I would expect this to be done before arrival. The location was very noisy - construction work right next to the building started at 6:00 in the morning and finished around 22:00.

• Shani (9/5): Superb - Very big apartment in a very nice area. There is some basic equipment in the kitchen to cook. Bathrooms a bit old.

• Seb (6/5): Very basic but good enough for a couple of nights - Location was great in Tay Ho, a little out of the centre of Hanoi. Would recommend this area for some peace and quiet as the main touristy area can be very noisy and overwhelming. The bed was comfy and it had most of the basic amenities like towels and an iron but it was very basic. It wasn’t very clean and it was missing basic necessities like drinking water in the tank. The staff weren’t overly friendly.
