- louise (3/5): Not good - The location was good When we arrived none of the showers worked and the en suite toilet would not flush.
Then we got the shower working but no hot water. The apartment was not clean and found someone else's clothes behind the bed. Very unsatisfactory would not recommend.
- Peter (1/5): They cancelled day before - Didn't stop there they cancelled the day before we were due to go leaving us one day to try and find alternative accommodation. It had been booked for nearly a year which was annoying also.

I booked a day stay and attempted to contact the host on multiple occasions in relation to my check in time. I received no reply back and left with no place to stay as a result with no follow up for a refund or anything.
- Alison (1/5): Avoid illegal letting of this property - Location to Stratford was great Original booking said with free parking which was a lie. Landlord stated a previous tenant had lost the garage key, concierge stated there was never a key and the landlord was illegally letting the property breaching his agreement. Had to collect key from a neighbouring building, padlocked to a down pipe. Contact with landlord was VERY poor. Property was dirty with broken chairs, drawers and wardrobes. Not enough utensils for 4 guests. Shower head in bathroom could not be held securely. Plaster boards were left lying on the balcony. Cooker would turn on but hob didn’t work. Carpet was badly stained and there were cigarette burns on several items of furniture. The dining table consisted of 3 seats and a deck chair. Poorly maintained throughout.
- Edwin (6/5): Average rating, a lot could have been done better. - Location was great for the conference attendance at the Excel. Very spacious and neat. Both bathrooms were clean. Check in was not great, I had to stand in the street for over 30 minutes. It would work better if the check in instructions were provided in advance. The property also lacked an iron and despite asking, the response only came three days after which was extremely inconvenient. The building is also too warm even with heating off.
