On a pu aller à pied récupérer notre location de voiture puis venir récupérer les valises, c’était idéal . Accès à toute heure avec une boîte à clé. On reçois une message le jour même avec les instructions.

C’était une suggestion faire il y a deux ans. Bravo à vous! Juste vérifier le ondulé pour l’air climatisé, le dessous est partis et plus difficile de faire marcher l’air climatisé. Voir photo. Tout était parfait!

On a sa chambre en tout intimité, climatisée, les hôtes sont serviables, réactifs lorsqu'on les contacte, et proposent des services intéressants (j'ai pu faire une lessive après plusieurs jours de séjour pour 150Mxn). Des détails sans importance majeure, mais Je n'ai pas pu régler la clim au delà de 30, peut-être n'ai-je Pas compris ? À la manière d'autres établissements partout, le concept de brosse pour nettoyer les WC après un passage houleux n'existe pas (assez gênant, surtout quand on est bien élevé 😀)

Las camas eran cómodas, el baño amplio, tenía muy buen wifi, y la cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La presión del agua era bastante baja, por lo que para ducharte te demoras más igual que para lavar la loza y cocinar.

Es ist sehr laut, man hört leider andere Gäste egal ob in der Küche, im Garten oder in den Nebenzimmern. Die Lage im Zentrum ist zentral aber nicht wirklich schön im Vergleich zu Unterkünften in Strandnähe.

- bernd (8/5): Had a good stay at Casa las Palmas! - Usually I use Cancun as my starting point to Mexico, I stay there for a few nights and travel on. But first I want to mention the hosts: Eloy and his mum are great! Very warm and helpful people. I could approach them with questions at any time. The system with a key and number locks works really well! My room was nice, very clean and had air conditioning! Which is great because for me the humidity is sometimes a bit much. Coming back from a stroll in the neighbourhood it is great to be able to switch it on. The accommodation is in a residential area. Luckily Eloy offers a transfer (for a fee) from and to the airport, it would be a bit hard to find I guess, unless you have a rental with GPS or take a taxi! For the transfer back I used ADO autobuses. They offer an airport transfer for small money! Their terminal is rather close by - 15 min on foot (or less)! The "Mercado 28" is close by which means there are lots of shops, restaurants etc. Found a nice little cafe in the neighbourhood as well! There was the one night when some neighbours were having some sort of party, but since I always travel with earplugs it didn't bother me too much.

- Daisy (8/5): Useful, practical and pleasant. - The place was clean, pleasant and in a safe environment. It was affordable. The communal dining room/kitchen/living room was useful. I met, by chance, in the street,a woman who said that she was the cleaner. She showed me how to get in and explained what was available. It was not manned otherwise. Hard to get information. I had to leave early and didn't know what to do with the key, couldn't get hold of anybody.

It was close to the center, the kitchen was also very clean and well-maintained. The parking was free and it was available to park just in front or he building. Easy access, thank you for everything. They could have provided drinkable water but it was okay. You can buy it near from the accommodation or in Walmart.

Our room (#4) was next to the kitchen and had a window to the common terrace, meaning we didn't have the privacy we were looking for. I wouldn't recommend it for a couple but rather for friends looking for a cheap accommodation.

Walking distance to the night markets and downtown Cancun The shower head needs replacing as it was a bit old and most of the holes were blocked, also it said there was a safe in the room and it wasn’t, but you needed two keys and a code to get into the building so it still felt safe.

- Ignat (10/5): Nice budget place in the heart of the city - My partner and I really enjoyed our time at Casa Las Palmas. We purposely chose to stay away of the hotel zone at the coastline, aiming instead to embrace the authenticity of the area and seek out diverse experiences beyond typical seaside activities. Waking up to the melodic birdsongs was truly delightful. As a passionate crystal enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover that the room is tiled with natural quartz/marble tiles. The hotel's proximity to numerous charming eateries and a bustling local market only added to our enjoyment. Moreover, we were charmed by the fact that this establishment is a small family-run business, and its owners are simply adorable especially communicating through WhatsApp was quick and helpful. Maybe the water pressure is a bit weak but it is a common thing to many Mexican cities as I understand and cannot be fixed easily.

She was always smiling and helping us as this was our first bnb. Her husband was always smiling and saying hello. Had a bit of trouble initially getting the gate open. It was a bit awkward but we did get it after 15 minutes with other bnb renters who were going out.

It’s not far from ADO station, so it’s easy to hop on your next travels. The host gives you all information you need for a self check-in, so you can check in even at night. There was a kitchen and a large table with chairs that we could use. Very hard to find. Even the taxi driver had a hard time finding it. There is no name on the outside of the building.

The name of the house is not mentioned on the house, and it looks like a private dwelling. We arrived in the dark which didn't help. No one in the neighbourhood knew the place, let alone the street (we had to ask five different people). A photo of the outside of the house on Booking.com. would definitely help. A fair distance from the ADO bus terminal (about 15 minutes walk). Cold water in the shower.
- Bochová (10/5): All you need for your stay in Cancun - Great location near to bus station, supermarkets and supermarkets all walkable distance. Room was clean, with AC, comfortable bed and quiet area. The host was reply very fast. I’m glad we picked this place really nice I would stay there again. The pressure in the shower could be a bit better but otherwise perfect.
