• Marko (7/5): - Mirna lokacija, blizu podzemna U6, čistoča, opremljenost, Bilo je hladno, ogrevanje ni delovalo. Termostat ni deloval, kar je ugotovil tudi tehnik, ki je prišel pogledat situacijo. Upravitelj je sicer rekel, da je tak čas centralno ogrevanje v stavbi izključeno, kar pa težko verjamem, saj je ogrevanje na plin, enako kot ogrevanje vode. Zadnji dan tik pred odhodom je termostat za ogrevanje čudežno začel delovati.
• Medina (8/5): big and clean apartment, with good public transport. - The apartment was easy to reach, well linked to the public transport network. I appreciated the amenities in the apartment, especially the hair dryer, the mobile shower head, the supplies in the kitchen (salt, oil, coffee, paper towels), as well as the small details: capsules for the washing machine and the clothes rack (we did not use either, but really nice to have), the coffee and tea machines, soap and shampoo. The dining room is a big bright room, the whole apart was very clean. Communication and administrative details were nice and easy, the host was quick to reply to the messages in the booking chat. We caught really cold weather, so I wished we had additional duvets/blankets available, the heating system got too hot or not warm enough during the night. The pillows were really bad for us. The bedroom is a separate room, I appreciated the big bed, but the window was pointing into a dark wall. It was ok just to sleep there, as the other room was bright and had a nice big window. Another known issue is the shower which splashed really bad on the floor, with no options to drain or wipe. I appreciated the hot water though, especially since it was a cold weather.
• Giulia Maria (10/5): - L’appartamento si trova in una zona incredibilmente tranquilla, ideale per riposare bene, ma allo stesso tempo è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici al centro di Vienna, il che rende ogni spostamento molto semplice e veloce. L’ambiente é molto pulito e l’atmosfera molto accogliente. Il vero valore aggiunto sono stati i proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità, la loro accoglienza ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
• Gabriele (7/5): Nochmal Buchen 4Sterne - Das das Direkt/über Online Personal oder Agentur innerhalb sekunden, wirklich sekunden-somit rund um die Uhr da war- da war, um diverse Dinge zu händeln u ändern. Das war echt TOOOOOOPPPPP. Das ist echt 5* wert. Hatten wir noch nie. danke Das Kücheninventar. Und das nicht wissen, wie was wo mit dem Müll. Das Bett ist gut aber das Zimmer, upsi pupsi klein und man/eine_r schlaft am Festern an der Wand und kann nur über Bettnachbarn krabbeln, auch nett

• LANZA (9/5): Ottima struttura per soggiornare a Vienna - Il quartiere, sicuro e silenzioso oltre alla comodità di avere Metro e Bus Stop vicini.. Ottima la possibilità di mettere la macchina in un parcheggio vicino ad un buon prezzo giornaliero. L'appartamento è corredato di tutto l'essenziale per il periodo che abbiamo soggiornato. Assenza del Bidet.. anche se consapevoli che in Austria non è usanza.

• Davide (8/5): Alla scoperta di Vienna - Appartamento accogliente e luminoso. Quartiere tranquillo e poco distante dal centro di Vienna. Col bus linea 48A in dieci minuti o a piedi in 20 minuti. Qualche ristorante nei dintorni e anche dei supermercati. Ottima soluzione per una visita della città La caldaia è un po’ rumorosa e si riavvia anche durante la notte. La ventola del bagno non funzionava correttamente.

• Tomislav (9/5): We had an amazing time in Vienna and also really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was clean and spacious, and the h - The open space is amazing, and the main room feels really cozy. It’s very spacious, and if you’re staying for a couple of days, you truly don’t need anything more than that. For us, the bathroom was the main issue. It’s not that we didn’t like it, but we would recommend adding a glass panel to the shower, as water splashes onto the door. Because of this, the door gets wet and there is visible mold on the wooden surface. This seems like a simple fix. The bedroom window faces another wall, which felt a bit claustrophobic for us, but it is what it is. We would also recommend providing some dishcloths for drying dishes.

• Iudina (6/5): - Расположение просто замечательное, остановки и магазины рядом. Легко добраться до центра и аэропорта. Также номер довольно просторный. Для четверых людей было очень комфортно. К сожалению в номере не работал интернет.Хозяин пытался решитьто, давая нам пароли от других сетей, но к сожалению это не помогало. А в какой-то момент нам начали отвечать все реже и реже , и к сожалению проблема с интернетом так и не была решена. И также номер был не очень чистый.

• Laima (10/5): A lovely place for remote work and exploration of Vienna - The flat was even more convenient for a short remote work stint than I had expected. The table is sturdy and big, so two people can comfortably work at it for the whole day. The WiFi was reliable, and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and well-rested. I loved both the location (public transport close by) and the flat itself. Watching a movie from the sofa at the end of a long sightseeing day was a wonderful bonus. :) I enjoyed everything about this place. The fridge was a bit on the smaller side but that is not a big issue and it fits nicely in the kitchen. We took a while to figure out how the stovetop worked and the host helped us via messages and we finally got it.

Grocery store is also at the corner and the apartment is well equipped. Would be great to add kitchen towels and hooks in the entrance so as to hang coats when entering the apartment.

• Kalinova (9/5): Superb - A big apartment near the city center and 2 minutes walk from a bus station. There was a good sound proofing. Good commumication with the host.There was a coffee machine,tea,fridge,iron-everything that you need for a longer stay. I didn't like the view from the bedroom.

Super near supermarkets and public transport options. The kitchen has everything you need but is a little small, so worktop space is very limited. I also hadn't realised there was no oven but that's no huge issue with a microwave and stove top.

• Thomas_gh (9/5): Superb - + Roomy appartment + Very clean + Coffee machine + Easy check-in with the key available in a lock box + Great communication and check-in guide - Floor next too kitchen creaks quite loadly which gets annoying fast. - Not ''next to" subway station but fairly close by. It is more interesting to take the bus which is much closer. - No blinds/curtains in the bedroom causing it to be light very early in the morning.

• Teuta (10/5): It was great! - This apartment was great. Clean, spacious, and cozy. It can easily accept up to 4 adults (couch is big enough). Access in the building was easy and the check in process as well. Communication was great, we were even able to check in a bit earlier which was amazing and it helped us a lot. We were able to park in front of the building for free (during weekends street parking in Vienna is free) however very close there is a parking garage. All in all, a great stay and if we come back to Vienna we will for sure choose this apartment again.
• Mihaela (8/5): Very good - The apartment had a big living room with comfortable sofa. The bedroom was on the small side, but the beds were soft and comfortable. It was quite close from the subway. Very clean and quiet It was quite cold inside. Even with the heater on, and with plenty of hot water, it took a very long time to get warm, and it didn't last. The windows were not very well insulated, and all the heat tended to escape outside.
• Francis (6/5): Would be perfect if they bought a good bed - Very clean apartment. Easy to pick up keys, even arriving late. Recently decorated. We appreciated the extra hour before check out. After 4 nights of poor sleep we needed the rest The bed is really terrible. Too soft with dip in the middle. The 2 single duvets on a double bed is just annoying. After the first night, we slept on the pull out couch. There is very little space to walk around the bed and the floor trim is broken, which makes it very likely that someone will cut their foot at night
