• García (10/5): Excelente anfitrión y apartamento - Las vistas son increíbles, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión, Manuel, ha sido muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. Sin duda, volveremos! Por poner un pero, el soporte de la alcachofa de la ducha, estaba algo suelto y dificultaba su fijación para ducharse.

Within walking distance of local shops & restaurants and close to tram stop for access to Alicante city. Manuel was an excellent host, a lovely gentleman, always on hand to offer advice and have a chat. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing to dislike.

• Konrad (9/5): A wonderful and relaxing place. - The "Exceptional apartment at LOFT a pie de beach en CHALET ROQUETES" is a great place to stay and relax. The host, Manuel, is a wonderful person, very friendly and helpful. The apartment's location was really nice, right on the beach with amazing view of the sea. Good and quiet place to rest and explore the surrounding area, San Juan, Alicante. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Manuel for your hospitality !

• lise (6/5): L’emplacement est formidable déception, vous avez une terrasse où tout le monde passe devant les ouvriers donc vous n’av - L’emplacement et son poids fort L’appartement que nous avons loué n’est pas du tout celui qui est mis en avant sur la photo, il est à l’arrière de dans cette location il y avait pas de machine à laver donc quand vous restez une semaine c’est très embarrassant. Il y avait des travaux quasiment tous les jours avec du bruit et cet appartement était plein d’humidité le matin, l’eau coulait sur les fenêtres.

• ISAAC VICENTE (9/5): Estancia espectacular en primera línea de playa. - La ubicación y las vistas son espectaculares. El trato de Manuel es de lo mejor, te hace sentir como en casa y con mucha flexibilidad para todo. Fui con mi mujer y mi bebé y nos adaptaron el apartamento. Para repetir sin dudar.
• Daniel (4/5): Chalet Roquetes - Ubicación frente al mar. El aire acondicionado deja de funcionar cada dos por tres porque salta el diferencial y le tienes que estar llamando al anfitrión para que lo suba, cosa que haces una o dos veces porque al poco vuelve a saltar quedándote sin aire acondicionado. La nevera y el congelador apenas enfría. Si vas en coche, el chico que me hizo entrega de las llaves del apartamento me pidió 15€ por poder aparcar el coche en el patio, cosa me parece abusivo cuando ya he pagado 150€ por 1 noche, y la vez anterior que fui el anfitrión Manuel en ningún momento me pidió 15€ por aparcar. Yo sinceramente la primera vez que fui me gusto pero esta vez no. El check-out es a las 11:00 sacando el coche del patio cosa que te invita a irte y no poder aprovechar esa mañana de playa condicionándote por no poder disfrutar de una ducha para quitarte la arena en la ducha exterior que tiene. En fin, por 150€ creo que hay mas opciones con la posibilidad de piscina y no tener problema para aparcar. El apartamento solo es accesible en coche, apartado del paseo marítimo y que para cualquier desplazamiento para ir a un super o irte a tomar algo en una terraza necesitas el coche si o si.
• Alvaro (9/5): El mar a tus pies - Primerísima línea de playa. Muy coqueto y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Manuel, el propietario, es un anfitrión de 10. Atento y servicial, a la altura del lugar. Nada. Quizás que está a un paseo de la zona de restaurantes.

W pobliżu miejsca do spacerowania, uprawiania sportów wodnych a także klimatyczne knajpki i kawiarenki. Idealne miejsce dla pragnących ciszy i odpoczynku, natomiast wieczorami chcącychch się zrelaksować w beach clubach lub w spokoju na tarasie patrząc na fale. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem. Gospodarze są na miejscu i bardzo, bardzo pomocni. Dojazd z lotniska taksówką ok 40 eoro, podobnie uberem.
• Luis Alberto (10/5): Ubicación increíble. - Ubicación: excepcional. Decir a pie de playa es quedarse corto. Sales por la verja, bajas 4 escalones y estás dentro de la playa a 10 metros del mar. No hay calle ni nada, la verja da a la playa. Además, al estar en una esquina de la playa, en una zona de casas bajas, esa zona de la playa no está tan masificada como las zonas frente a los grandes edificios. El dueño es una persona muy atenta a todo lo que necesites y muy agradable. El apartamento está bien equipado y la cama es cómoda. En este sentido todo perfecto.

It felt very exclusive and private. Plus, the host Manuel let us make use of the beach chairs, outdoor shower, and panoramic roof top deck. The highlight was the sunrise at 7:30 in the morning. AMAZING panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea!

The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Having beach access right on our doorstep was convenient, and beach supplies- chairs, umbrellas- were provided. Fantastic view from the rooftop and patio area. We were also close to plenty of amenities, like supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops and the tram line. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and host.

• Marcin (9/5): A comfortable stay directly above the beach - I loved my stay at Chalet Roquetes. The whole complex is well-maintained, quiet, and directly overlooking a beautiful beach. A private parking space inside the gated are is available. The apartment was very comfortable, with two bathrooms, aircon, fully equipped kitchen and a beach-facing private terrace, which gets sun in the morning. Wi-fi was fast and reliable, perfect for remote work. Getting to Alicante city center takes 40 minutes (walk + tram ride). Manuel was very friendly and helpful, organized an additional blanket for the chilly November nights. And one thing that's very special: the sound of waves before falling asleep is fantastic. Note: you reach Chalet Roquetes from Calle del Nudo through the white gate with "Apartamentos El Mar" sign. Being located directly on the beach must have some disadvantages. In this case it's a 15 min walk to get groceries, reach a restaurant or the tram stop. Also, the apartment does not get much direct sun, which must be great in the heat of summer, but in November already after 1PM the sun didn't reach the terrace anymore.
