• Thibault (10/5): Todo muy top! - La verdad que todo ha sido perfecto. Checkin facil, checkout que se ha adaptado a lo maximo a mi horario. Todo limpio, se duerme bien en la cama, esta bien equipado, bien ubicado. y super servicio

• Katherine Rosa (10/5): Me encantó alojarme en este apartamento. Excelente calidad - precio, limpio, buena ubicación (cerca de Brickell) y la zo - Es un lugar muy acogedor. El espacio es para dos personas. Todo me gustó.

• Carolyn (1/5): NOT SAFE, SHOULD BE REPORTED - Major safety issues. Windows could be opened right up as there was no way to lock. Some windows were cracked and held together with tape. The key code lock needed sa new battery or to be replaced. The area was all residential. When I addressed the host with the safety issues they were very rude and said to get out then so they could re rent unit. They told booking.com that I just did not like unit. I took photos of said window just opened and had no lock. Host would not answer my call and offered no assistance to the safety hazard. Obviously left and had to search for other a accommodations. Waste of uber money on Uber rides. Just a Horrible experience. Fighting for refund. Safety issue and Host was horrible
• Viktor (9/5): A bit tense and unrested. Clean and tidy. Surrounding area needs attention. - We did not receive the code as stated on email. We had to request it but did receive it. We did arrive at 930am so it was earlier than expected and appreciate the fact that we were able to be let in early. The area was a bit down but up and coming. We were told by taxi driver it was a dangerous area. We didnt experience any thing bad. The area does need more attention. We also wanted to sleep around 1pm-330pm but there were repairs going on in the room next to us which didnt let us rest. We were told they questioned the noise but could not do nothing about the noise lever being it was day time. We understand work/repairs are needed but would have been nice to hold the repairs to accommodate our rest.
• Claudia (8/5): - die Lage in Little Havanna war super. Das Apartment war mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich.

• Alain (10/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très confortable et dispose tous les équipements modernes. Le wi-fi fonctionne parfaitement. Il est situé dans un quartier calme de Little havana. Pour nos déplacements nous avons privilégié le bus et Lift ( équivalent à Uber).

• Richard Duvan (9/5): Bueno para largas estadías - - Buena limpieza - Barrio silencioso - Buena ubicación (20 min caminando a brickell y 10 a little Havana) - Buen transporte (buses y Troleys) - moderno y con todas las facilidades; nevera, microondas, estufa, cafetera, aire acondicionado…) - El sector es bastante solo en la noche, no me sentí inseguro pero preferí no caminar en la noche. - La cama es muy suave para mi gusto (pero ya es algo de preferencias)
• Alina (9/5): - Kleines, feines Apartment in little Havanna, genau wie auf den Bildern. Lage ist super. Zum Zentrum von little Havanna sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Brickell Shopping Center sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der kostenlose Miami Trolley fährt fast vor der Tür los, .man muss nur 2 Straßen überqueren (Haltestelle auf der 8th Street). Parken auf der Straße rund um das Apartment war kein Problem und kostenlos. Die Gegend war gut, wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Kontakt mit Vermieterin war sehr nett. Sie hat sich erkundigt, ob wir gut angekommen sind und wir sollen uns melden, falls wir etwas brauchen (was nicht der Fall war). Ausstattung genau wie beschrieben. Wir waren eine Woche da und für uns passte alles.

• Nataša (8/5): Nice place - It was very clean. You have all you need. The location is top. Free parking. Comunication went perfect. If you have a problem, they fix it in short time. A bed is too soft.
• Gwyneth (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Quite close to little havana, clean and modern and had everything we needed during our stay. The host is also very responsive The blinds didn't do much to block out the lights at night so it might be hard for those who need a darker room to fall asleep in

• Lorenzo (10/5): Living 5 days in Little Havana - The apartment is located in a convenient place, the closest supermarket is just 5 minutes away, and the center of Little Havana is that near, too. The house has a comfortable bed, a fully functional kitchen, and a great shower! Also, the AC makes the environment pleasant all the time. There is nothing we didn't like.

• Katarina (2/5): Keine Empfehlung - Unterkunft ist klein aber relativ gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Grundstück sind einige dieser Bungalows (6-8 Stück), was das Parken auf der Straße außerhalb erschwert Das Parken war schwierig und in der Gegend außerhalb eines Grundstücks mit keinem guten Gefühl verbunden. Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht, weil wir kochen und Wäsche waschen wollten. Leider hatten wir keine Waschmaschine. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann, dass aufgrund unseres kurzen Aufenthalts von drei Nächten gedacht worden ist, das wäre uns nicht wichtig. Aber wir könnten überlegen, was wir machen möchten und alles wäre für sie in Ordnung. Da auch das Bettlaken einige Flecken hatte (Makeup und Lippenstift) und die Gegend an sich nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach soweit die Parksituation hinzukam. Haben wir bei booking nach anderen Unterkünften in Miami Beach geschaut und hier auch in bester Lage für den gleichen Preis Hotels gefunden. Nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin, wurde eine Erstattung ausgemacht und die Unterkunft direkt wieder verlassen. Leider stellt sie sich jetzt quer und es gibt keine Erstattung. Der Wechsel nach Miami Beach war dennoch kein Fehler. Nur hätten wir uns das Geld hier definitiv sparen können. Ich fühle mich hier komplett getäuscht und belogen , ich hatte mehrmals nachgefragt wegen der Erstattung.. hier hätte sie einfach ehrlich sein können. Auch das sie davon ausging, dass wir keine Waschmaschine brauchen... Leider keine Empfehlung

• Teerob (8/5): Great for solo travel. - The kitchenette was convenient, and the bedroom was just right. I also enjoyed the shower. Noisy bed Unit was a bit small - more suited for solo travel. I didn't know which apartment until the owner was contacted. She was very nice and made sure we got into the apartment.

• Patrick (10/5): Lovely place in Miami’s vibrant Little Havana area - I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Clara twice now. Each villa has it’s own theme and Clara put a lot effort in decorating. The layout of each villa is a bit different and that adds to the charm. Everything is new and it’s very clean. The villa’s are in a small complex located in the Little Havana area, at walking distance from the Calle Ocho, the center of Cuban live in Miami. Also the downtown area is close by. The host Clara is reachable by text or phone and is very helpful.
