For all bookings of one month or longer there is a cleaning service once a month with change of bedding. Additionally, for stays of one month or longer there is a final cleaning fee of 140 EUR which you pay once upon arrival. - Pet Policy upon request: Pet fee for a stay under one week (1-6 days) = EUR 30,00 per day. Pet fee for a stay of one week until two weeks (7days – 13 days) = EUR 20,00 per day. Pet fee for a stay of two weeks to a month (14-29 days) = EUR 15,00 per day. Pet fee for a stay of over 1 month (over 29 days) = EUR 10,00 per day.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. We left like home. The Meldezettel is possible, but you have to go to the office

Vako (1/5): Bad - I was refused to enter the apartment I had booked and had to stay in a different apartment. I was charged extra 30 EUR after the stay, as nobody contacted me, I tried to find out the reason by myself and had to write long letters to the administration. The reason they stated for extra charge was “late check-out, after 10:00 am”. Exactly on 10:00 am the representative of the administration was already in the apartment for cleaning and we had left as soon as the cleaning lady entered on 10:00 am. There should be video surveillance system at the door and what I have stated can be easily checked.
Constantin (8/5): Overall the stay was good. - It's good the apartment has enough furniture for a comfortable short stay. As with the majority of apartments the cleaning was not up to our expectations. We found dirty dishes with smell in the dishwasher.

Al (5/5): Your property nice your managing is bad - It was nice as property we loved Reception very faraway than the property it self and it’s not mentioning that the key will be in a different address and I’ll tried a lot to call the reception number but not reply directly after replied I got that I should get the key from that address And they give an wrong information regarding the apartment they informed me that my two two apartments on 4th floor or 5th floor and its not in the same floor together but When I reach I found it together in 3rd floor Try to be Professional like others all apartments befor and after my stay in your apartment they were keep the key in a looker near to door and give us the lookers number to get the keys and kept it in again when checking out No garbage bags available in the apartment

The room we stayed in had a bathroom that was not cleaned when we checked in. Used bath towels were thrown on the floor and hung on the wall.
