• Šárka KV (7/5): - Dobrá poloha, nedaleko 2 stanic metra. Byt čistý, příjemně vybavený, prostorný obývací pokoj. Vše funkční. Dobrá komunikace s poskytovatelem ubytování. Ložnice jsou menší, ve skříni bylo jen 1 ramínko na oblečení. Pouze 5 židlí u jídelního stolu/byt pro 6 osob/ V koupelnách nám chyběly háčky, odkládací poličky. V kuchyni pak nebyly základní věci, jako sůl, pepř, olej, cukr. Chyběla také látková utěrka. K dispozici byla jen 1 tbl do myčky a pračky. Nevím, zda mají špatné zkušenosti s klienty, že si to někteří berou domů, ale tyto základní věci by zde mohly být. Nutnost stáhnout si aplikaci na elektronické otevírání dveří. Před ubytováním menší problém s funkčností, ale brzy vyřešeno přes WA.

• Julien (3/5): Overpriced and underserviced - Tedious contact, failing mandatory app acting as keys, uncleaned house, leaking sink and other maintenance issues not remedied, bare minimum provided and no AC in 2 bedrooms.
• Andreja (8/5): OK - Enough space and nice common area A bit too run down. Also, since it is a company managing, the communication is really tiresome

• Carlos (4/5): Bad - Location and distribution of the spaces. Two rooms had no A/C or fan, and it was really hot; no air came from the windows. In the room that has the bathroom, there was always water on the bathroom floor, even when no one took a shower. I had to wait a long time because they didn't send me the link to complete check-in until I called them… they offered to send fans for ventilation, and didn't do it…

• 89rubz (5/5): For the hassle and the hidden fee of £300 all in all your better off somewhere else for that money - It looks exactly like the pictures They don’t tell you about the last minute £300 deposit they make you pay aside from the booking.com payment you made and they don’t like to return the deposit and try to run off with your money and say the reason they declined your refund was because you had a party (which was a lie)
