• Tatiana (8/5): - Душ, напор. Площадь помещения Далековато от метро. Такси близко к дому подъехать не может, придётся немного пройти и посылать точку водителю. В самой вилле тесно. Если холодно, включайте кондиционер для обогрева, мы сразу не догадались, мерзли ужасно, я даже заболела.

• Astrid (7/5): Nice, aber nichts besonderes. - Sehr klein, Übersicht und platzoptimiert. Sauber. Eine nette Nachbarschaft mit vielen Lokalen und einigen Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf. Nähe zum Bahnhof. Starker Chlorgeruch, Ameisen in der Küche, etwas unklare Situation hinsichtlich der Mülltrennung. Erstes auffinden war leider etwas herausfordernd.

• Derek (10/5): nice place to stay - Nice place to stay for a great price. A little distance from main area than others places, but great price and very comfortable to make up for it.
• Louise (8/5): A good family, value for money Tokyo option….amongst lots of options!! - We stayed here as a family of 5; 3 very tall teenagers and this place was good for us. Great to have amenities and spaces for us all after long days exploring. Kids slept upstairs on western beds, adults on tatami downstairs. We needed google translate to work out the washing machine but it was pretty straightforward. We hung clothes on a clothes rack upstairs. Everything dried in a day. Bathroom was efficient & compact. Kitchen has kettle & utensils but we didn’t use these as we ate out. Local restaurants along the river looked great. It’s 30mins walking/metro to the action of Shinjuku, Shibuya. The neighbourhood is very quiet. We are travelling around Japan, skiing & sightseeing in multiple cities so on the move with soft packs for easier travel & commutes. This place was a pretty hard commute from Narita airport after a long flight with 3 train changes, and a 10 minute walk. Once we arrived, it was great - we were able to freshen up and head out to explore.
• Clement (8/5): Great location. Nice little house in charming neighbourhoo - Very local neighbourhood full of charm. Lay out not convenient. Missing a bathroom sink.
• Catherine (8/5): Very good - Separate bedrooms, convenient location between two stations Two of the mattresses were uneven. A bit tricky to find. Host said to use Google Maps but it directed us to the wrong house around the corner.

• Faith (10/5): Very nice - Lots of space to store things out of the way. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood and was very clean and modern. Front door is a little tricky to use but you figure it out eventually
• Jun (8/5): Nice home, nice neighborhood. - Nice house No drying rod on top floor. Not enough hanger, no where to dry cloths and hang coats.
• Sarah (8/5): Very good. Much space and quiet neighborhood - Perfect if you need 2 or 3 bedrooms. Well located at 7mins of Ochiai and Nakai stations. We would need more things at the kitchen as small knifes, small cooking pots and frying pans and more cookware. There is no common place in the house if you use 3 bedrooms the only shared space is the kitchen and there you don't have table or chairs to have dinner together.
