• Ariadna (7/5): No cumple las expectativas - Lo que nos gustó de nuestra estancia fue la ubicación y lo espaciosa que es la villa en sí. Para el precio que cobran por noche, no cumple las expectativas y mucho menos con las fotos que salen en Booking. En primer lugar, según entramos nos dimos cuenta que la villa llevaba tiempo cerrada y no estaba limpia, encontramos una cucaracha seca debajo del sillón. La escalera de la piscina estaba suelta y en el fondo de la piscina había un agujero sin tapa, muy peligroso ya que nos alojamos con un menor. Se le avisó a la anfitriona y nos dijo que le pasaría esta incidencia al de mantenimiento, estuvimos 5 días y no apareció nadie por allí. Tuvimos que pedir toallas el primer día que entramos porque en una de las habitaciones no pusieron, estuvimos hasta el otro día para que nos las trajeran. No había billar ni mesa de pin pon como aparece en la descripción. Nos llevamos una decepción ya que pagamos un dinero y no estuvimos a gusto. Una pena !!!

• C (2/5): - Het was wel redelijk ruim. Op de foto's zag het er wel netjes uit, maar het meubilair was versleten, we hadden voor 5 mensen geboekt, maar er waren maar 3 bedden opgemaakt. Er was ook geen extra beddengoed dat we het zelf konden opmaken, uiteindelijk kwam de host wel maar toen was het al half twaalf 's nachts. (we waren met 3 jonge kinderen). Er waren geen fatsoenlijke pannen. Er was niets om schoon te maken. De volgende dag stond er zomaar iemand in de tuin zonder zich voor te stellen met het zwembad bezig. Er waren maar 4 stoelen binnen. En het ergste er liepen kakkerlakken rond. Dat verwacht je toch niet voor een appartement waar je meer dan 300 euro per nacht voor betaald.
• Perez Garrido (1/5): Mal trato y Mala organización del Anfitrión - La casa en si estaba muy equipada y tenia todas las necesidades. Además de que al ser una isla siempre estas cerca de alguna cosa que ver y sino el trayecto máximo es de 1h. Al llegar a la isla, escribí al anfitrión para ver la posibilidad de hacer el check-in antes de lo acordado, ya que se nos dio mejor de lo que nos esperábamos la recepción de las llaves del coche de alquiler. Nos respondió que sin problemas y que podíamos ir al alojamiento a la hora que le dije (a las 14:00). Muy bien, pues nuestra sorpresa fue que aun llegando a las 14:20/14:30, toda la casa estaba sucia y tal y como la dejaron los anteriores inquilinos. Al ver esa escena, me intenté poner en contacto con el Anfitrión, sin respuesta ninguna a lo largo de casi 30 mins, al final me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de Booking, y ni ellos mismos podían ponerse en contacto con el anfitrión, dándome 45 mins de espera para que el anfitrión me respondiese. Mientras estábamos esperando a la respuesta, apareció el servicio de limpieza a las 15:15 aprox (Recuerdo que el check-in inicial era a las 15:00 y que el que me aceptaron después era a las 14:00) es decir, que ni habiendo llegado al alojamiento a las 15:00 que era nuestra hora de entrada hubiésemos tenido la casa limpia. Los chic@s del servicio de limpieza, muy majos e igual de desorientados que nosotros con el tema (Ellos solo hacen lo que les dicen, no tienen culpa ninguna) limpiaron y dejaron la casa impoluta a las 16:00, y ya a esa hora fue cuando nos pudimos poner a acomodarnos y a hacer la comida (Perdimos todo el día y terminamos de comer a las 17:00, anochece a las 18:30). Y lo mejor de toda esta historia es la respuesta del anfitrión a las 18:46 a mi mensaje explicando la situación del día, "Hola, Yo aviso", "Uyyy, vale" y "Perdona" y cuando le pregunte que que había pasado y que si me iba a dar alguna explicación me deja el mensaje en leído. En resumen, el trato y organización por parte del anfitrión fue nefasto.

Extremely Disappointing – Had to Find Our Own Accommodation We were not informed of major construction next door — constant noise, dust, and builders looking into our villa ruined our privacy. Showers didn’t work, toilet was broken, TV was faulty, and the pool wasn’t cleaned. Six chlorine tablets were used in the pool, causing chemical burns (including intimate areas) and discoloured clothes. We received no welcome info and communication was awful — calls were ignored or unhelpful. Sent videos/photos, but nothing was done. We asked to be moved and were told it wasn't possible. In the end, we had to find and pay for our own alternative accommodation. A truly unacceptable experience. Avoid
• Álvaro (7/5): - Having a private pool, barbecue and hammocks, in general the garden area was very cool. The two double beds are really horrible, our backs hurt every night. Replacing them and fixing the dampness and paint on the walls would help to have a much better experience. The photos look better than they really are making the expectations unfulfilled and leaving you with a bittersweet taste.

• Deborah (7/5): Nice Villa but needs a lot of T.L.C - I liked you needed a key code to get into the estate and a code to collect the keys. It was very secure. It was 20 minute walk to any shops or restaurants, but a taxi cost no more than 5 Euro and the bus stop was 10 minutes walk away, and that only cost 1.70. Booking,com says there is no parking, but there is. It has its own drive and parking outside the estate. The kitchen was fully equipped, although needed more power points. Had to move the microwave oven to use it. The dishwasher was added bonus. TV had Netflix, Amazon and Disney, which is useful if you have an account. All the bedrooms had sufficient storage cupboards, although we did have to buy more hangers. All bedrooms had air conditioning and comfortable beds and towels. When the pool had been cleaned, it was lovely to have our own pool. Never met the host, but they was helpful. She allowed us to have a late check out, which was helpful with our late flight. When we arrived in the villa we was surprised, it did not look much like its photos. The living room had different furniture and set up. Some things such as the pool table, table tennis table and pool were run down among a few other things. We had to ask for the pool to be cleaned several times, because there is building work going on behind. Even though there is a cover, dust and bits of polythene still got in. I asked when the filter was last cleaned, and the host did not know. The sides of the pool looked a bit dirty and slimy. I mentioned the ladder to the pool was a bit lose and needed fixing, but it was not fixed while we was there. The builders were loud too and sometimes over looked the garden, we sometimes found it hard to relax. Luckily, they don't work weekends. We also got woke up at 7am some days. There are patio doors to the pool, but the curtains are ripped in the main bedroom. When we arrived at the villa we found 2 dead cockroaches in the utility room and ants on the living room floor, luckily they mainly came out at night. The cleaners did not do a good job, because there was dust on the skirting boards, we found hairs on the floor and on my bedside cabinet and dead cockroach under the sofa, it was attracting the ants. We had to buy bug spray. No cleaning chemicals were left. You have to buy everything for cleaning and washing up. Only 4 dishwasher tablets were left and there was no plug in the kitchen sink. We kept asking for one but it never came. We had to use a pan to wash up out of. On arrival, one light did not work in one bedroom. there was no bedside cabinet in another and the power point did not work next to the bed and the sink was blocked up in the en suite. Luckily the host sent a handy man round the next day, and most things are rectified, although the villa should be inspected after it has been cleaned and fixed, then it would of made our holiday more relaxing.
• Cheryl (8/5): Fantastic - The air con was great. It was very clean and comfortable. There are a few niggles but nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of the holiday. The power supply at the property is quite weak so the cooker was very slow. The showers both have broken bits on them and the coffee machine is missing the glass jug. There is water dripping from the air con onto the light in the ping pong room. This may cause a problem. The water and air con was off for a day. Something tripped the switch to ‘hidrio’ and it turned the water supply off. I contacted the owner and had a very speedy reply which was excellent. I asked whether to flick the trip switch and the owner said yes which fixed the problem. It’s a lovely villa, but just needs a few minor niggles to be sorted out.
