• Cong (8/5): it is very enjoyable stay - There are two bath rooms in this property with beautiful views and a lot facilities, making us stay very comfortable. Poor sound insulation
• Megan (5/5): Would have been an ok stay had it not been for the incident with the bathroom step. - The location and the parking. The metal strip on the bathroom step cut my foot open, to the point where we considered a trip to the emergency room. This absolutely should be rectified before you consider letting the place out again. The decoration was very dated.

• Jodi (8/5): Situated in a really lovely location and neat and tidy place. - Location was very good, that I cannot fault. The Townhouse was in fair good condition and kitchen well stocked - nice clean bedrooms and bathroom. Lovely fudge welcome gift. Close to Navy base for visitation needs and quieter area which was ideal and can walk to everything in Vincentia and beautiful coffee morning beach walks-landscape is so pretty. There was no red bin onsite to dispose of our rubbish and too much time trying to find it and write emails on to clear potential penalties. Would not stay in peak summer if the aircon is only in the kitchen/lounge area - too limiting. There were no working TV remotes in all bedrooms - lounge remote just worked. Really not good, that just needs property maintenance checks and due diligence. Also some doors hard to open. Stairs not good for elderly member, fine for rest of the family. Parking limitations and limited sized outside areas to relax in - verandah small. I think the $rate was slightly high taking into account this above and not being in peak season. Hope this helps bring property into order.

• Susan (7/5): Vincentia - Clean older town house with easy access to Vincentia Huskisson and Jervis Bay Tricky parking as unit at back of block of 4. Not so child friendly as has steep stairs with no gate and no suitable outdoor area
