• Adèle (1/5): Logement dangereux, sale et trompeur par rapport à l’annonce - L’emplacement est agréable et le propriétaire s’est déplacé rapidement pour régler un problème d’eau chaude, ce qui est appréciable. La maison est minuscule et totalement inadaptée pour accueillir une famille de 7, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Le canapé du bas présenté comme lit d’appoint est une véritable tromperie : étroit, dur, et une fois déplié il bascule littéralement dans le vide. L’état général est indigne d’une location : couettes jaunies, vaisselle sale dans les placards, mites qui s’échappent des armoires, morceau de verre sur le tapis du salon, tabouret cassé dangereux, lit double de la deuxième chambre qui se disloque et doit être rafistolé chaque soir. Les toilettes du bas sont restées bouchées tout le séjour. Les placards de cuisine sont quasiment vides, la vaisselle est insuffisante et une vieille bouteille de Perrier déjà entamée traîne dans le placard à épices. Aucun manuel d’utilisation pour les équipements. Jardin laissé à l’abandon. Literie extrêmement inconfortable. En résumé : un logement mal entretenu, mal équipé, dangereux et trompeur par rapport à l’annonce.

• Alexandra (7/5): Very nice hosts and a good value for three bedrooms. - Fiona and Yale were very welcoming. I wasn’t feeling well and they let us check in early and offered any help we may need. They had stocked up with some nice snacks and drinks for us. We really liked the park nearby and it was easy to get in and out of dublin by taxi/uber. It was a good value compared to Dublin hotels. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and lacked top sheets. The floors were very noisy and any movement could be heard. Not their fault, but the backyard neighbor smoked cigarettes all night, there was a lot of dog barking and yelling heard from the backside of the house. We had to keep windows open to stay cool enough but it felt like someone was smoking in the house at times.
• Mbailey1229 (3/5): We won't be back. - The communication was good and Entry was easy. The furniture, especially in the bedrooms, feels like it's on its last leg. The downstairs bathroom scared the heck out of my wife and kids, namely the strobing light and chainsaw-sounding fan. The neighbors were loud at all hours. The fridge was not cleaned before our arrival.
• Lucia (7/5): Ok but wouldn’t choose it again - It is a spacious house, the distance to the city center by car is very good. There is furniture missing - any hooks on the wall/ door in the bathroom, nothing to store the clothes in the small single bed room because the only drawer was full of things - and there is surely place for another drawer. Or a small night stand at the bed…This made the stay not that comfortable because I had my clothes whole time in the suitcase…also, there was a lot of dust on the jalousie. Little things can improve the experience massively. Also, no cloth kitchen towels at all - we had to buy them…

• Jonathan (7/5): Great stay for proximity to Dublin and Phoenix park - The house is in a great location and really convenient to travel in to the centre of Dublin. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds weren’t that comfortable.

• Katie (10/5): Beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the city centre! - Beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the city centre! There are both bus tram stops within a 5 minute walk of the house. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful! Very spacious and has everything you need for a lovely stay!
