• Zoe (5/5): You're at the mercy of the people staying around you because you hear everything - Location was great. Check-in process was fine, you actually have contact with the hotel in the days leading up to stay via phone, not during your stay. This is a renovated motor-inn. Cute and done well. But not to the value that we were charged for our two night stay. You pay for a room only, no additional amenities. Be sure to get this accommodation at a price that reflects this. We would have been better off paying similar money for a stay at a hotel with greater facilities. There are no staff onsite outside of staffed hours, they do provide a phone number to call if required.

• Tijana (8/5): Comfy bed, convenient location, - Easy check in - code was sent to my phone prior to check in. Bed was comfy. Room a little small but fine for travelling alone. Shower pressure was great. It was a little noisy as you’re pretty much on the main road. Would’ve been great to have a little sofa chair. Apart from the tiny stools / bed there was nothing else to sit on in the room.
• Kristy (10/5): Tastefully renovated motel + clean & comfortable - Finally a space that pays attention to that last layer of of detail -:> its what I call functionally merchandised & branded :> the thoughtful presentaton of everything is on point & gives a sence of luxury (#) Love there's NO single use plastic bathroom products & those tiny wasteful milk capsules (#) Simple stripped back good quaility + compact & comfortable :> The entire Motel has been revamped (( kept its vintage charm )) into a fresh welcoming palm springs/retro /beach side vibe & really nice landscaping (#) tidy communal areas :> reminds me of Sunnymead Indie Spa at Airley Inlet :> definitely the place to stay on the Penisular :> cross the road & your at a lush clean beach & a sweet café within a 5 min walk - single car park at front of your room :> priced well for my stay early in the week :> easy check-in :> all it needs is a way to wash the dishes + maybe a little jug to help fill the kettle up with water & make sure theres spare toilet paper available Im not sold on the late 3pm check in - its usually 2pm everywhere else & giving my credit card details over the phone for the bond/damage /holding fee - little bit of traffic noise being on the main road but thats expected - just missed the mark on cleaning under & around & in the sink but overall great stay
• Heidi (8/5): Stylish, cosy and comfortable Palm Springs vibes on the Peninsula! - Great location, cute, stylish fit out and very comfy bed. Contactless was great and saved time. Having an entry code to come and go instead of a key was great too. The gravel driveway looks great but is very loud with cars coming and going. The glass front of the room allows a lot of noise.

Would have been good if it was identified earlier that there was no phone number from booking.com so I could have received a message slightly earlier.

• Julia (10/5): Great value for money, comfortable stay - Clean, tidy and welcoming. Well decorated room, rather than a common plain hotel style. Check in was easy and contactless with a code sent to us. Staff were very friendly. The location was good and easy to access. Had great in room appliances (like espresso machine and good quality coffee and tea). Good shared facilities. Only one (but comfy) pillow each, but other than that, the motel was perfect.

• Diane (5/5): Great location, nicely refurbished motel but avoid Room 10. - Great location and the outdoor picnic tables are a lovely spot for a wine in the evening. It's an old hotel refurbished so not all rooms are the identical. However our King room was particularly different from all other King rooms. It was set back from the main frontage and did not have big light-filled and airy windows like the photos; instead this room had narrow over-head windows, which made the over-cast morning quite gloomy. Avoid Room 10.

• Katie (8/5): Perfect little beach escape - It’s so well looked after, neat and tidy. It’s got the old style feel of a vintage motor inn, but fresh and newly redone. It’s literally across the road from the beach and on the same block as a gorgeous little cafe. I really hate to say anything negative, because we love it here, but the shower pressure is so weak and it took ages to get the temperature right.

• Lorilyn (8/5): Overall, it's a good option for a night or two for the Mornington Peninsula. - It was a good option for a short stay at the Mornington Peninsula. The self check-in was very handy as it meant we were in control of when we wanted to arrive. The communal area was nice and clean. We were able to have our dinner just outside our room. Being on the main road it was a little noisy at night but it was expected. The windows in the bathroom could be replaced so that they can be fully closed. Overall the room was clean, but the bathroom sink wasn't as clean as expected when we arrived.

• Alina (9/5): Stylish and very comfortable, great location. - Staff were wonderful. Although no one on site for most of the day, staff came every morning to clean room and restock anything required. Internet was terrible. Rooms were a little noisier than last time we stayed.

There isn’t an on-site reception but the phone was always answered quickly and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Getting 50% off entrance to the Alba Springs if you book through the Keith made this stay pay for itself!

There are no site pn staff except when thw cleaning staff came around. But thefe was a phone number to call. The informatipn bppklet on the ropm needs to be updated becauae it refers to oncorrect staffing hpurs and a vending machone that is not there.
