Office hours: 10:00 to 20:30.
Key collection: It takes place at our office: Paseo Reding 3, 29016, Malaga, from 16:00 to 20:30. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys.
Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges:
- From 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30;
- From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 35;
- From 23:00 to 24:00, EUR 40;
- From 24:00 to 01:00, EUR 45;
- After 01:00, 10 EUR of additional charge per hour.
Emergency line available 24/7 via phone, no WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 200 € is required on arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.

- Raluca Bat (9/5): - The apartment is bright, big enough, nicely decorated and cosy. It is centrally located, which makes it very convenient to explore the city center and main attractions by foot. It is also close to all Soho nice restaurants, so overall, a great location. The communication with the company hosting was very good, their representative was very responsive and helpful. The check-in was really convenient (the apartment has a remote access, via electronic key). Inside, it has a dishwasher, a washing machine, coffee maker (Nespresso), which come in handy. For cooler evenings, the heating system worked very well. Overall, all was great, but we had noticed some minor room for improvement communicated to the company (in relation to some (deeper) cleaning/ future fixes and maybe some extras that would make the stay even more comfortable.(Salt, pepper, sugar, smaller coffee cups). These are minor things compared to the value the location and brightness of the apartment brings, but maybe to be considered by the company owning the apartment, that took well note of the feedback. Just to note that given the central location, there can be noise from the street at times, but that did not bother us, I think this should be expected considering the central location.

It was on the main road but our room was very quiet.
Also under 10 min walk to a train station, which you can get to Malaga airport within 10min. Nothing much of facility wise.
However, if they can provide basic amenities such as a bottle of water, tea bags on arrival would have been good.
They had just a few coffee pods each only.

Nice big white clean towels.
Appartement was clean. Keys are not in the building. Keys are in the office. Office is ~1km from the appartement. Office is next to big street-circle, so if you are with rented car - there is no place where to stop next to the office. You need to find place to park the car etc. Not comfortable at all. To walk with laguadge without car by foot in summer is hot.
Parking (in case you have rented car) next to the appartement is not possible, you need every night to search where to leave a car. Parking price ~20eur/day.
First thing what meets you in the building - old building smell. Not nice.
Unfortunately when we came - the appartement had strong tabaco smell. And we were with children, so we were not satisfied. We have no idea from where that tabaco smell was comming from - probably from AC :/ Just last day (out of 4) the tabaco smell stoped.
Appartement is small - for 2+2ch was much to small. I would recommend it just for 2.
There is dishwasher, but not a single tablet for dishwasher.
There is a washing mashine but not a single tablet for washing mashine.
There is also dryier/hanger to dry wet tawels or washed clothes, however no free space where to place that dryier/hanger.
Not a single plastic bag for trash was in the appartement.
Every morning we were waked-up by drilling and hammer noise as next door was construcion work done. Every single day...
When we informed about constructions next door the host told that this is a surprise, if host would know this - host would offer us other appartement. But when we asked to checkout few hours later as our flight was at night, we were informed that this is impossible as other people are comming. So host knew already about construction and noise buy did not transfere people to other place.
We got 10-15eur compensation - free taxi to airport (when we paid 600eur+ for the stay).
Bed sheets were with hols, I add a picture.
I do not recommend this place at leats in 2024 summer/autumn.
