Guest Reviews
- Chow (1/5): Horrible hosts - There is nothing to really like minus it is a studio. Hosts are horrible at communication, ghosts you. They still owe me £20 or more of inconvenience fee for breakfast promised but never delivered.
During my stay there was a long period where hot water, and even water access was restricted and the host just ghost until I contacted booking.com and the best part? They ask me to check out so they can free out the room for others wow.
The hosts also like to enter the room unannounced for random reasons or unknown furniture change. Not professional. Many furniture were broken when I was there BEFORE I came.
I highly recommend against it for your sanity and check out their google reviews it is horrible.
In fact their MO is they rent 2 flats from the building management and sublet it so... That's a lot of profit for doing nothing!
Do note: heating rail is broken, room heater might not work, boiler seems broken but they insist is not and refuse to get a serviced boiler plumber.
It took 2weeks to get hot water proper and the shower head to be fixed, and ONLY after escalating to booking.com.
Some toilet floors cracked and just blanketed with a rug. Dangerous.

- Bronti (5/5): It could have been an enjoyable stay, but the lack of hot water and cleanliness let it down. - Having a kitchen and the location were both fabulous and very convenient. About 10 minutes after I arrived, someone tried to enter the apartment claiming to be the cleaner, which was unsettling. Throughout my stay there was no hot water. I contacted the owner both through Booking.com and privately but didn’t receive any response during the stay. I also felt the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the TV had no working channels.
- Disa (4/5): Defected Handle, Poor Communication, and No Refund - The apartment itself was as described, with a clean interior and sufficient space for a short stay. It included a double bed for two, a sofa for a third guest, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for a weekend visit. Upon arrival, we noticed a faint smell of urine in the stairwell leading to the apartment. While the listing stated the apartment would be sealed after cleaning, there was no signage indicating this had occurred. Still, the overall cleanliness inside was acceptable.
The major issue was with the apartment’s front door. The electronic handle, which was supposed to lock automatically, was defective. Although pulling the handle down would not open the door, lifting it upwards allowed access without a code, thus posing a serious security risk.
We contacted the property immediately to report the problem and requested urgent assistance. Unfortunately, we were told that no inspection would take place until 11:00 AM the next day. Given the security concerns, we had no choice but to book alternative accommodation that same evening.
The following day, communication remained poor. We finally received confirmation at 3:00 PM that the lock was indeed defected and that a replacement had been ordered, but would arrive ”within days”. Since our stay was only from Thursday to Sunday, this was not acceptable.
We explained that we could not stay in a property that was not secure and requested a full refund. Instead, we received contradictory responses from another representative - who claimed the lock was not broken. We clarified that this contradicted the previous confirmation of the defect and reiterated that the door could be opened without a code by simply lifting the handle.
Around 8:00 PM, we were informed the lock would be repaired by 9:00 PM, but by then we had already secured other accommodation and once again requested a refund. After that, communication from the property ceased entirely.
We are extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. Not only was the apartment unsafe, but the lack of clear communication and refusal to issue a refund - despite evidence and our early departure - is unacceptable.
