• J. Schneider (9/5): Feine und unkomplizierte Übernachtung in Graz - Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Graz. Zentrale Lage für meine Termine dort – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist angenehm und man kann hervorragend schlafen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service war freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig – Check-in und Kommunikation haben bestens funktioniert. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung! mir fällt nichts ein
• Vivian (5/5): - The location was very good. On arrival I was told that the key for my booking was not available and instead I was shown to a different apartment nearby. The apartment I stayed in was smaller than the one I booked but I was not offered an alternate booking or partial refund. Some basic amenities for the apartment were a bit unsatisfactory; for example the towels provided were extremely small and the Wifi was very slow.

• Florian (4/5): - Ich war wegen des Graz Marathons hier, daher war mir die Nähe zur Oper wichtig. Diese war nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Lage ist also perfekt. Freundliche Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit dem Gastgeber. Leider war es schmutzig, die Abdeckung der Küche lag auf dem Boden, darunter Spinnweben und Müll, Klospülung rinnt, Duschkopfhalterung defekt, nur zwei mittelgroße Handtücher, kein Geschirrtuch, leichter Zigarettengeruch, ... man hat sich leider gar nicht wohl gefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass jeden Moment der Bewohner dieser Wohnung nach Hause kommen wird. In der Wohnung waren einige Dinge, von denen man nicht vermutet, dass diese von anderen Gästen hinterlassen wurden: Billa-Sticker, Lockenwickler, Schutzausrüstung für Inlineskates, ein Paar Damenschuhe und ein Paar Herrenschuhe, diverse Hygieneartikel, benutzte Haarbürsten, Amazon-Pakete, ein Motorradhelm, .... Den Privatparkplatz, den man kostenpflichtig in Anspruch nehmen kann, hatte ich zunächst reserviert. Der Gastgeber meinte dann aber, ich finde sicher einen kostenlosen Parkplatz an der Straße, aber falls nicht, soll ich zum Privatparkplatz fahren. An der Straße fand ich keinen Parkplatz, also bin ich zum Privatparkplatz gefahren, der in der Nähe war. Dort war ein Schranken, für den ich einen Schlüssel gebraucht hätte, den ich in der Schlüsselbox bei der Wohnung gefunden hätte. Diese Info wäre nett gewesen, denn so bin ich unnötig zum Privatparkplatz gefahren. Habe dann am Rückweg zur Wohnung einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Der Preis von 80€ war sicher auch der Nachfrage aufgrund des Marathons geschuldet, aber Preis-Leistung hat hier gar nicht gestimmt.
• Jan-Christoph (10/5): Werde ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Graz unbedingt wieder buchen. - Sehr gute Lage, vollständig ausgestattete Küche (4-Platten Herd, ausreichend viele verschiedene Töpfe, gute Messer, viele Küchenwerkzeuge), großes Zimmer. Es gab keinen Duschvorhang.

The new property was good. The new property which was offered looked like nobody was using as it was dusty and the bed was really uncomfortable

• William (1/5): Bad - The location is good. There is a stop sign nearby. There is a DaVinci Burger nearby that is worth trying. 1.The landlord asked us to arrive before 2:00 pm, otherwise you will have to wait until after 7:00 pm, which is inconsistent with the check-in rules at that time , and I told him that I would try my best to do it. Later, when we arrived, it was 2:02 pm. The landlord left the key in the room, but the front door was closed. He asked us to wait for other residents to come in and out. We were able to enter the building, which caused us a lot of trouble because each of us was carrying a large backpack of 10 kilograms. The temperature outside was -1°C. We waited all afternoon, and finally we were able to check in in the evening when other residents wanted to enter the building. 2.When booking, the accommodation introduction provided a washing machine, but when we arrived the washing machine was broken.... 3.When we bought some ingredients and wanted to use the oven to cook dinner, there was a power outage at home. We were able to solve the power outage problem by turning the main power back on ourselves. The landlord told us that the oven was broken, please don't use it.... I think he should first Inform us and maybe put a note like a washing machine to let us notice in advance that the oven is not available, because all the ingredients we bought need an oven to cook Maybe others had great experiences,but unfortunately this was the worst experience we had in a month of traveling in Europe
• Catherine (10/5): Perfect place for one night or more, and feel as at home :) - Everything was perfect. The appartment is comfortable, super warm, and the renter really friendly. Was a bit hard to park around, but this is not the host's fault.
• Zofia (4/5): Disappointing - The location was excellent. Host very nice. Good equipped kitchen. Not for to tram stop and shop and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very loud street. Staircase very dirty. Apartment to expensive for a standard which was offered. .

• Iván (8/5): It was good to be here. Thanks. - The owner is a very nice person. The flat is clean and good. Good price, and the old city is close. 1. The flat is quite noisy ( tram and cars in the street), 2. We were in august, 30 celsius outside, the flat is very warm, hard to sleep.

PLUS: On the evening before departure (check-out 12:00) I was let know that I have to leave before 8:00 am due to an exchange of the windows! No apologies from his side, only the command to leave. He even threatend me with calling the police if I still should be in there by 8:00 am. The host had known about this well before my arrival, as the workers told me, but apparently he didn't want to loose this money. Booking service (which I diectly contacted and often again during the follwoing days) was very kind but little helpful. I was even charged tourist tax although I was there for work, plus host tried to doublecharge me. The washing machine was out of work, also about this I didn't receive notificarion from the host. The list goes on...
• Konaplev (10/5): Exceptional - We had some coffee in the morning, it was quite nice. It had 2 comfy beds for 2 adults, so happy with the room. Location was exceptional, 5-10 minutes from old town.

• Stanislav_os (7/5): Great apparment for a short period in a central location - I think for a one or 2 night sleeps, this appartment is very cosy. The location is great. The host is very welcoming and my late time check-in went well. The temperature inside the apparments was below average, but unterneath the blanket for 1 or 2 nights I think it will be ok. Maybe in summer you would get a better experience.
• Swasti (3/5): extremely negative experience, all sorts of junk, waste, and dust everywhere, partially cleaned. - Nothing, it was really a very bad place to stay. We didn't like the ambiance and the apartment was not clean so, we left the place earlier and it was just a waste of money.
