• Andrea (5/5): Necesita hacer tratamiento al moho - La ubicación. La comunicación con el alojamiento también ok. Le he dado muchas vueltas a si poner este comentario pero creo que es necesario por salubridad. Aunque no hay ningún comentario que lo mencione, una de las habitaciones del alojamiento (el cuarto de la limpieza) está llena de moho :( Llegaba ya a la puerta, al pomo… Dejo las imágenes que describen mejor la situación. Además está cerca de la cama, con el peligro que eso conlleva para la salud.

• Veronica (5/5): The property was a nice flat but it was such a fuss to get in touch with the agency and arrange the check in. No key box - The view The communication with the agency.
• Annie-Claude (9/5): Un appartement tout confort - C’est immense et très confortable ! La vue est belle et on est près de tout. Les marches à monter avec les valises…mais l’appartement en vaut la peine !
• Lola (2/5): Fatal la escalera, 4 piso antiguo sin ascensor. - Qué desayuno, una cápsula para la máquina de café?, no es desayuno Una cuarta planta , escalera con mucha pendiente y sobre todo no te lo dicen cuando reservas. Las llaves no las iban acercar, esperas y esperas y sale una chica limpiadora y nos la deja, previa llamada y permiso, un desastre.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - It is in the center and close to Cathedral (min walk), to the beach it's about 15-20 min walking, to the bus station 12 min walking. Loft was on the last floor. Mind it if you carry heavy luggage because there's no escalator.
• Lorenzo (9/5): 360° Cadiz - Excellent position near the city center. Wide, tidy and tastefully furnished. The care of details makes you feel at home. Panoramic terrace The absence of an elevator 😅 with the luggage is a little uncomfortable but possible

• Katerina (9/5): Amazing huge renovated loft studio, great value for money - - Super lovely and HUGE loft studio apartment, it's very well renovated in a very modern style and with great views. It's fully equipped for a longer stay as well. Lots of light and lots of space, there's a whole separate living room. All things are in great working order and they think of details as well (eg. coffee machine, laundry pods etc) - amazing place, would definitely stay again! - the host was very nice and helpful, even helped us carry out suitcase, explained everything and communicated well - The ambiance of the neighbourhood is very nice, you get to enjoy great jazz music from next door :) - Bear in mind it's on the 4th floor without a lift (though this is advertised beforehand) - We were missing basic toiletries like shower gel and there was also almost no toilet paper - would have been nice to have those - The host was very professional and helpful - but it would be helpful if they got in touch already 24 hours before (as promised on the website) and not on the same day, so we could plan better. It's a very small thing, but just some tips for improvement :)
• Alan (8/5): Very good - Man who met us didn't offer to carry my partners case up 8 flights of stairs. I carried mine then had to go back down and carried my girlfriends luggage. We are both over 65 years of age.. Common decency from a young fit man to offer to carry my partners luggage would have been welcomed. ⁸
• Mick (8/5): very enjoyable and I am fitter now !! - Its a huge space by far the biggest apartment I have ever stayed in - a really nice apartment and nicely decorated. The main square in Cadiz is steps away probably 20 yards at most and you are in the thick of the town with restaurants and all the main sites very close by - the beach I prefered La Caleta though is around 20 minutes walk away. I arrived by train and its less than 10 minutes to the station where I was met at the apartment with the keys, the communication was excellent very well managed. The apartment is quite, though on a Sunday the bells seemed to ring very regularly so beware having one of or two more drinks on the Saturday!! Beware though the apartment is great you need to be aware that its on the 4th floor and its a hard walk up - when you go out make sure you have everything because going back up is taxing. The roof terrace is shared though I never saw anyone up there apart from clothes on a washing line - I think the apartment also mentions it had netflix available which was available on the tv but there was no subscription to it
• Neil (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, in a central location. Be conscious that it is on the fifth floor - plenty of stairs to climb!

• Cassandra (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent central location. This lovely top floor apartment was spacious and airy, quiet and comfortable. Great air conditioning and wifi. Well equipped kitchen. Easy check in/out.
