Francisco Javier (1/5): Una pena: El Cliente NO importa - La ubicación , tranquila y cercana a la playa. La distribución de la casa y su pequeña piscina también daban juego. La Casa podría merecer la pena si no hubiéramos tenido un problema permanente de goteras con el aire acondicionado (tema que ya habían sufrido huéspedes anteriores) cuando te pasas 7 días esperando una solución /respuesta, o unas sábanas y toallas que no merecen calificarse como tal. Anuncian Wi-Fi y ni funciona Internet ni resuelven el problema……… Ni el dueño ni la empresa que gestiona la Casa han hecho el más mínimo esfuerzo por ayudar a solucionar los problemas o acercarse a explicar la situación. Hicimos la reserva a través de Booking y tampoco hemos encontrado una respuesta/solución a tiempo. Por el precio que hemos pagado……..la casa no cumple ni de lejos con el confort y servicio exigibles. Calidad/Precio: por bastante menos hemos disfrutado de una estancia sin deficiencias tan notables, pero sobre todo nos hemos sentido atendidos.
