• Laura (9/5): Awesome - Absolutley wonderful stay at this apartment, we travelled with 4 teenagers in the height of the heat wave and found the apartment to be light, airy and perfect location for exploring the city. The Wrap around balcony was excellent with views of the Acropolis and the famous cobbled streets of Plaka just a 5 min walk. The main square of Monastiraki is just a 10 min walk with the markets and restaurants. We absolutely loved our short 3 night stay in Athens and the host couldn't have been more helpful with any issues we had. The only thing that I would change is having 2 x showers rather than 1 shower and a bath. Trying to get 6 adults out in the am was a tactical mission but that's literally the only thing I would change.

• Ronald (8/5): Groot historisch appartement in Plaka - Op voorhand contact met de host via whatsapp. Dit maakt het contact laagdrempelig en eenvoudig. In de taxi vanaf de luchthaven even een kort berichtje waarna ze klaar stond bij aankomst. De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch en ligt op loopafstand van werkelijk het volledige historische centrum. Voor de bierliefhebbers zit er tegenover een fantastische craft beer shop. De isolatie van deze appartementen is minder goed waardoor het lastig is koelen cq. Koel te houden. Lastige is dat ik geen goede referentie heb in het oude centrum. Daarnaast vind ik persoonlijk het verzamelen van je toiletpapier in een bakje een beetje ranzig maar dit kan ik het appartement niet echt aanrekenen. Wel iets om rekening mee te houden wanneer je in het oude centrum wil boeken.
• Pirhit (7/5): מרווח ונוח אך זקוק לשיפוץ - דירה מרווחת מאוד, ממוזגת, במיקום מרכזי (כמה דקות הליכה מכיכר סינטגמה). קומה רביעית עם מעלית. אזור מלא בבתי קפה, בארים ומסעדות. מטבח מאובזר. הדירה גדולה ונקייה מאוד. הדירה בבניין ישן, נקייה מאוד - אך ישנה. יש מקלחת אחת משופצת ונעימה, אך השניה מאוד מיושנת. גם השירותים הנוספים מיושנים. מקלחת אחת נמצאת בצד אחד של הדירה לצד 3 חדרי שינה. מקלחת נוספת (המשופצת) נמצאת בצד השני של הדירה, ליד חדר רביעי - אך אינה חלק מהחדר ויש לצאת מחדר השינה ולהיכנס למקלחת. בחדר הרביעי אין ארון, הוא מחוץ לחדר.

• George (10/5): Magnificent Athens - The location of the apartment is within 10 minute walk of all the iconic Athens sites. The apartment is even better than the photos. If we come back to Athens the Avant Garde will be ourfirst choice. There was nothing to dislike

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - What a great place to stay in Athens. Such a beautiful, spacious, light apartment. Very comfortable for our family of 6, with excellent amenities. Enormous balcony with view. Easy walk to Acropolis, Agora & great restaurants & shopping. Our hosts were great! Very helpful, responsive & lots of suggestions for places to go. Loved our stay at Avant Garde!

• Karen (9/5): Perfect location, helpful team and beautiful apartment, everything and more than we needed. - The balcony was fantastic and all the rooms comfortable, the location was amazing and we never had to take any public transport as we were so close to everything of interest. The team were good with communication and very helpful when we had forgotten our plug adaptor, quickly bringing one around. A small detail but there is nowhere in the main bedroom to put your clothes out of your suitcase.

• Радостин (8/5): Overrpriced - Large apartment. Large terrace. One bathroom has an old bathtub. One bedroom has no wardrobe. The doors are quite creaky. A lot of noise from the street.
• Liz (10/5): Best place to stay in Athens! - Avant Garde is such a fabulous spacious apartment with a stunning roof terrace where you can sit and have a wine marvelling at the Acropolis! Staff were stunning so kind and our transfers were organised without a hassle highly recommend this property so safe and so near restaurants, attractions etc Loved everything!!
