• Agnès (8/5): - L'emplacement, la propreté et le confort et le calme des lieux. Le message non signé laissé par un resident du bâtiment sur la porte nous reprochant de "déplacer les meubles " à 7h55. Nous ne prenions que notre petit déjeuner et les chaises métalliques sans patins ne sont pas de notre responsabilité. Donc il faut absolument ajouter des patins aux chaises et graisser les portes. Il n'y avait qu'un seul torchon.

• Panagiotis (8/5): Ευρύχωρο και επαρκές. - Ευρύχωρο, 6 άτομα είμασταν άνετα. Καλή τοποθεσία, καλή θέρμανση. Για την τιμή που το κλείσαμε το Φεβρουάριο, θεωρούμε ότι ήταν value for money. Η καθαριότητα θα πρέπει να βελτιωθεί. Βρήκαμε τρίχες στα μπάνια και το τραπέζι του σαλονιού έχει αρκετή σκόνη. Ωστόσο, μόλις μπήκαμε είχε σφουγγαριστεί κ γενικά ήταν αξιοπρεπές αλλά θα σίγουρα θέλει περισσότερη προσοχή. Το ένα μπάνιο μύριζε υπόνομο την πρώτη μέρα. Τη δεύτερη περιέργως η μυρωδιά εξαφανίστηκε. Από ότι καταλάβαμε όμως είναι ένα πρόβλημα που γενικά υπάρχει στη σεβιλλη. Λάβαμε αρκετές οδηγίες για να μην κάνουμε θόρυβο και ενώ το σεβαστήκαμε, κάποια στιγμή κατά τις 8 το απόγευμα μας παραπονέθηκε μια γειτόνισσα για θόρυβο, ενώ εκείνη την ώρα απλά συζητούσαμε στο σαλόνι. Αν κάποια παρέα πιστεύει ότι θέλει να ναι πιο ελεύθερη κ πιστεύει ότι θα κάνει θόρυβο, θα πρότεινα να κλείσει κάπου αλλού, γιατί το περιβάλλον φαίνεται να είναι πολύ ευαίσθητο.. στο θόρυβο.
• Susan (8/5): Apart from the drier, this is an excellent place for a group of up to 6. - Spacious for 6 adults. Clean, warm and comfortable. Walking distance to all main attractions. The clothes drier did not work and there was no clothes rack to dry our clothes after we had already washed them, so we had to walk 10 mins to find a laundromat. Disappointing because I was looking for a place with a washing machine and drier/clothes rack.
• Frédéric (8/5): Appartement vieillot mais pratique - Un appartement très bien placé, entre centre ville piéton et place d'Espagne. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien climatisé. C'est pratique de disposer de deux salles de bain. Informations peu claires pour récupérer les clés. Décoration très vieillotte !

• Roberto (5/5): Muy bien la ubicación. Mala calidad-precio. - Por supuesto la ubicación. La propiedad se mostró disponible y facilitó el último día salir más tarde de allí (no sabemos si para compensar lo malo que la estábamos trasladando) Nos lo encontramos bastante sucio. En el baño principal había un hedor intenso procedente de alguna tubería o desagüe. Buscábamos un alojamiento con dos baños y solo era utilizable uno. La propiedad recurrió a alguien para la limpieza el primer día de nuestra llegada al avisarle del lamentable estado de suciedad (desperdicios en el suelo, sábanas sucias y con pelo, polvo en todas las habitaciones y mal olor en el baño). No se utilizó ningún utensilio de la cocina por presentar un aspecto lamentable (tostador sucio, cafetera sucia y vieja). Las fotos de la cocina en la web no se ajustan a la situación de los pequeños electrodomésticos. Alguna ropa de cama en mal estado.

• Lai Har (7/5): Quiet & spacious, good price, convenient location - * Quiet, safe, and convenient location, 6 to 7-minute walk from the San Sebastian bus station and Real Alcázar. 13-minute walk from Plaza de España. There are grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. * Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment, though it’s not newly renovated. AC was ok when it’s very hot in Seville in June 2025. On the second floor, with elevator. * The host’s staff was responsive. Check-in instructions were quite clear. * The apartment had no luggage storage service. We stored our luggage at LOCK & enjoy! - SANTA JUSTA near the Sevilla Santa Justa Train Station, which had self-service lockers.
• Kenny (7/5): Good - Location was very good and building access was easy. Elevator is a big plus. Apartment size is good and 2 full bathrooms is awesome. Self check in also good and instructions to check in was also easy. The properry is nice and clean. Kitchen well stacked. The scent plug-ins accross the entire apartment. The fragance was strong making it difficult to breathe and caused our family allergy. Every space had one and also scented oils. It was juat overwhelming and we could not stop sneezing. Strongly recommendo to remove them.

• Mumtaz (9/5): Spacious, clean apartment, close to main attractions - Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment. They had a book on Seville too which was great quick read. Good Aircon.. toilet and kitchen rolls and towels, cleaning materials etc also provided. We would have enjoyed/used the kitchen better if we were to stay more nights. Would love to visit again and stay in this apartment. Would have loved to be able to drop our luggage before checking in at 3pm because our flight arrived in the morning. A little more information about parking would have helped. We used Google translator and asked people around to find out about parking restrictions.
• Ying (10/5): Great location and price-performance ratio - Great location with possible parking places in the street, not far from Plaza Espana and Alcazar. Everything is good in the appartment. Host waited for us late to help us to get into the house. Good value for money We met 2 random guys in the other street who wanted to help us to park, although this has nothing to do with this appartment, but after that experience which I also informed the host, it would have been better if host could have been more patient during the communication.

• Gladys (8/5): Very good - The apartment has all the amenities needed though it is lacking a bit in cleaniness. Location is good especially when you drive because right infront of apartment has easily available parking spaces. It is a great value rental.
• Jinyang (5/5): ok for the price for 3 - quite neighborhood dirty wall in the bedroom. Unfriendly attitude of the landlord at checkin. No luggage storage service
• Damaris (9/5): Superb - Daniela was charming. She allowed us to leave our bags and take the keys early whilst she finished the cleaning from the previous tenants. Place very clean. Comms with her were great. The apartment was very light. Decent living room. Small but functional kitchen area - we were only there one night and had no plans to cook, but the coffee machine was much appreciated as was the mint tea! Both bathrooms had baths. Well located - near lovely gardens and only a few minutes walk from the tourist area. Bus connections nearby to both the train and bus stations. Nothing.
