• ARANTXA (10/5): Habitacion preciosa. - La habitacion esta muy bien. Las camas son muy comodas y todo estaba muy limpio. Los anfitriones muy agradables y atentos. Nos envio informacion sobre bares de pintxos. Muy bien! No tuvimos ningun problema, tal vez compartir baño con otras dos habitaciones.

• Imanol Matthew (9/5): Perfecto para lo que queríamos. - Queríamos algo cerca del casco viejo y en ese sentido la ubicación es ideal. La habitación era grande y muy cómoda para 3 personas. Si volviera a Bilbo con el mismo plan, repetería. El personal muy amable y cercano y ayudó/aclaró dudas en todo momento. Quizás no vi claramente en la descripción que el baño sería compartido con otra habitación y que no había ascensor. A nosotros no nos importó en absoluto ya que estaba todo super limpio. Pero en relación al precio de otras habitaciones que había disponibles fue perfecto para nosotros.

• Pcalgar (9/5): Estancia entre algodones - Nos acogieron encantadoramente y el sitio es realmente precioso. Limpieza impecable, sabanas y toallas de calidad y camas comodísimas. No hemos podido sentirnos más cómodas. ¡Muchísimas gracias! A pesar de que está a salto del centro, parece que es un barrio conflictivo aunque nosotras no sentimos nada de inseguridad. No obstante creo que es necesario tener toda la información.

Tal vez como llegué de noche eso me generó mayor inseguridad, pero habían personas en las calles de apariencia sospechosa y en grupos

• alinet49 (8/5): Jolie location - La sympathie de l'hôte qui nous a accueilli très tard le soir et avec le sourire.Le logement est meublé avec goût très fonctionnel et surtout très propre...le partage de salle de bain que je n'apprécie guère habituellement n'était pas un souci du tout.. La situation dans le quartier (mal fréquenté.) Malgré tout le logement est tellement bien isolé que nous n'avons rien entendu
• Sergio (10/5): Genial! Recomendado - Nos sentimos verdaderamente como en casa. La atención de Iker fue inmejorable en todo momento. La habitación no es muy grande pero tiene un estilo muy moderno y está muy cuidada y limpia, al igual que el baño. Tenía aire acondicionado, neverita y tele que funcionaban perfectamente y buena iluminación. La ubicación también fue muy acertada ya que en un momento estábamos cerca del rio y del casco antiguo. Para dormir 2 personas en una litera con camas cómodas es estupendo. El baño es compartido con la otra habitación y puede solaparse el uso. En nuestro caso no fue realmente un gran problema.
• Lidia (4/5): “Apartamento” con baño compartido… - Esta cerca del centro de Bilbao, la persona que nos recibió era muy amable y nos dio recomendaciones de sitios para ir a comer pintxos. A pesar de que el baño era compartido y solo había uno, estaba todo bastante limpio. El apartamento esta en un quinto piso sin ascensor y en uno de los peores barrios de Bilbao (San Francisco), era peligroso volver de noche, presenciamos varias peleas y gritos justo enfrente del apartamento. A parte de lo ruidosa que era la calle, para dormir habíamos de abrir las ventanas ya que el aire acondicionado hacía unos ruidos muy fuertes que no te dejaban dormir, y se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle durante toda la noche, también se escuchaba con las ventanas cerradas. Parece por las fotos un apartamento todo equipado, pero no es así. Es un piso que han dividido en dos habitaciones y un baño que se comparte entre esas dos habitaciones. Tiene una pequeña nevera, un microondas y algunos utensilios de cocina como vasos y cubiertos, había un pequeño escritorio con solo una silla y no había sofa porque era una de las camas. Nosotros éramos cuatro personas en una de esas dos habitaciones, la cama era cómoda, pero las otras dos personas debían de dormir en un sofa cama muy incomodo. Y si en la otra habitación también tenía capacidad para cuatro como en la que estábamos, compartir un baño entre ocho personas… era algo muy incomodo.
• Barbara (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr schön, der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral an der Altstadt. Man muss sich das Badezimmer mit anderen Gästen teilen. Das steht zwar schon in den Informationen, man überliest es aber leicht. Deutlich darauf hinzuweisen, wäre günstig. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr gepflegt, aber ungefährlich.

• Miguel (9/5): Boa decoração e confortável - A decoração do quarto é top e está mto bem equipado. A localização é boa para visitar alguns dos pontos de interesse da cidade. Tinhamos 4 águas de cortesia no frigorifico! O wc é partilhado. O bairro tem um ambiente duvidoso e as ruas são um pouco sujas.

• Andrea (10/5): Bellissimo - tutto perfetto, l'host super gentile e disponibile ( ci ha offerto una bottiglia di champagne per la notte del 31 dicembre) ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie e ci ha aiutato molto per risolvere un problema che abbiamo avuto con l'auto a noleggio. La casa è molto bella, accogliente e confortevole Grazie peccato solo che pur essendo davvero comoda per spostarsi a Bilbao si trovi in un quartiere che non metta subito a proprio agio per via delle persone che lo frequentano.

• Sarah (8/5): Cost and compact room right by the old town. - Comfortable and immaculately clean. Good location and a friendly host, who gave us loads of tips. It was on the 5th floor with no lift - not a problem for us, but think twice if you have heavy luggage or are not fit/capable of walking up lots of steps.

La habitación muy limpia, plenamente equipada y muy tranquila. El baño compartido estaba junto a la habitación y también muy limpio. Totalmente recomendable. Ciertas dificultades para el aparcamiento. Incluso los parkings cercanos estaban completos.

• Greta (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in die man gerne wieder kommt - Sehr moderne Wohnung. Alles mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr nette Gastgeber und tolle Lage. Man war innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten in der Altstadt. Neben einem Kühlschrank hatten wir auch eine Mikrowelle und Besteck im Zimmer, was wirklich toll war. Die Straße war recht unruhig, was man aus dem Zimmer jedoch nicht mitbekommen hat. In der näheren Umgebung war recht viel Polizei.

• Paula (8/5): Good location, and note the dates of the big city celebration, don't expect to park closeby. - very friendly staff, very helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and bathroom/shower amazing. Parking was said to be close by, or part of the " stay" but it's all street parking, and our timing was such that we could not find parking anywhere, so we went to otherside of town, 15 min away and took a taxi to the apartment. Also, we didn't expect the 5 story set of stairs to climb, and there's no view. Thanks to the owner for helping when we arrived to carry the suitcases up.

• Marta (8/5): Pobyt dzięki właścicielom i napisowi na wycieraczce przed mieszkaniem 😄 uważam za bardzo udany. - Ładnie urządzony mały dwuosobowy pokój z potrzebnymi rzeczami jak mikrofalówka czy suszarka. Odstępy między łóżkiem piętrowym niewielkie. Nie można usiąść na dolnym łóżku, a krzesła są mało wygodne np przy oglądaniu telewizji. Dzielnica blisko centrum, ale lekko niepokoi duża liczba osób, które sprawiają wrażenie bezrobotnych i zaczepnych. W sklepie z owocami zwrócono mi uwagę aby trzymać telefon bliżej siebie.
