• Jonas (9/5): Upmarket experience - A landmark building and this apartment was ideally placed in the building, high up and facing the city center. Good plan of the apartment and stunning view through the enormous windows. Well equipped and not too much bling-bling which is sometimes the case with apartments marketed as luxury. Location is very good but not perfect. It's a new development with some coffee shops but you have to walk a bit to get into the city centre for restaurants and convenience stores. The check-in time (15.00) and check-out time (11.00) wasn't advertised before booking but only after it was finalized. It's normal international standard for private apartments but given the rather short windows and flexibility that other hosts have shown in Cyprus, I had hoped for more. My one-night stay was therefore short and felt expensive.

• Johannes (7/5): Nice apartment, challanges with the services and non kept promises by the landlord - Nice apartment, well equiped, in general in a good shape. 360 is an outstanding location in Nicossia. When we arrived, the apartment was in a state of use by previous guests. Ok, might happen. After consultation with the landlord, cleaning staff arrived promptly. I am still waiting for the landlord's announcement that the first night will not be charged and refunded .....
