• Dominiek (10/5): Mooi comfortabel verblijf midden in de stad - Mooie comfortabele accommodatie, volledig ingericht, praktische keuken, goede bedden. Wij waren er met 2 kleindochters die hun eigen slaapkamer en badkamer hadden. Heel goed gelegen, op loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden. De Trevi fontein is slechts 170m verwijderd. Verschillende gelegenheden voor ontbijt (ook take away) in de buurt. We hebben er een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Straatgeluiden tijdens de dag waren hoorbaar. Tegen de late avond werd alles veel rustiger.

So easy to get around with a short 2 minute walk to Trevi fountain. Anna Carla was an amazing host and made sure everything was comfortable for our stay. She even booked us transport to the port for our cruise Nothing, everything was great

The apartment was fantastic - very spacious and clean and tidy. Made our trip amazing a wonderful experience. Take the noise feedback seriously - we didn’t realise we were near a recycling collection point and they collect the bottles at 1.30am and 6.30am - woke us all up both times.

It was clean and well maintained. The street below was very loud of a night. The garbage truck comes every night from 1.30am to 5am emptying the little street bins, extremely loud. The shower pressure was not very good either.

• Madeline (1/5): - The location was nice, it's right by the trevi fountain. The staff is iffy, Anna was lovely but the man that checked us in was absolutely atrocious and mean. The city fees must be paid in cash and if you have to check in late, they make you feel terrible and treat you badly. There's a late check in fee of 100€, which is pretty uncommon for airbnbs as most places just have key boxes. So if you decide to book this hellhole, be sure that your arrival time is within the hours they state, and honestly contact them first to be certain. They never mention that the late check in fee must also be paid in cash, which can be hard if you're a tourist and don't carry an extra 100€ on you at all times. The sofa bed also shouldn't be considered a bed, it's horribly uncomfortable. There's no soundproofing whatsoever, so you can hear everything on the street down below, and it's a busy street so it's loud at all hours. It was practically impossible to sleep. There's also hardly any hot water, and there was mold and flies in the showers. For a "Luxury" aurbnb, this was severely lacking.

• Natalia Soledad (8/5): Excelente, pero cuidado si llegas fuera de horario de check in. - Todo estupendo, excelente ubicación, amplio, luminoso, limpio, cómodo! Lo repetiría sin dudas! Nos cobraron un extra de más del 10% de la reserva por llegar fuera de horario del check in. Me pareció demasiado, entiendo que lo cobren pero podría ser menos.

• Atsushi (9/5): You should choose this - Anna Carla takes a very good care of us through Whatsup communication which has been very reliable and comfortable. The location is the best in Rome. Two bed rooms two bathrooms and one sofa bed which was big enough and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

• Stephanie (10/5): Nous reviendrons - Nous avons aimé l’emplacement à moins de 100m de la fontaine de Trévi, et du fait que nous avons été en mesure de tout faire à pied, même si le Vatican était à 40 min de marche. Épicerie proche. Train Termini à 7-8 min en taxi. Plusieurs options de bons restaurants et Anna nous en a même fourni une liste ce qui nous a bien aidé à faire les bons choix. Personnel exceptionnel et facilité de communication hors pair. Les options des lits dans l’appartement étaient parfaites pour une famille de 4 avec 2 adolescents: chacun avait son coin (chambre et Divan lit dans le salon). Laveuse à linge très pratique durant notre séjour. Un peu bruyant la nuit mais nous étions tellement brûlés de nos activités que nous passions quand même de bonnes nuits de sommeil.

• Ruel (10/5): Gio Luxury Home is the perfect base for exploring the city of Rome! - I recently stayed at Gio Luxury Home in Rome with my family of five, and it was a fantastic experience! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and nestled right in the heart of the city. We found it incredibly convenient to explore some of Rome's most iconic attractions, including the Colosseum, Vatican City, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the Spanish Steps, all within walking distance. The accommodation itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family to relax after a day of sightseeing. The amenities were excellent, and the decor added a lovely touch of luxury to our stay. Ana was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable visit. We truly appreciated the convenience of being so centrally located, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Rome. One downside was the water pressure of the shower, which was a bit low—likely due to the age of the pipes of the building. However, the handheld showerhead had great pressure, which helped alleviate the issue. Additionally, since the property is located on a street accessible to everyone, we did hear some noise coming from outside. Fortunately, it didn’t bother us much and died down by midnight as the restaurants and shops closed.

It can get a little noisy at night when trying to sleep, but that’s just part of the deal for being in such a prime spot. The host, Anna, was super lovely, very nice and easy to contact. She answered all the questions we had and was very helpful throughout our entire stay. The apartment was great and spacious enough for the five of us. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

• Lisa (10/5): Oasis in the heart of Rome - This was an excellent property. It was like an oasis of peace from the business of Rome. The location was fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable.. a good size and had everything we needed and more. The host Anna, was an absolute delight and made our stay personalised by greeting us and giving us a lots of recommendations for places to eat as well. It was perfect for our family.

• Louis (10/5): Best location for Rome Tourists, especially your first time. We would definitely go back. - This is the perfect location for Rome Tourists. Steps to the Trevi and many other locations, restaurants, shops. Metro to the Vatican, and bus to the Colosseum (or walk). You can easily head back to the place for an afternoon break. It was also close to a Tourist Doctor which we ended up needing. It's in a narrow pedestrian street, but the taxi will drop you at the door. There was a power outage in that area of the city (too many ACs running), and the hosts brought us lights at 10pm, in the dark, and even more importantly, a charging brick. Luckily the outage was at night when it was a tiny bit cooler. This was not a fault of the property, at least a whole city block was out, but it was great that the hosts took care of us. You will not regret staying at this place. If stuff happens (and it will in Italy), the hosts will be there for you. We were there during one of the hottest periods in recorded history (40+C) and the mobile AC struggled. Based on other reviews the building AC died, and the hosts went out of their way to get a different solution up and running. Without it, we would have melted. A few weeks later, we got a claim that we broke the vacuum cleaner (which we didn't) and charged us for that which left a bit of a sour feeling after a very successful stay. Declined it in booking.com, and I think that took care of it.

Apartment excellent for a family of 4 adults - didn't want for anything. Very good supermarket 50 metres away. Anna Carla was a fantastic and attentive host - always available on WhatsApp (and replied with advice and helpful restaurant suggestions immediately). Nothing - a little noisy in the late evening/night but that was expected and added to the atmosphere. It didn't bother us at all.

• Farah (8/5): Such an authentic Roman experience - Super central to the Trevi fountain & the best host with Anna Carla. She was welcoming from the moment I booked the trip, provided a personalized experience. She shared a list of places to eat, shared shopping areas, provided airport transfers and was just such a gem. No air con in the building however the owner put in two big units and it was comfortable
• Johnson (1/5): No central air conditioning; too noisy at night. - Clean bathrooms. Easy walk to Trevi fountain. They notified us the morning of our arrival (even though they knew well before our arrival as shown in the earlier reviews) that the central air had broken down and they said they had put 2 "powerful" mobile air conditioners in the apartment. However, when we got there, we could not find any air conditioning thermostat so don't know if there was ever any central air to begin with. We could not get any relief from the heat to sleep at night unless we pointed the loud mobile unit fan directly at us. Windows could not be closed due to feeding the mobile units so could not sleep through the commotion all night from the street below. We have no idea though how effective closing the windows would have been for the noise level. We left after the first night when we found availability at a nearby hotel with central air so that we could sleep.

Because it’s so centrally located there is some noise from the street, but that’s the price you pay for the great location. The welcome from the staff was amazing; she was so helpful & so communicative before, during & after the the stay. Highly highly recommend. & the apartment smelled great!

It was so nice to be greeted by the host, who was delightful, full of information and was very helpful during our stay. Great location, around the corner to the Trevi fountain, close to the Spanish steps, and so many other sites. A variety of restaurants, cafes and so much shopping in the area. The property was easy to access by foot or taxi. Overall a great place to stay. Was a little noisy early mornings which is typical for being in the heart of the city.

Although the apartment was advertised as having air conditioning, it was broken, so we never ended up staying there. Also, we found two live cockroaches inside the apartment.
• Fariha (8/5): Good except for no air conditioner in the apartment. - Central and convenient location. No air conditioner for the apartment itself. The apartment did have vents that were controlled by the building administrator and it blew warm air in the hot month of June. It was very uncomfortable even with the windows open. The windows did not have mosquito netting and mosquitoes bite us all night. If we closed the windows it would get even hotter inside the apartment. Giving 8 for central location and cleanliness.

Anna provided us with all - The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable, excellent bathrooms and had the amenities we needed. Location is incredible. Everything was perfect
• Einat (10/5): Highly recommend - The location is wonderful, close to Trevi Fontane and to supermarket, (but it takes 5-10 min getting the nearest metro). The apartment is lovely and renovated. In addition it's fully equipped -looks like the host thought of everything to make the guests feel good. Anna and her husband were so kind and responsive. Check in and check out time is not flexible and there's no option for baggage deposit. Since our flight was very late we had to use 24h deposit service near Termini station, which caused us unnecessary stress and bother. Water stream at the master bedroom was law and warm, but not hot enough especially in the morning.

The location is so close to the Trevi fountain you can almost hear the water. Of course that also means a touristy area that stays robust into the night. But if you want to be in the center of it all, it's perfect. Comfy beds, good showers, nice kitchen and sitting area. We abandoned the great Italian cuisine one night and made chicken fajitas.The grocery store is 50 yards away.The 2 lifts worked great. My wife and I met our college granddaughter there and had a fabulous 5 nite stay. We're so spoiled, we could have used a microwave and toaster but when in Rome...
