Guest Reviews
- Melissa (9/5): Lovely stay in Kiama for Anzac weekend. - The house was lovely! The views were 10/10!
The host was very lovely and responsive.
The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen.
Plenty of space, bedrooms were a great comfortable size!
Loved the games cupboard!
We came down specifically for the Anzac Day dawn service at the Kiama lighthouse, so the location was perfect for that. The stairs were alot to get used to but thats an "us" problem not a house problem 🤣
- Marguerite (9/5): Stunning house in an amazing hilltop setting - The sea views, the space, the superbly equipped kitchen, all the balconies to enjoy the setting and its proximity to shops, cafes & the sea.
An amazing house for family get togethers. We had a fabulous time. The v steep hill up from the town centre !! Also the house is not suited to people with limited mobility as the kitchen/living room with balconies is at the top of the house. Also steps down to 2 of the bedrooms.
- Sally (9/5): Fab - Great views comfortable great location No tea and coffee
- Mary (10/5): Fabulous - Absolutely wonderful house with views from every window, beautiful styling and cleanliness Would be better if there was an ensuite in the main bedroom / an extra toilet
- Janice (9/5): Very comfortable accommodation for an extended family in five rooms for sleeping in a great central location. The kitche - The views from the living areas are fantastic. The location meant you could access the centre of Kiama with its cafes and restaurants on foot in just a few minutes as well as the harbour and beaches.
- Rob (10/5): Well maintained and great location - Great location and the hill helped walk off the food haha
Everything you needed in a weekender Nothing
- Rachel (10/5): Beautiful stay with stunning views! - We absolutely loved our stay at Eagles Nest Kiama. The property was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views over the ocean were breathtaking — especially at sunrise! The space felt private and peaceful, yet it was only a short drive to the main town and beaches. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kiama. Nothing
- Trish (9/5): - Great location Parking was very limited
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - Super clean. Great views. Good location. Great for our family getaway of 8 adults. Having a house with 4 bedrooms all with double beds was perfect. There was another room downstairs which we didn't use with 2 single beds and a kitchenette.
- Brooke (10/5): A perfect place for friends and family to gather together. - The view was exceptional. Easy access to town. Felt homely with everything you could possibly need. Host was lovely and accommodated for our request for a late check out. Highly recommend. Nothing. We loved it.
- Giblin (9/5): Relaxing, relaxing and relaxing. Spacious. We wanted a relaxing break and we got that. - The view, facilities, cleanliness, the host when we needed to speak with her. Nothing really.

- Megan (10/5): Great House, fabulous location! - Lovely House, very comfortable and clean. Great View over Kiama Harbour, with ba lovely sunny balcony and big doors to b let the sea air in. Great space for a group of friends, the beautiful big bench and dinning table were fabulous! Loved the Games cupboard, and the style of the furnishings. Nice and close to Kiama main street cafes and shops.. Good hill to get the heart pumping on a morning walk. Nothing not to like 😍
- Jennifer (10/5): great house , beautifully clean and great location - Great location , Beautiful house Nil
- Nadia (10/5): Comfy Nest - This house is on 4 levels. Four rooms with comfortable queen beds. Sheeting great quality. Great night of sleep. There is another 2 single beds on the ground floor. Superb house for a big group or family. Has 2 bathrooms. No ensuites.
The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay. (not sure if it had a laundry) The views are amazing. It is located close to town. 5 minute walk, but prepare yourself for walking due to the steep hill. All good but has lots of stairs.
