• Rosemary (8/5): We loved the apartment and was great for 6 people - Spacious, good beds, great kitchen for preparing meals. Central to everywhere, and great food store next door. One of the dining room chairs was unusable - the back of the chair was broken. One other chair was heading the same way. Both bathrooms the sink plugs were disgustingly dirty underneath - with hair and funky soap tangles. No dishcloth in kitchen. No house book - details re rubbish or swimming pool. Back bedrooms don’t know how to adjust air con.
• Hannah (4/5): Very disappointed with the quality of the room for the price we paid. - The view, pool and the couch. - Hair in beds upon arrival. - Dirty bed sheets upon arrival (coffee stains?) - Clumps of hair on carpet on arrival - Clumps of hair in shower on arrival - Badly stained carpets - Dirty, broken blinds - Dishes still in dishwasher - Sticky floors - No shampoo or conditioner - Well below expected standard for cost $2400 for 2 nights.

• Karen (8/5): Lovely location in a good size apartment right in Southbank. Could do with a few touch ups to get it back up to a higher - The location was excellent. Good size apartment and nice furniture Needed painting and revamping as a couple chairs were a bit broke, scuffs and marks on wall etc. An outdoor pool would be a bonus.
• Stacey (5/5): If it’s location you want you got it, apartment not good quality for money. - Location was great! Communication difficult. Will not reply to coms after our stay re returning our bond money. Property was lacking in maintenance and a lot of things broken (not by us!)

• Baxen (4/5): - Central to our wedding venue & photoshoot It was nothing like advertised on booking.com. Carpets were in poor condition, rooms , tables & chairs. It looked worn out and definitely was not what we expected as per photos advertised. We were getting married and wanted a nice clean house to be in , unfortunately everything looked worn out.

• Lei (3/5): Fancy view but poor facilities - There was no breakfast, so no comment. Collecting/returning the key takes about 5 minutes walk. The facilities are old. Upon arrival we could not turn on the aircon. It was not untill midnight, the host came to help to turn on the aircon. Still, with the aircon on, it was not warm or comfortable enough to sleep. Then, the internet speed was not fast as advertised. As we were a group of 5 people, the internet router could not support (probably IP address conflict). The host eventually fixed this via bringing us a new router.
• Jones (10/5): Amazing - Location was amazing. Size of apartment was perfect for 6 adults. The floor rug in the loungeroom. The edges of the mat have lifted and every one of us tripped on it throughout our stay. This needs replacing before someone is injured.

• Tanya (8/5): Very comfortable and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more - Location was amazing the host was very professional and easy to contact if we needed anything apartment was very comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the city I was a little disappointed that there was no shampoo or conditioner or face washers for showers as I didn’t bring them with us as usually they are at our accommodations

• D (9/5): Superb - The apartment was stunning and had all the required items for a family. I also loved that we could lock the balcony door, that was really important to us. The beds were extremely comfortable :) It was very high up but after a few days it was OK

• Lisa (7/5): Good - Location was perfect for our family stay. Apartment was spacious and contained what we needed. Check in/out was simple and pain free. Heater wasn't working on arrival but was rectified straight away which was great. I understand using single beds in the bedroom for convenience of guests, however the master bedroom should have one bed. It was beyond frustrating with it splitting apart all night. Dishes were wet and had to be washed before use. Frypans still grubby. Found the bedrooms cold overnight despite having the heater on. One bedroom window didn't close properly.

• Anonymous (3/5): Poor - the only positive about this property is the location This property is a complete false advertisement ! the photos on the site are completely different to the property ! from the furniture, colour carpet, decor, everything is different and not modern at all. the carpet was stained, the fridge was broken, there was urine all over the balcony from a resident upstairs, I’m am so disappointed and was not worth the money I paid at all.

• Chris (9/5): A fantastic location with great views - the view and location was superb. we also used the pool and the gym which were excellent. The property was also within walking distance of the places we wanted to visit. The parking was secure and a really nice added extra. Not much really. a couple of windows had their latches broken which prevented them being totally shut, but that was it really.
