• Debbie (8/5): Love the hot showers and the view - Car parking was extremely difficult to find a map to explain where to find car park number would of been helpful
• Greg (8/5): The apartment, other than the location, was misrepresented, and therefore not good value - Great location and pool facilities It was not ready for the 3pm check in and we had to wait around for another hour. Fan in the 2nd bedroom was broken and a safety hazard, lights in the en-suite bathroom did not work at all, and there was an electrical plug hanging off the wall. The table top in the lounge was missing (the glass top did not exist) and the chairs were rusted. In the kitchen the water filter did not work either. Sofa cushions were dirty and apartment was not cleaned very well. Pretty average experience!

• chelsea (8/5): Did the job was a good location - Very spacious, good location and good food for what you pay Tv is small and furniture is a bit out dated, there was a leak in one of the toilets, and a broken fan in the bedroom along with a lot of left behind belongings from past guests

• Youssef (1/5): Stressing and disappointed and spoiled our holiday and spent all time talking to Mr Mackenzie to rectify lot of issues - Location 1.Apartment was not cleaned when we checked-in on 13th of November 24 at 3:30 pm (kitchen was flooded with water and wet towels cover kitchen due to faulty dishwasher ,rubbish not collected and had bad smell etc.) 2.Dishwasher Simpson is faulty and leaking 3. Rubbish bin cover is broken 4. Kitchen blind is not working and we cannot open after we close it at night 5. pantry foods are out of dates eg milk was back to 14 August 2018 Not removed or throughout and cabinet is not clean either 6.
