• Gonzalo (9/5): Buena estancia - El sábado el desayuno fue muy bueno: huevos revueltos frescos y cremosos, pan fresco calentito. Buen café. El domingo los huevos pésimos, secos, añejos, incomible! El pan también añejo y duro. Lo más preocupante es el refrigerador donde guardan los pasteles: lleno de hongos y óxido. El mal olor se siente al abrir la puerta.

• Paola (7/5): - La habitación es muy grande y bastante cómoda, para dar a la plaza, en la noche no hay casi ruido. El baño también es amplio y cómodo. El.desayuno es realmente malo. Café aguado, huevos prácticamente crudos y frios, de esos que con solo mirar dan salmonela. La verdad es que paravelnprecip del hotel le desayino es muy mediocre. La.comida del restaurante tambien bastante normal y cara para su calidad.

• Mauro (7/5): A positive stay at a conveniently located hotel. - The hotel's position in the city centre is excellent and the availability of private, internal parking was a significant bonus. Our room was large and well-appointed with a comfortable king-size bed. It was also clean and nicely warm, ensuring a relaxing environment. Breakfast was fine, providing the basic necessities, but the limited selection was noticeable. It would be great if the hotel could expand the variety available in the morning. The style looks a bit "old".

Se agradece la amabilidad del personal en responder las dudas y dar orientaciones. Excelente limpieza del hotel. Se sugiere un anfitrión para orientar a los huésped y mostrar el funcionamiento de la habitación sobre todo si es la primera vez que se alojan en el hotel.

• Fernando (8/5): Great hotel if you have to stay in Copiapó - The hotel is in the centre of Copiapó, well located in front of the plaza. It has a good parking, the rooms are nice and spacious, the restaurant was quite good, breakfast also good. Check-in and out was good. The price of the hotel is reasonable The hotel is a bit old and outdated, the windows of the room were quite dirty

The air conditioning was old and literally sounded like an approaching train. Breakfast was very slow. You have to ask the staff to bring food and wait. A bit strange system.
