• Perez (9/5): Super séjour le logement est super, très bien placé et il y a le matériel nécessaire dans l’appartement pour être super - Très bien à côté de tout, on peut tout faire à pied ou en transport en commun Il y avait de temps en temps trop de bruits avec la porte d’entrée de l’établissement, de plus le couloir de l’entrée n’est pas insonorisé

• Elise (6/5): Perfect location but bad smell - There was quite everything in the apartment, we liked to have a kitchen. Unfortunately during the entire week we where there, the bathroom smelt really bad and the smell went in the whole apartment, even with the door closed… Also, it was okey but we heard a lot the noise from the street, as the first door of the building is open on the top.

• Augelli (6/5): - The location was great. Steps from the Basilica. Restaurants and other sites Once you get past the smell, it's a cute little place to stay. We had to buy kitchen sponges to wash dishes and wipe down the benches. No tea towels either
• Francesca (6/5): - Posizione centralissima, su piazza s. Croce. È presente un piccolo angolo cottura ottimo per pranzi veloci. Forte odore di fogna davvero fastidioso che inonda tutta la stanza. Due finestre che purtroppo danno su un giardino interno per cui è difficile arieggiare la camera. Divano letto scomodo. Parcheggio non presente ma come nella maggior parte degli hotel/appartamenti in centro. Considerando il prezzo pagato, nonostante ci si trovi in zona centralissima, mi aspettavo dei servizi migliori, almeno un letto vero e proprio.

• Rodrigo (8/5): - Ótima localização! O apartamento também é relativamente bem equipado, pude lavar minha roupa enquanto estava. O preço é sempre inflacionado em cidades muito turísticas como Florença, mas comparado a outras opções disponíveis, foi um bom custo benefício.
• Uxune (5/5): - La zona es tranquila y hay restaurantes cerca. Además se encuentra cerca de lugares de interés. El apartamento tiene un olor muy desagradable, creo que viene de los desagües del baño. Y la única ventilación es de unas ventanas que dan a un patio muy sucio.

• Meg (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, good for cooking and needing to do washing, had everything we needed. thin walls and ceiling so you could hear upstairs walking around, sounded like someone was playing basketball

• Silvana (10/5): wonderful! - the location is perfect, it has everything you need, it is very comfortable and walking distance to everything, even if you dont like walking there are a lot of bus stops near, very easy auto check in and very nice place, i would stay here again and again!! It had a little weird smell in the bathroom and maybe if you dont like sharing space you will feel crowded since it is only one room

• Amruta (5/5): Location was good but not the experience to stay in the studio. - The location was excellent. Walking distance from many historical site, restaurants. It was in the heart of the city. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The shower head had black mold on it. Bathroom tiles had mold.

• Tanzer (10/5): highly satisfied - right in the town centre. close to every destination in Florance which is a huge help as we could go to apartment when we needed. don’t have any complain. easy to find. 20 min walking from the tram station. walking through the old town was an amazing experience.
