• Francesco Resti (7/5): Bellissimo ma tante cose da migliorare. - L'appartamento è arredato con gusto ed in posizione molto comoda e vicina al centro. Ben fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici e ben pulito. Ottimo impianto di climatizzazione. Non è molto corretto fare sapere che il check in é dalle 16:00, orario forse troppo tardo per chi viaggia, solo dopo aver completato la prenotazione. Inoltre, dato che viene chiesto un sovrapprezzo per un eventuale check-in anticipato (al massimo alle 15:00) è intollerabile consegnare l'appartamento con quasi un' ora di ritardo, soprattutto alla luce del fatto che è era stato preventivamente comunicato al proprietario che saremmo arrivati in città fin dal mattino. In aggiunta, le condizioni generali dell' edificio lasciano molto a desiderare (sporco e fatiscente), l'appartamento è al 4° piano senza ascensore, cosa peraltro non indicata nella descrizione, letti scomodi e uno dei due non era in perfette condizioni (le zampe centrali della struttura erano entrambe rotte);giusti i due bagni, ma uno solo fornito di doccia non è il massimo... Fate riparare la porta che dà sulla terrazza!
• Antonio (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautiful, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is a shop at the bottom of the building. The apartment is well connected with public transport, parking is available and self checkin is easy.
• Paschalis (10/5): Exceptional - It's a great place near the center and you can go anywhere you want by foot. It's on a central road but there is no noise from outside. All the stuff in the house are new and very beautiful. I will recommend the place to friends. The only disadvantage but it wasn't a problem for us is that it haven't elevator.

• Hapipis (4/5): ENTRANCE TO THE BULDING IS AN EXPERIENCE!!!!! - 1) 87 STEPS TO MAKE TO REACH THE APARTMENT, NO ELEVATOR. 2) SOFA WAS BROKEN. 3) MAIN BED WAS BROKEN AND SECOND DOUBLE BED TOO SMALL FOR EVEN TWO CHILDREN . 4) DOOR HANDLE FROM 2ND ROOM MISSING . 5) LIGHT NOT WORKING IN 2ND ROOM. 6) COOKING RINGS NOT WORKING. 7) THERE IS NO SHOWER CURTAIN IN THE ONE AND ONLY SHOWER!!! 8) SOME CUTLERY WAS DIRTY.

The apartment is clean, has a lot of space and all the amenity needed in the kitchen. Super easy check-in - we arrived very late at night, after 00 and it was super easy to self check-in. The host super attentive. Thank you for everything and your amazing apartment. We liked everything!

• Sabina (9/5): Good choice - Great location - very convenient. Modern, neat interior. It’s quite spacious. The parking space in a parking lot nearby is very helpful. No elevator. The shower is inconveniently small. Ideas for improvement: there was no microwave or electric kettle; no coffee and sugar.
• İlke (8/5): I enjoyed my stay. - I liked the location of the appartment and there was a safe parking lot available for our car. The place was calm and clean. I recommend it to families/couples/friends without babies or children. The place is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators. It was a problem since we were there with one kid and a baby. But it was not a major issue only a small detail to bear in mind.
• Moti (8/5): Nice renovated apartment with free parking in the center, yet with a few minuses - Newly renovated apartment, just as shown in the photos. One large room with a large bed, and a second one a bit smaller with a bit smaller bed. The sofa bed does not fit 2 adults, maybe 2 kids. The downside is that once it is used as a bed you have no other place to sit in the living room. Equipped kitchen, with a nice large table. Close private parking is a big plus. 4th floor, with no elevator, after a not-welcoming building entrance. Not the end of the world, but take it into consideration. A very small Bulgarian shower = the washing area is in the same place with the toilets in a very small room - everything gets wet. There is a separate toilet, so it is unclear why they added the toilet into this small shower. We got only 1 towel per person, not even one hands/face towel in the washrooms or something for the kitchen, not even legs one in the small shower I mentioned, where everything gets wet... This definitely can be improved easily.

The communication with the host was great, even when we needed further clarifications, he was very cooperative
